- I need to move to a new condo. Today we see 4 stunning condo units in Bangkok that no one has shown you before. Cost of living in Thailand can be pretty low, if you know where to look. After living in the same Bangkok condo for over 1 year, I really want something bigger and nicer. Join me, and Bew from Beyond Horizon Real Estate Agency, as we tour 4 unique condos at the Sky Walk Residences in the Phra Khanong area of Bangkok. The layout and decoration of these units was really exciting for me to see! This was my first day of looking for a new condo in Bangkok and I was excited to take you along with me on this condo tour. The W District, where Sky Walk Residences is located, is full of energy and ambiance. As always, something went a bit wrong, but hey.. that's life. Let's just roll with it.

As a veteran of Thailand since 1998 I'm typing facts if you want to more indoor living space and bigger balconies. You must look to rent in any BUILDING BUILT BEFORE 2012. any Modern Condo building after this Are Very Small 50 - 30 Sqr meter Closets labeled as Apartments 🤣🤣
True, but I just don’t like the feel of the old buildings.
would be great to get more info from your
Where do live yourself now
Do you recommend? Any of nice one build befit 2012
Why not make video so lots of us can save money on rental
I rent old condo in cebu for stay only one one month pay $600
They asking for one month deposit too
How about those build before 2912 do they want one month deposit
Looking to move there this summer. Any suggestions to live by the beach?

But if you’re looking for excitement hedonism ,beaches , moderately to expensive high quality housing and economy and you have a fixed income of $2200 per month and above I recommend (Kamal Beach Phuket) you will need to buy or rent a motorbike to get to The main night life in Patong Phuket big tourist and expat population you can hoof from place to place if you’re in great shape.
If You’re looking for lower to can be pricey in the housing market Clean beaches larger and smaller apartments options as well as private Houses to rent. Then

most of us expats choose to live in Jomtien or Pratumnak area it’s on the other side of Buddha hill close enough to Central Pattaya but but far enough away for civility living.
We have some nightlife but not on steroids as in Central Pattaya cleaner water. Than Pattaya’s Beach water but not better than Phuket or Hua Hins water quality because Pattaya has been overly developed too quickly for its waters ecosystem .
Wow, I'm only at the first condo so far but this place is stunning man.
It’s really pretty nice. The owner of condos one and two did a really good job redesigning them.
Thank you such a great true condo in downtown Bangkok!
Awesome 👍🏼🙏
Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow, wow and wow. Absolutely beautiful building!
It’s a pretty cool building. Unfortunately, the W District gets pretty loud at night. The building is just too close.
@@LifewithSerg oh, no. Noise can be a big issue!
I love the affordable Condo videos!! Thank you for sharing!
Glad you like them!
high prices you mean. for that part
All five units look nice. I agree with you the number two is very comfy and well designed.
I think so too!
This was an awesome tour and they all looked amazing to me. Hard choice for sure. I love how you show the condo, the areas and share your thoughts. Great video!
I didn’t pick any of them. I’ve looked at about another 14 or 15 units, and five other buildings. I still haven’t found exactly what I’m looking for.
@@LifewithSerg That's because your condo is in Khon Kaen ;)
Ha ha.
@@LifewithSergcan be time consuming for sure. I really hope I can renew again in June 24.. I like where I am. Nr Ratchayothin, 49sq m 10,000b .. I’d be sorry to leave 😢.. good luck in your search Serg
That sounds like a bargain!
Nice video Serg! The first two units looked really nice. I love rainfall showers.
Yeah, the owner of the first to units really put some nice decorator touches in them. The second unit was my favorite out of all four of them.
The second one impressed me, with a great view, great decor, maybe a bit pricey but not bad.
Of the 4 in that building that I saw, the second one was definitely my favorite. The owner was also very nice, and obviously took good care of his units. I’ve looked at it about another dozen units in five other buildings. Still haven’t picked one. Lol
Great vlog Serg. Unit 3 looked the best. Great location
I would say that unit three would’ve been my favorite, unfortunately the white angle lens I was using didn’t show what you really saw when you walked in. The roof of the other building was prominently Feeling, the whole window in the living room. It would just be too depressing to have to look at that every day.
So beautiful place 😮😊👍❤️
It really is!
