  • Today's arm workout will target the biceps, triceps and shoulders with a series of upper body exercises that will have you feeling the burn!! This workout will help with toning and strengthening the arms using dumbbells only. Grab some weights and let's do this team!

    I woke up this morning and said to myself- "I am feeling like a killer arm/upper body workout, and here we go, you happened to post one!" Amazing Heather, can't thank you enough for these workouts. You have saved me throughout the last 14 months during this pandemic. I did your 12 week program twice through the many lockdowns we had to endure here in Toronto, and we are still in one! The fact that you do not scream at your audience through your workouts or we don't hear you panting like many other workout channels/fitness gurus on TH-cam and we are guided by the music and your signal bells ONLY, is amazing and the way it should be. You should have 10M subscribers and you deserve more credit!!! <3
