Just spent 15 minute sobbing tears of happiness. I have been doing this for 3 weeks with one day to rest every week. I am so happy and confident. Thank you so much emi! I was always bullied at school for my body, and I felt so insecure. During quarantine, I took the opportunity to change myself, not for the bullies, but for myself. Yesterday, my school began again (we only had three to four weeks of quarantine in Hawaii). My bullies looked so shocked, and it made me feel so amazing. Keep it up everyone, you’re beautiful! rooting for you all 💖 (P.S if you do this, you’ll look even better because in school all the other kids probably gained weight during quarantine lol)

Doing this for 15 days 🙌 Day 1: I could definitely feel the burn! The fire hydrant pulses are KILLING me Day 2: My thighs were sore but I pushed through! I notice the gap between them is getting bigger. Day 3: Pushed through! The exercises are getting slightly easier. Day 4: Did it! My thighs feel stronger but sore. Day 5: Pushed through! I can't believe it's already day 5! Day 6: Done! The exercises are significantly easier, I'm so happy! Day 7: Finished! It's already been a week since I started! For now, I don't see much difference, but it's probably since I'm only half way. Day 8: Did it! The workout is so easy and my thighs are getting smaller. Day 9: Finished! Workout is getting fun ngl. Day 10: I was so tired but pushed through! Day 15: I'M SO SORRY I completely forgot to update for the past few days! Rating/ Results: Overall, I would rate this workout a 9/10. While it did make me build muscle and get a bigger thigh gap, my thighs were SO sore everyday and it's not quite the best feeling. I would recommend take a day off each week. Ok you guys I'm finally done after 2 weeks of this workout: my legs are definitely leaner than before it slimmed down my inner thigh and also my outer thigh. I see a little thigh gap forming but I can't stop and won't stop this is just a little motivation for you guys. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

My progress: Starting point: Left-56cm Right-55cm Day 1: It Hurt A LOT and I had to keep pausing, but I felt amazing afterwards. Day 2: I did it this morning, and I don't even know if I was doing it correctly because, for half of the exercises, I didn't feel a burn, lol. But I felt amazing afterwards. Day 3: I FELT THE BURN!!! My legs were sore afterwards, but at least I completed the whole workout without stopping. For some reason, I could feel the burn in my core and calves. Day 4: I did it quite late today (around 8 p.m. where I live), but I was able to complete it without stopping and felt great afterwards. Day 5: Today, I forgot to do it for the whole day, so I did it right before bed. It's definitely getting a lot easier now. Day 6: Completed the workout and felt great afterwards. I didn't feel too sore; the exercises are too easy now. Day 7: DNF Day 8: I forgot to do it yesterday; I did it twice today back to back. i was doing another leg workout which just wasn’t working. i wasn’t feeling the burn and just had ZERO motivation to do it. but this one… THIS ONE!!! i absolutely love you and your words of encouragement! the burn BURNS but i can literally feel it working! if you’re looking for a good effective leg workout with a super good voiceover, you can stop searching! this is it!
do this *3x a day* (depends on how your body can cope up) whenever you have free time. you'll see an enormous change after 2-3 weeks. also add up some stretches, *before and after the workout* so your muscles around thighs won't bulk. *DON'T PUSH YOURSELF TO LIMITS IF YOU CAN'T PERFORM IT. I started doing a different workout and I seem to like it a bit more than this and I also lost more than half an inch within 1 inch, but then again each body is different...

Hey guys ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this if you wanna get that thigh gap . I've struggled from inner thigh fat for so long and I've tried so many workout videos but i finally found this mix of exercises that actually WORKS !! Aslo i noticed some RESULTS after the FIRST TIME ;)

I am going to try this workout 1-2 times a day! Weight: 50kg (110 lbs) Day 1- ✅ It was a little hard but I got through it! I really felt the burn on the last exercise. 😅 Lets keep trying! Day 2 - ✅ IT FELT SO MUCH EASIER! 😊 My thighs feel really sore though but it was worth it! I can see a small change in my thigh fat. We can do this!
This works 100%, i started on may 31st, and the difference is amazing! When i started my thighs touched when i stood up, and got even bigger when i sat down, but now my thighs don't even touch a little! And when i sit down they aren't as big anymore, this workout is definitely worth it, and i really recommend if you want to get slim thighs quickly, and to top everything off i didn't diet or anything of the sort, i kept eating like i normally do, and even then the workout was very effective!

