    Hi Juliana (my name is Julianna btw haha).
    I’ve started doing yoga at the beginning of covid and I remember reading a comment that talked about the progress that the person made throughout the years with you. And I thought to myself, wow how great would it be if I could manage to stick to my yoga practice for a year…well it’s been almost 3 now and I can’t express how much your videos have helped me during these years. Thank you so much for the amazing content that you guys create ❤

    This was great! A true gentle stretch without constant up and down downward dog and planks. Sometimes that's just too much.

    As always, Juliana yoursoothing voice allows me to focus more on my breathing and deepening my inhale and exhale. This is one of the most peaceful and light enhancing sessions. Your videos and messages are always calming. Even your pilates have enriched my life and strengthend my body and mind in ways I couldn't have acheived with gym equipment. Thank you for all you offer.     I usually don't find myself enjoying restorative yoga, however this short practice was actually relaxing and perfect stretching for my body. I will being doing this again. Thank you Juliana for this practice.
