    AOC killing it in the budget space. Had the original 24G2 and the 165hz upgrade at one point before going all high end. Also recently got the AOC mini LED panel that you reviewed for my brother. Glad to see them still killing it in the budget space. Not sure how they even keep on doing it lol. Great review as always.

    Awesome. I have a 3x 24" 1080p monitor setup. Tried to upgrade to a 27" 1440p as my main monitor because everybody is simping about that "sweet spot", but couldn't get used to the higher PPI. 32" would take too much space. 24" 1080p is my personal sweet spot I guess. I will instead combine this one with my two 24G2SPU monitors.

    Hi, I was watching the motion clarity part of the video, and to me it looked like the monitor kept going from a pink tint to a blue tint whilst you were playing csgo - very noticeable from 5:40 to 5:56, is there a reasson for that?

    Thanks a lot for the review, are the white also that harsh in real life or is it simply the filming device who has difficult to capture the white light ? i really like my AOC 24G2U but recently tested the 24G2SPAE and it hurted my eyes like hell due to the white colors being that hard. Great review. I'm new to monitors so I'm wondering if I should buy the 24" or 27" variant. Is there a significant difference in the clarity of the screen for 1080p panels? Some said 1080p on a 27" looks pixel-ish but idk how bad it is.

    Hey, I can’t decide between msi g244f e2 and this one, I have a ten year old 75 hz monitor so any of them would be amazing for me. Also I saw another one on your channel 24 inch 2k AOC, pixel density was great. Which one would be the best choice? I won’t play at 1440p but I want a brilliant picture quality for the price especially when I’m watching videos or if I want to play games (mostly RTS or simulation games at 1080p).

    What do you think is better, more responsive and have less latency: AOC 25G3ZM/BK with a 240Hz VA or AOC 24G4X with 180Hz IPS? Personally I kinda like VA panels usually because of their better and more uniform blacks and higher contrast, but I also see that as a rule they have more problems with motion smearing and/or overdrive artefacts. So these problems of each tech somewhat cancel each other out for me, I know that I have to deal with one or another set of problems depending on the panel I choose, so for me it's down to input lag and overall response times and my gut tells me that a 240Hz panel should be a bit better in this regard than a 180Hz panel. What do you think, am I right in assuming this?

    • @TotallydubbedHD
      @TotallydubbedHD  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'd suggest watching my review of the 240Hz, but ultimately if you're a hardcore gamer and have the budget, as per this review, I'd suggest that instead. Have you watched both reviews before commenting?

In the section where it addresses motion clarity (PC) it states that it is subpar at low frequencies... can I deduce that on a Ps5 that runs at 60 hz then the motion clarity will also be of lower quality?.. .this then indicates that the monitor is not the best budget choice for console gamers because a significant part of the games are at 60 hz.

      120 Hz is max what HDMI can give you. Want to have 180 Hz, you need to connect your monitor to GPU via Display port cable.

    Great to see MBR Sync on budget displays. Philips recently added it too. Most likely same implementation. Would of been nice to see some pursuit shots of it at work. In case u're interested, for proper VRR testing Smooth Frog needs to be used as TestUFO can only do fixed refresh rate and all the VRR strobing implementations we have today look very different in the two cases. E.g. 120Hz at 120fps vs 180Hz at VRR 120fps. Interestingly Nvidia' G-SYNC overdrive also behaves very different.

    • @TotallydubbedHD
      @TotallydubbedHD  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Indeed, great to see. As it is, reviews take a very long time to do and the work that goes in is barely appreciated. Not going to add more work to my plate, as I'm currently very happy with the level of detail that's provided.