Hopefully you're feeling better Serg. Definitely #2 or #3 and the prices are pretty good. Are the prices quoted for one year leases? My wife and I love these kind of videos as they help educate us to what is available in Bangkok when we eventually move one day.
Of the four, number two was my favorite. And yes, I failed to mention that these were based on a one-year lease.
Love this neighborhood.
It’s pretty nice!
Well, that was so fun looking around inside the building!! Thanks for sharing 😊
Glad you enjoyed.
This is really nice. 🎉
Glad you like it!
thanks for sharing!very informative.
Thanks for watching!
We loved living in this area! We actually stayed in le luk next door and loved it for our four years there
Wow. 4 years. Nice. That condo building looks pretty nice also.
896 dollar omg its such a good price in the rany season dude . Dont miss it..
I’ve looked at quite a few other units since. I will not be moving into the building.
Serg you've earned this like from me today. not because you showed off some very nice condos, but because you said F*k it and showed off the sky bar even tho it was closed. that's the kind of ballsy attitude I'm happy to see. hats off to you sir
Rules are meant to be broken, right? Lol thanks man.
Really liked number 2.
Me too! I was tempted to take that one. I’ve actually looked at about 15 to 18 different units in six different building so far.
@@LifewithSerg So no decision has been made yet, do you plan to look at any more.
I like number 2.
Me too! However, it’s still not quite what I’m looking for.
IMHO: the second one is the best of the lot. Thanks for sharing Serg 👍
Those are my feelings exactly. It’s the only one of those four that I would consider. I’m just not sure I like the open lobby downstairs. I’m kind of spoiled right now in my current building because there’s so much more privacy. 🤪
@@LifewithSerg Good luck with the condo hunting 🤞🍀
2nd and 3rd one looks real good specially the 3rd one and it's pretty affordable. got great views too !!
Of these four, I really like the second one. The third one is really nice layout, however, the rooftop structure was extremely prominent in the view. You can’t really tell from the video because of the wide angle lens, but anytime you walked into the unit or sat on the couch that’s all you would see.
@@LifewithSerg oh yeahhh just noticed it does block everything
Condo 4. Best value for money.
Honestly, I was surprised it was so cheap in that building, and in that location. If you don’t mind the awful kitchen layout, this was definitely the winner.
Definitely # 3. Always go with how you first feel about a space that you will spend a lot of time in. That one really excited you so you would be a lot happier in there, despite the weird thing on top of the other building 😂.
As much as I love that unit, the view out, the window was horrible. You can’t really tell, because I use the wide angle lens, but that rooftop was very prominent anytime you walked into the living room, or sat on the couch. I’m not going to be living in that building. I’m still looking.
It’s perfect to me
Great!
I like the second one. I could see you there. Things are going up there. Cheers
Of the four units there, the second one was my favorite. I’ve looked at quite a few units after this and other buildings. I still haven’t picked something.
Thanks for the video. The third unit was the nicest although I think the fourth was a diamond in the rough since it had the best layout in my opinion.
I really like the third unit. Unfortunately, and the video doesn’t really show it, when you sit in the living room all you see, is the top of the building next to you. It’s a lot closer than it looks in the video.
#2 Without a doubt, best one
Of those four, I would have to agree. However, I’m not going to be moving into that building.
3 is the best
The roof of that building was a lot closer, and a lot bigger than it looks in the video.
Imho. Really nice condos. Especially the ones with the large curved window fronts. However, for me the bathrooms could be better but the price seems to be fair. All in all very good options 👍
Yeah, I love the curved windows. The closets were just too big, I would rather have that space in the living room.
@@LifewithSerg You're right. There‘s plenty of space used for closets, which feels like a waste of space if you don’t use it.
Wow the first one. Wow!! Bathtub too! Very rare nowadays.
Yes, finding a bathtub is quite rare. Unfortunately the bathtubs that I’ve seen are all quite small.
Cheers for the condo tour Serg. Like others in comments, 2 and 3 probably the best ones.
My agent is a saint. I think I’ve looked at least 30 different units and I still haven’t picked one. Lol.
My thoughts. Write down your priorities. For some price automatically eliminates the most expensive but then again, when I look at first 3 properties, you are helping the owner pay for his renovation/decor costs as well as the gym and swimming pool. The last one is not bad as well. Don't let the bare walls fool you as the others have multiple mirrors, glass and wallpaper to make it feel cosy, that's it. You can easily buy a few nice plants and picture frames to spice up the place with the rent difference and take them with you to your next home. Size in this instance does not matter as layout is more important. Not to forget the view if you like to look out your window when you're editing your videos. BTW, I like 2nd unit the best. Last unit is the runner up cause I see it's potential.
