I was able to drill the center of the remaining bolt head with a #20 drill bit deep enough to follow up with a socketed T25 torx bit on the end of a quarter inch extension, then hammer the end of the extension so the torx bit end penetrates the drilled head of the bolt, and then was able to twist it off with the ratchet.
I soaked bolt for two days in liquid wrench. Then tap the top of bolt with punch a few times. Breaks it loose. Replace bolt with new one and add anti seize to the threads.
Working on mine right now, same problem.
I’d recommend putting electrical tape over that grinding bit so it doesn’t grind the manifold. Leave just the tip exposed.
Also with those turbo sockets , you should be able to grind the bolt as well.
On my ProMasters I spray silicon grease. I wonder if I need to start filling up that cavity with just a regular grease covering the entire screw head.

I am stuck with this rusted bolt. filled the hole with Liquid Wrench and letting it sit over night. I tried smaller sockets and no luck. I tried a drill and no luck. Did you use the carbide tip to shave off the head of the bolt?
Try using a powerbuilt zeon socket.
I bought a 14.99 8 pc set. 1/4inch 8mm the rusted s.o.b came rite out. Beats grinding away or drilling.🙂
Sounds like a good idea for new owners to place a dab of grease on the heads of those bolts.
I’m having the same issue….
Had the same issues used a carbide bit and ground down the top of bolt ,the was able to slide up the manifold and later removed the bolt with vise grips .
