I don't do all yoga stretches properly! but I do notice a difference I feel completely relaxed, I feel comfortable, to the point of sleepy when I'm stretching. but once im through stretching, I get up walk around and feel completely refreshed! it's an awesome feeling! 💓😊 thank u for your videos!💓😊

One thing that sets you apart from the rest of the yoga teachers is the setting of your practices. I just so love nature with you and really makes a huge difference, at least to me, in practicing with you and are surrounded by nature. I specially love the sound of the waves as I close my eyes as I do this before bedtime; so calming and peaceful. I just want to say that it’s been almost 3 years since i started doing yoga with these videos. Still to this day i do it constantly whether it’s at home to wake up or in the gym to stretch before exercising. So good!
I have always felt that rest and relaxation are just as important as hard work, although it’s easy to forget. We all need to kick back and recover from all the stresses that life can bring. Being an athlete, I had to learn this the hard way with numerous over-use injuries over the years. But I think at least for now, that I have finally reached a point in my life where I can balance hard work and play time.
I was wondering if you could do a slower flow session lasting about 20 minutes with a guided meditation at the end laying in corpse pose. Something very soothing with some easy hip openers and forward bends. I hear we, especially women, can hold onto a lot of negative energy in our hips and lower back. I know I do! Thank for all you do. I know your viewers appreciate all the time, energy & love that go into all the videos you two make! ♡♥♡

I am a mom of 2 loud outgoing wild toddlers and your channel relaxes me unlike other workout channels. I find myself calmer and relaxed after. I recently had baby. I have two boys under two. They are the joy of my life but I haven’t felt like I’ve had any control of my body for a long time. Stress and anxiety was making doing anything outside the house almost unbearable. Healing from an ATM disfunction, my bones in the face have gone backwards and I am not going to the gym from two months, since this condition is so painful and I can't lift weights for now. I've never practiced yoga, only Pilates. I've found this practice and I've tried it. It's just perfect to recover and to feel the energy flow again and to free my body from the pain. Thank you!

I have been doing your yoga for a about 2 weeks. When I started I had to watch your weight loss video on half speed because I couldn't keep up, and I couldn't straighten my legs for the full stretches either. And now I can see much an improvement, where I can actually grab the bottom of my foot sitting down with my legs straight. I can't wait to see where I will be in a month, or a year from now. In 2017 I found this video. I was a little over weight, and this was hard for me but Bohos flows were so comforting and with repetition of this one video I got to understand her style and it made her more advanced vids easier to follow. Hit my goal weight in a year with the help of her vids. When Covid hit I lost my job, drive, and confidence. Gained all the weight back and then some. So here I am again with a new day 1. And its like body woke up remembering the flow. Sure I'm tired like I ran a marathon after 12 mins. But right in this moment I feel better and like my self again. So thanks. And if your struggling and going through it; breath - and let it go

I say that to say, you move too quickly. Or perhaps you need an actual beginners ' video and not a beginners on warp speed. I need time to get into the pose and time to stay there. Other than that, of the millions of videos, yours resonates with me the most. I know you are extremely fit and have viewers who are as well, but if you're only catering to them, kindly make and actual slow video for real beginners and not one in name only. Keep up the good job
The point in yoga is not to succeed in doing the position as well as the teacher but to try streching your body, to feel your body. If you focus on the body part which is stretching, you wiil help your body understand the pose and you will then become more flexible. The point is to feel relax. Nevermind if you touch your feet or not. The strecht you feel by trying to do the pose is all that's important. Somepeople are flexible so need to bend more to feel it. Do what you can, don't harm your body =)

Ive only recently started practising Yoga/meditation at home before bed or during my night shift breaks (although have wanted to add it into my daily routine for a long time). Ive only recently started practising Yoga/meditation at home before bed or during my night shift breaks (although have wanted to add it into my daily routine for a long time). I find myself coming back to your videos over and over... the settings/music/explanations are spot on. Post shift and relaxed so thank you x

to be hoenst I watch these a lot and do yoga daily, but I have never LOVED a yoga tutorial enough to do it twice.. but i really think i'll use this one a few times a week!!! i feel soooooooo relaxed. especially because i was crying for an hour today, i feel soo much better. thank you so much! Everytime my mind and body feels like crap, I just tell myself, "give myself 10 mins to try this". If I feel better, yay, if not well at least I tried. But most of the time I do and it helped me think about my problems clearer.