I completely agree with you as far as the decor. I could easily spruce up a place for about one months rent, and pocket the difference I would save every month.
@LifewithSerg I was surprised when you commented on not liking the decor. I'd prefer to get everything that i want for an inexpensive price and decorate it myself. More homey that way and a big savings.
@seashell4327 but then you end up owning a bunch of crap. I’m trying to buy as little as possible here. Not trying to save money, just don’t want to own a bunch of things.
cool video Serg, big thumbs up
Heya Paul, hope all is well!
@@LifewithSerg all good
i like 3 out off those 4 rooms i would def move in there :)
Yes, but the rooftop of the other building is much more prominent than it appears on camera. I was using a wide angle lens.
the second one gets my vote the closet is great
It’s definitely my favorite out of those four. I’ve actually looked at quite a few more units and other buildings, but I still haven’t found exactly what I want.
Thumbs up 👍 Serg
Many thanks
I like the forth room
Says no one ever
Exactly. Lol
Great for the market there... 👍
Yes indeed!
Thanks Serg! You are such a picky, I mean lovely client lol :D Luckily my lovely staff Bew is there to take good care of you - she had a fun time. Good luck on your journey man - we are enjoying your videos!
I warned you in the beginning that I was gonna be a difficult client. Lol. Thanks for putting up with me. 😂
great video serg - will you be making a video when you move out of your current condo - believe you mentioned it was in the asoke district. keep up the videos!
Yes, I will definitely make a video of my condo when I move out of it.
I liked 2 and 3 . 3 had a nice sofa 🛋
They were nice. I picked a different building.
I like the 3rd unit.
I really liked that unit as well. Unfortunately, the white angle camera doesn’t show that when you walk in the unit, or you sit on the couch, all you really see out the window is the top of that other building. It is that prominent. I just think it would be depressing to have to see that every day.
I believe 2nd and last unit might be my choice, if l were to select..Serg may have a difference view, l guess...🎉😂
I liked #2 as well.
oh my, after you mention the skybar, I recall this place and I can tell ya one unit of this condo is infamously haunted
I didn’t end up moving here. I just didn’t wanna live in the W district.
Wow nice video❤
Many many thanks
Pra Gra long is a good location to consider, First time to see the building inside. You behave very professional like acting as local estate agency. I keep on watching your tour on condo searching.
Thanks for the suggestion
I like #2 the best
Out of those four units, that would have been my pick as well.
Thanks for sharing! Since I have some back issues, I would love to have what you called "Scandinavian sofa" due to the high back rest. And to find a condo unit with that style of sofa in Thailand is unfortunately difficult. So if I was in the market for a new condo, I would have choose the first unit just for the sake of that sofa. 😊
It was just a nice looking sofa, but there was very little area to actually sit on.
Really nice video! I have interest in cruises in bangkok or southeast asia, maybe u can make a video of it!
Glad you enjoyed the video. I personally have no interest in the cruises, so I will not be making any videos of them. There should be plenty of other people that have made videos on that subject.
Hello i love the third condo. And i love the swimming pool. I hope you find what you looking for
Thanks!
2nd was nice, that would be a nice place to live :)
Of the four, that was my favorite as well. However, I looked at about another 13 or 14 units and five other buildings. I still haven’t decided.
@@LifewithSerg wow well there is for sure a smörgåsbord (smorgasbord, bread table(I guess)) of different options. And I like the cyberpunk vibe I get from condos in Bangkok. I like these kind of uploads btw it is very interesting to see what is available even if I am not shopping for it myself :)
I actually would not mind the last condo for that price. The only downside for me is the kitchen/washer/dryer. I don't like that it's enclosed with that wall, making it look like a tight squeeze. I would have preferred a walk-in shower, though, and not a bathtub. A major plus for me are the gym, the pool, and the close proximity to the BTS. Thanks for showing us around, Serg!
The last one was definitely a bargain. However, that alleyway kitchen was a horrible design.
Really liked the first one but the couch ruined it..
the second is also great.