Hey you can do It, Show your mother that you can lose weight and that you are stronger than she thinks, show her. If she cooks very delicious food for you, just eat lower quantities or reject that food, to change you have to work hard, you can do It!! Don't give Up

Just 10 mins of these exercises won't do any wonders, you need to activate the fat burning process first. Just stick to a nutritional way of eating and stay active throughout the day, you can do this❤

The fact that she's naturally pretty and works so hard for us, maintaining her fitness, is truly a queen! Her workouts are great, supportive, encouraging, and her body isn't intense. By that, I mean she doesn't really have the super defined abs, super long and lean legs. She's almost perfect. But we all know no one is perfect, so keep working to get closer anyway! :>
I really believed that giving up is the only thing I can do when it starts to burn, BUT REALLY MY CONFIDENCE IS STRONGER! When I gave up I felt guilty because I knew I could give more of myself, now that I show it in training I am very proud of myself, DON'T GIVE UP! I was always bullied at school for my body, and I felt so insecure. During quarantine, I took the opportunity to change myself, not for the bullies, but for myself.
Yesterday, my school began again (we only had three to four weeks of quarantine in Hawaii).
My bullies looked so shocked, and it made me feel so amazing.

Day 1:✅ I thought it looked easy but it wasn't but I felt refreshed
DAY 2:✅ Definitely much more easier than day 1, I I'm definitely sweating more than on day 1.

Ok you guys I'm finally done after 2 weeks of this workout: my legs are definitely leaner than before it slimmed down my inner thigh and also my outer thigh. I see a little thigh gap forming but I can't stop and won't stop this is just a little motivation for you guys. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

Day 1: It Hurt A LOT and I had to keep pausing, but I felt amazing afterwards.
Day 2: I did it this morning, and I don't even know if I was doing it correctly because, for half of the exercises, I didn't feel a burn, lol. But I felt amazing afterwards.
Day 3: I FELT THE BURN!!! My legs were sore afterwards, but at least I completed the whole workout without stopping. For some reason, I could feel the burn in my core and calves.
Day 4: I did it quite late today (around 8 p.m. where I live), but I was able to complete it without stopping and felt great afterwards.
Day 5: Today, I forgot to do it for the whole day, so I did it right before bed. It's definitely getting a lot easier now.
Day 6: Completed the workout and felt great afterwards. I didn't feel too sore; the exercises are too easy now.
Day 7: DNF
Day 8: I forgot to do it yesterday; I did it twice today back to back. My legs were so sore- even more than the first time I did the workout.

i was doing another leg workout which just wasn’t working. i wasn’t feeling the burn and just had ZERO motivation to do it. but this one… THIS ONE!!! i absolutely love you and your words of encouragement! the burn BURNS but i can literally feel it working! if you’re looking for a good effective leg workout with a super good voiceover, you can stop searching! this is it!
do this *3x a day* (depends on how your body can cope up) whenever you have free time. you'll see an enormous change after 2-3 weeks. also add up some stretches, *before and after the workout* so your muscles around thighs won't bulk. *DON'T PUSH YOURSELF TO LIMITS IF YOU CAN'T PERFORM IT. ALWAYS PUT YOUR BODY CONDITION FIRST*

☆ [19/2/24] So I'll jus say my goal here, bc this is what I want to achieve! So in school, we're going to have a rowing event, on the river near my town for a P.E event and I rlly want to get my thighs slim enough so my shorts won't go riding up my thighs (if u get what I mean). Also I just want to be able to feel confident with my body because its rlly competitive at school and all! By the time I've updated this comment, I'll have around 5 weeks left until the event! (there was originally 7 when i started) which will be around a month if I do my Sunday rest thing.

