Eating out and buying fresh vs. storing ingredients to cook at home is part of why refrigerators are smaller in Thai homes. Thai families typically buy ingredients fresh that day. Very little is stored or frozen for the rest of the week.
Thank you Bro! Just hopped on FB marketplace and I'm losing my mind looking at spots 🤯🤩
I just wanted to say I really appreciate your content! Very informative and easy to listen too. Reasonable, matter of fact, succinct.
Subbed and liked!
Will be in Thailand for the month of August. Will use the info you’ve provided to start my research
Great video, i was looking out for your next video, im following your journey to help me prepare for my overseas living later this year. Glad to see your doing well
Thank you sir! This video was very informative. Keep doing the good work!
What's up my man!! Just subscribed about a week ago. Been watching a lot of your videos. I had commented on another of your videos that I was moving there this summer. That has been pushed back to this time next year, but that's DEFINITE. Gonna join your patreon in March, and after that I'll be hitting you up for info as I like to plan WELL in advance.
Thanks for posting👊
Great info brother, yea I’m hoping to catch one before those prices go crazy!! Thanks 🙏🏽
Thank you for the information. I am coming to Thailand the end of October. I hope to meet you.
Great video thanks for the info 💯
You can get room for 2.500 per month 1 mile away from the beach then you can have a electric air conditioner 4000 thai baht abed and wardrobe your good to go 700 US dollars a year mostly Thais live there but if you want to live with the real Thais and you can make the place nice
Visiting Chiang Mai next week and I really appreciate the info brother.. Seems similar to where I live now in Philippines. Thank you for the general info to get started.
I use Agoda for short term and Faz Waz and Rent Pad for long term. Thanks for the video. I'll be back in Thailand next week.

Nice to see your video again. I was wondering what happened to you since I have not seen your video for almost 2 weeks!
These videos dope
Do an updated one
I’m quite sure yu have acquired
More knowledge and things to do
Also add the places around that
Keep in mind with airbnb , most people book it for short term and the cost for most people living in the USA or UK and so on , is very good cuz they get more room than a hotel , generally most people can afford it , but if you are looking for long term , then renting a condo or apartment direct makes more sense .... Thailand overall has a better cost average for living and saving money when you have money from the usa or uk or you have saved up enough .
Airbnb is horrible, go to the desk and negotiate a deal directly
@@spookyblack7526 Airbnb is not horrible , sometimes its better to get a whole apartment or home than it is a hotel and the price is competitive but thats for short term , long term if your planning to stay for 6 months or more then go direct ... do your research .
@@TheMikeyStory your opinion is irrelevant, i've been traveling all my life and my sister works for Airbnb and tells me the truth. Why pay Airbnb the extra money when you can talk directly to the owner or manager and get a better deal? Airbnb is horrible
@@spookyblack7526 facts, I always get better deals when I talk directly to the owner/manager
@@spookyblack7526 don't waste ur time, he doesn't know what he's talking about
long time no see bro. just wonder r u alright ,didnt saw u upload lately but looks like u r ok
take care bro enjoy living in Thailand.🤟
Any tips to avoid scam properties on facebook marketplace? I would like to book a week or month rental before i arrive in Thailand so i will not be able to see it prior to paying
Btw- I love the channel and thank you for the info
Hello Isaiah
The line is the nice place believe me
I saw one of your videos of you playing basketball. That is my favorite exercise, where in Pattaya can i go .
Hey you have a great channel, what do you do for health insurance, also for the forst time visitor to Thailand do recommend Bangkok or Pattaya. thanks.
Safety wing is good for digital nomads
It's so cheap i can't believe it's not a scam as a South African
Hey bro, thanks for the info..
are those prices for 1 month stay? Or do I need to stay longer
In the renthub site
Any recommendations for a cheap place for 8 people, we bought tickets to Thailand for July to August so now we need a place to stay in Bangkok and around street foods
Yo! How do I get a 12m stay without doing a muay thai or education visa??
Did you transfer your United States job to Thailand to still have an income coming in?
Hello
You forgot to mention the visa and that’s a huge deal I understand there’s very difficult guidelines, how can you sign a year lease when you’re not even allowed to stay there that long?
I’m interesting to retire in Thailand
What about utilities
I’m hoping to stay connect with you
So far where you prefer most, brother, Chiangmai or Pattaya?
It's honestly hard to choose because the calmness of Chiang Mai has grown on me!
Before you decide to do a TH-cam video what job did you do before that
สวัสดีจ้า
Hello! Are you still there?
How long will Thailand allow you as a American allow you to live there?
You can live there forever with the right visa.
If you get a lease you have to pay down payment
Yes, 1st month rent and 2 months deposit 💸
DDProperty! Best place to find short/long-term contracts on ANYTHING! I lived in apartments, and I also lived in two condos before now living in a house with my wife. There are so many great condos out there, and the one I was paying for cost 12k baht a month (a tad less than $400 USD)...but the problem was by the time it hit 2019, the value and what it offered was like 8k baht because the market is MAD over supplied. So, if you pay 9k baht plus a month, make sure you're staying 15 floors up in a really nice place with a gym. Everything MUST be fully furnished, too.
I really want to rent an apartment in Pattaya but I don't want any place with cockroaches, would you recommend an apartment or a house? Is Pattaya bad for roaches?
Not everywhere has roaches lol
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 is it common though? May seem like a stupid question but I'd hate to pay upfront for an apartment and find out later..just curious if you or anyone else you know have had any bad experiences regarding this. Thanks
I’m 51 yrs old tired of living in US
Love the content…. I am trying to grow my channel very impressed in your growth! Would like to pick your brain if your open to helping grow a channel?
Did you get an extended visa? if so, did you have to get it back in the US?
No. Normally border runs will suffice. Going to the border via an agency will get you an additional 30 days with ease and just $100 fo rit, too. Just know if you do so many land border crossings, they'll start questioning you and make your life miserable hahaha
Can I ex change information with you email?