I share your frustrations with condo sizes in bangkok😕
Yeah, the couch was just absolutely useless. Out of those for like the second at the most. I love looking at about 14 to 15 other units at five other buildings. Honestly, the more he looked, the more like Condo I have now. Lol
Nice 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you! Cheers!
Definitely hard to find good 1bdrm condos in the 50sqm+ that are nice and fresh in BKK, like the ones you showed. Esp in a comfortable price range.
Thanks for sharing your finds!
That is exactly the problem I’m having! Most of the one-bedrooms are about the size of my now, 32 m². It’s near impossible to find a new were one bedroom that’s over 40 m² in one of the new buildings.
@LifewithSerg I did find one near the shul I go to. I believe it's just over 50. Only did AirBnB monthly for now. But soon will probably take a longer term lease.
I like to cook now and then and enjoy chilling in my place and having friends over. So definitely need more than some small 30+ sqm condo
2nd condo 👍
Yeah of those for that would be the one I would pick as well
Big money Serg, wish I was as Gangsta as you. Very nice location, looks safe. I’m sure you will make the best choice.
These were very nice, but believe it or not I looked at some units or even nicer in the days after this.
😎👍🇺🇲
Cheers from the PNW Seattle WA area.
Rock on!
I would choose what's behind door number 2!
That seems to be a very popular option.
Good morning Serg, nice to see you. I like your TH-cam, yr English, yrnstyle, yrmwork.
Thank you so very much! I really appreciate that
I like the third. Prakanong is the most exciting area to live as it has BTS and just one station to Onnut. Is the area of modern n local mix. Good area
It is a good area, but I don’t think I’m going to be moving there
#2 definitely would be my choice
It was nice, but I decided I didn’t want to live right next door to a party area.
Man I love the design and architecture.. people get so creative...
I've always lived in USA and I swear every place I've rented is just the same old boring layout. plain square floor plans, boxes in boxes. etc...
I can't wait to get to Thailand...
That first one in USA would be 3500$-4500$/mo or more in the city.
Oh yah the prices are so much lower here. Enjoy your trip!
Real nice Serg
Thanks man.
I liked the 3rd.
But I would also live in the 4th for financial reasons.
The fourth was really quite a bargain to be honest with you. The kitchen was really a poor layout, unfortunately. The thing that really sucks about the third unit, was the fact that you saw the top of the building when you sit in the living room. And trust me, it was a lot closer than it looks in the video.
They look great for the price, that white sofa was too small though 😂
Yah that white sofa was not comfortable at all
Dang ! 800 bucks per month with all dec n space..the price is stunning! Got this place n you r the top of the world …..yeehaaaa serge 🎉🎉🎉
It’s a nice place, but I just didn’t really care for the rest of the building. Will not be moving there.
Hey Serg. Seems like a great accommodation. Would it be expected that this type of accommodation would be available in an “Airbnb “ via owners at an inflated price? This looks like something that would appeal to me for a short term rental. How safe do you feel the area is? Thanks in advance.
Yes look on Airbnb. Lots of good places. My current condo started out as an Airbnb for me, and I turned it into a long-term rental.
I don’t feel that there are any unsafe areas here. Take this from someone with 12 years of law-enforcement experience in America.
@@LifewithSerg THAT, is reassuring and comforting to hear! 18 yr Army vet, 10 as an MP so I can somewhat relate. The key I would assume is ...dont be a stereotypical American jerk, and you can avoid 99% of the problems?
Blinds around the Bath with a Shower? That won’t be a complete hassle! 😂
Unfortunately, it’s very common here. They do it so you can get some extra light into the bathroom, and the blinds are for privacy. It makes absolutely no sense to be honest with you.
Interesting room layouts. Common complaint with open atrium hotels/residences is you can hear noise coming from several floors above and below.
Agreed on open areas. Ultimately, I didn’t pick this building because the lobby entered right onto the street where there’s a lot of data life. I love the nightlife, but I don’t want it literally at my doorstep.
Gi Serg. Hope you well. The second for me. I like that open space where you can put a desk and still be out of the way. I am not a fan of bedroom desk area. Cheers.
I agree with you on the no desk in the bedroom. Glad you enjoyed this video.
Serg for what it's worth I'd opt for the second apartment. I'd lose the multi colored round light in the lounge though. Third one was good but the external view let it down. If you're living in the urban jungle of Bangkok I think it's important to stay in a place that is self contained like that so you don't have to hit the streets. I assume those prices are for a 12 month lease. Also I guess you'd be up for water and electricity charges as well.
