      I have watched Boho Beautiful and practiced along since 2017. It has helped me tremendously with my posture and pain relief till the point that I no longer needed to go to the chiropractors. This is still the only Yoga channel I go back to year after year, day after day... and have converted many friends to practice Yoga with Julianna.

    I love this class so much! It's simple, short, but incredibly beautiful and destressing.     I´ve started to cry. it was only 10 minutes, but I feel like you´ve made me to find something that needed to be released. I released it by the tears. the tears are still running down my cheeks. thank you Juliana for making me to do it. thank you, this is exactly what i NEEDED.

      Nice video, guys always remember to activate your bodies before any workout with some light stretching then we're ready to roll with the workout, your body functions better when it's activated. I Always start my tutorials and classes in gyms with a pre-warm up, from 1st gear up to 5th always.

    This is perfect for my exam periods. I always have high standards to myself and I am so stressful and scared of failures. I cannot handle my emotions properly and starting to be depress.     What an amazing way to start my day. Today marks 6 days in a row of Yoga and meditation after deciding something in my life needed to change. I had to been working out for most of this year, amd was full of anxiety, and back pain which has required several Chiropractic visits.
    I also quit nicotene 31 days ago which was an emotional roller coaster, and I've finally found yoga to bring peace and calmness, and am already noticing increased muscle tone and flexibility.
    I'm addicted in the best possible way. I love this new path and doing Yoga is changing my life. Thank you! ♡

    I recommend this stretch to calm down the hyperarousal afterglow of a disturbing chaotic or a high energy level day. Since it´s just 10 min it´s also a bless for during the day when you realize your mind really gets overstressed or mind and body so overwhelmed that you have to take one or two steps back.

    This is EXACTLY what I need right now. I purchased your yoga retreat and the diet plan. Honestly your content is keeping me from totally losing my mind as I continue to lay super low during these uncertain and chaotic times. With you I escape. I enjoy when you both do your podcast type content as well. Since I am self-isolating since march you both are my new friends even though its just a one-sided conversation (Im a very good listener ;-) I love listening to you both talk about your hopes dreams and thoughts on Life.