☆ Day 2 | 6/2/24: ✅️✅️ my legs are aching from yesterday omg, done! I finally did the sumo squats straight, but i died like a second later

okay so for the results you have all been waiting for, drumroll please.
so i can definitely see a difference in my legs, my legs are a lot more toned than when i first started, actually they are very toned. my outer thighs are a lot slimmer. my like, fatty parts of my legs (if you get what i mean) they're not there anymore because i built muscle instead, which makes my legs look slightly slimmer. but i actually didnt get a thigh gap, i think these exercises only targeted my outer thigh and just toned my legs, i didnt lose at all for my inner thigh tho. there isnt any big visual difference, but i can feel a difference. my legs have also gotten stronger. overall, i think this excercise works really well in toning your legs and outer thighs!! these excercises do not bulk up your legs! just remember to stretch before and after! i didnt have any diet and i just ate normally!
i will continue to do this workout and still update here!! ♡
im gonna do the inner thigh ones only bc i barely have enough time to do the other one!

UPDATE: okay so ive decided to stop doing this workout because ever since my last update, ive been noticing that my thighs have been getting bigger and also my inner thighs haven't lost anything at all :/ but besides that, this is a really good workout especially if you're beginning. its not too hard but it definitely burns! i can definitely say that this workout did help me lose quite a lot during my first 20 days but i think lately, my bodys just gotten used to it, thats maybe why i havent been seeing results anymore. anyways, thank you all for accompanying me on this little journey!!! you were all really supportive and i hope you all get the results you want!! bc i def did achieve a goal!! my legs are a lot more toned, i lost some fat overall and i can def say that my legs have gotten slimmer! i also found that i lost around 1-2 inches!! if you have any questions feel free to ask me. byeee! ♡♡♡

Hey guys ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this if you wanna get that thigh gap . I've struggled from inner thigh fat for so long and I've tried so many workout videos but i finally found this mix of exercises that actually WORKS !! Aslo i noticed some RESULTS after the FIRST TIME ;)

This works 100%, i started on may 31st, and the difference is amazing! When i started my thighs touched when i stood up, and got even bigger when i sat down, but now my thighs don't even touch a little! And when i sit down they aren't as big anymore, this workout is definitely worth it, and i really recommend if you want to get slim thighs quickly, and to top everything off i didn't diet or anything of the sort, i kept eating like i normally do, and even then the workout was very effective!

@@young2918 definitely do more than one type of workout for faster results, some are much easier than others and still give good results

Hey you can do It, Show your mother that you can lose weight and that you are stronger than she thinks, show her. If she cooks very delicious food for you, just eat lower quantities or reject that food, to change you have to work hard, you can do It!! Don't give Up

Just 10 mins of these exercises won't do any wonders, you need to activate the fat burning process first. Just stick to a nutritional way of eating and stay active throughout the day, you can do this❤

The fact that she's naturally pretty and works so hard for us, maintaining her fitness, is truly a queen! Her workouts are great, supportive, encouraging, and her body isn't intense. By that, I mean she doesn't really have the super defined abs, super long and lean legs. She's almost perfect. But we all know no one is perfect, so keep working to get closer anyway! :>

I really believed that giving up is the only thing I can do when it starts to burn, BUT REALLY MY CONFIDENCE IS STRONGER! When I gave up I felt guilty because I knew I could give more of myself, now that I show it in training I am very proud of myself, DON'T GIVE UP! Burning and TOO MUCH, but when the training is over and you know that you did it without giving up, you will be very pleased with yourself. I TRUST IN YOU, now it's your turn to show that you can‼️

(im a highschool student, not following any specific diets but i try to keep my meals balanced and avoid eating McDonald's or KFC or boba tea and ice cream etc, somedays i may not be able to complete the workout due to academics, but i try to do it at least 4 times a week)

Day 1: Done! Had a few interruptions but still completed it! (I'm also doing other workouts for other areas such as my waist and for leg length)