I really wanted to like the third unit, but the spaceship rooftop was a lot more prominent than the video portrays. For a variety of reasons I’ve crossed off that whole building completely. I’m still looking. And yes, water and electric will be extra. Right now in my current condo. My water bill is about three dollars a month, but the electricity rates have gone up and it’s about $60 a month.
@@LifewithSerg With you on the spaceship roof Serg. Take your time finding a place. It's a big decision.
lol that couch in #1
Yah, it was HORRIBLE! Both in design and function.
4:21 Hi Serg from Gilbert Arizona USA I like the facilities in the condo but it needs a bigger condo. I #2 like the condo. Get the biggest for your buck. Good luck 👍 Healthy Blessings.
I actually looking at 14 more units at five other buildings. I still haven’t quite found what I’m looking for.
ห้องที่ 3 ก็โอเคนะ ^ ^
Yes, it was nice, but the roof of the other building was really so close
#2 or #3!!! I always want to know what room does the sun rise and sets
You would get the sunrise in both of these rooms
Thank you Kuhn Serg for showing us your possible next condo ! Honestly the price is far too high for Pra- ka-nong area ! Have you thought of a house instead ? But again Khun Serg is HI SO and a rich handsome man ja ❤😂
This was less than three minutes walk to BTS. If I get a house, it will be quite far from either BTS or MRT. I will also have to furnish the house. I don’t wanna have to buy furniture or even dishes if I don’t have to. I’m trying to keep my life very simple.
@@LifewithSerg Aren’t Khun Serg buying a bike ? So no worries about the MRT & BTS ! Just the rental prices above 20,000 bahts a month is quite hi ! There are brand new developments ( gated ) swimming pool gym included walking distance from your favorite 7/11 then Khun Serg will be really HI SO JAAA ❤️ 😂PS Who knows you will have few noisy neighbours living in the condo ja 💜
The price is definitely way tp high for Phra Kanong. I rent at Aspire on Sukhumvit 48 for less than 15k THB per month
Yes, but how big is your unit, and how long have you lived there? Prices have come back to pre-pandemic levels in the last year. I’m looking at units that are 50 m² or more.
Yes, once I get a new condo, I will be buying a motorbike. However, I’m looking for a fairly new building in a popular area with certain luxuries. I doubt I will find what I’m looking for for under 30,000 as my budget it around. 40-50k for a new place.
Ohh ahh love a good BKK condo tour close to BTS/MRT. LOVED IT thx for sharing. All had nice features but none quite perfect, 3 was lovely but the view argh. Loving those baths. But prefer a separate walk in shower, not as fit nearing 50yo soon climbing over the bath into the shower would be a pain on a daily basis. Otherwise beautiful facilities all round.
Yeah, the combo bathtub shower is a bit weird. I love having a bathtub, but I would really prefer a separate shower.
Have you looked at The Address Asoke. I like this place. Nice tub, quieter than busy Asok but close to markets, transport and 7/11 of course! 😁👍🏼and close to khlong transport.
It’s funny you say that. I’m actually going to go and look at Villa Asok, which is right across the road from the Address Asok. So I’ll probably take a look at both.
@@LifewithSerg what a coincidence! Too funny! I’ve spent way too many hours looking at condos from Brisbane Australia for my eventual move there! I like how The Address has a separate bath and shower and the tub has a great view out too. Plus a nice bench to work from overseeing the city! Hope you find something wonderful! Best of luck.
Hi again Khun Serg have you found you pad yet ? What about living around the yellow line Pawana Station connected to Ladprao MRT ? Tons of condos around here ! Then I can be another of you thai friend too ja 😂
I’ve looked at 20+ units. My agent is a saint. Lol. Still looking. Lad Prao is not a bad idea!
Wow, It's good price condo rent
Yes there are great units for these prices.
i need to visit thailand asap
You should!
@@LifewithSerg great content btw :)
im watching so many thailand videos haha
now im gonna watch yours aswell :D
I stayed here for a week in April 2023. The location is very good, but for me the Gym was lacking, very out dated, but i did like the pool though
Thanks for the feedback!
Nice video my friend! Do u have video baiyoke sky hotel??fabio from mauritius
Glad you enjoyed the vide! I don’t make videos of hotels. The only reason I even made this condo video is because I’m looking for myself right now.
That 2nd unit is MUCH nicer than the 1st. The 1st needs to be a queen size bed vs king, so you can fully access the closet. (Commenting after seeing only the 1st two units. Will edit after I see the remainder) OK...I definitely LIKE the 2nd one the best, but the 4th one is the one in my price range. I'd have to REALLY stretch the budget, to do the 2nd one. Since all have equal access to the facilities, and since MOST of the time is not spent in the condo except to sleep...I'd be leaning at the 4th one for my purposes. Though again, I REALLY, really like, that 2nd one.
Makes total sense. I ended up getting a totally different unit in another building. Very happy with my choice.
It's intersting to see, but you will never again see me confined to an apartment. I like my privacy, peace and quiet, green space and nature. Watching this makes me grateful for what I have. For a short trip however, no problem.
I had not lived in an apartment for over 25 years before moving to Thailand. I had a really nice house and a backyard in California. I do miss the serenity of it, but I’m happy here as well.
Thanks for the video. What do you do with Paleo Robbie produce if you do not cook?
They have fresh meals and frozen meals.
@@LifewithSerg I did not know, thanks ;-)
Are you moving? I like the third unit.
Unfortunately, and you can’t see it because of the wide angle lens are used on the iPhone, the second building rooftop was extremely prominent when you walked in or sat in the living room. I’m still looking.
@@LifewithSerg It's a really nice view to see the rooftop, in my opinion. The view is more comfortable than seeing the building every day.
I’d take 4. Bargain - give the owner 20k extra for some decorations! Also liked 3. 1 and 2 looked ‘cold’ to me. With that open atrium can you hear someone disposing of their trash 20 floors below? Good tour, liked the area.
I think the fourth one was definitely the bargain of the bunch. However, the kitchen was a lot narrower than it looks in the video.
@LifewithSerg - you did say you don't cook so you can pretend that space didn't even exist except for the fridge. 😂
I really like the building and facilities but it must be hard to make a decision with so many to see, but it does have a skybar.
I saw another 15 units, and five other buildings, on the days following this. I still haven’t picked one. Lol.
@@LifewithSerg That is crazy. So is the waterfall, Bkk really is amazing.
Thanks for the tour. Nice condos, but not my style. For me they feel a bit dated. Maybe it's the decorations. For the money I think you could find something better. Like everything, it may be your cup of tea but not mine. Do more of these affordable rentals. ☮
I like the third one is frozen decor of the most. Like you said, we all have different tastes. I’m actually going to go and look at some units that are closer to $1000 a month next.
@@LifewithSerg look forward to your search. I bought a condo in Pattaya, but still over 2 years before it's finished.
Hi Serg. Check, El patio in sukumvit soi 31. For this price a lot of space you get. I live there. Awesome environment
Thanks but way too far from BTS. I want 5 minutes walk.
@@LifewithSerg ohh understood serg. 😊😊 cool
But I love Soi 31. So many good restaurants!
@@LifewithSerg including my restaurant ☺️
My Maebaan regularly cleans rooms there. If you want her to contact you, just let me know. She speaks perfect English for thai standards 😂 btw you can see her and my condos from there 😂
I don’t think I’m gonna be moving into the building.
@@LifewithSerg ok. Im looking for a 2nd room, too. Just a crappy old studio. Don’t even need furniture. I will bring a desk. I want to have some space to put a full size computer
Next Channel: Cookin' With Serg!
Bruh, don’t laugh! My best friend here is always telling me that I should have an episode where I cook. She is well aware that I do not know how to cook. He might actually be a pretty funny thing.
I think the ones I like was the 3 condo than the 2 condo and the 1st and like you I did not like the last I could see myself living there if I come for long time
All good choices but none are what I’m looking for.
@@LifewithSerg that a shame I would of gone for number 2 as I coukd show my vintage toys off in them display cabinet
There was definitely plenty of space for that! I think that would’ve been really cool use of all those display cabinets
The second one, but the modern decor turns me off. Hot tub, sauna/steam would be a big plus.
I prefer the clean decor. This one was a bit over the top.
Very nice condo 👍 should get together for 🍺 in Bangkok someday
I’m taking a month-long, at least, break from alcohol. Need to get to the bottom of this allergy/sinus infection that I keep getting.
@@LifewithSerg get well soon 💪
