    I've been using this video 5-6x per week for the past month and it is relieving pain and improving my range of motion for a frozen shoulder. Thank you! With some other doctor's orders I hope to get my shoulder back soon. Best video I've found yet!

    I've had a niggly left shoulder for the past week. My yoga and strength training on hold to rest it. Googled yoga for rotator cuff pain and this practice popped up. So grateful for yt algorithms. My shoulder is feeling better after just one practice thankyou so much. I will be doing this one regularly for sure. Going to check out your channel for SI joint practices.☮

    I hurt my rotator cuff couple weeks ago in wrestling class and have been trying so many different exercises to relief the pain and this has to be one of the best. Feel a massive difference from just one session

    I have been receiving physical therapy and most recently, acupuncture for a torn rotator cuff. I am so grateful for this video. Thank you so much! You are a gentle and positive teacher. I will be doing this sequence daily.

    Your videos have literally helped me so much. Just by doing your videos every other day it is crazy how much improvement I have in my mobility of my arm and range of motion in my back. These have been such a godsend because I can’t afford physical therapy co-pays due to changes in my insurance.

    Just got diagnosed with a rotator cuff injury on my left shoulder for an issue that's been chronic. Since I do yoga daily and so many of the poses I do regularly are not good for this kind of injury, I really appreciate you designing a group of poses that will help stretch and strengthen this area.     During the session, I didn’t feel like it was helping much, but after, when I sat down to work, my shoulder feels so much looser and better. You are a ninja! Thank you so much for this video as I have been in pretty bad pain the last couple days.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I was so excited to open youtube this morning and see this upload. This is exactly what I have been needing!! Added to my posture playlist. I have Heds and am 1 year post op of my second left shoulder stabilization. Both surgeries failed but being in a sling for 12 weeks in 2.5years has caused the most damage. I have made it a daily practice to mobilize my mid back and ribs, its made all the difference. Your videos help me so so much.

    That was great. Definitely noticed the pain more in the lunge with left foot back and opening up with left arm behind me

    Im adding this to my playlist, Im actually going to therapy for shoulder pain that I believe is related to my AS. Right now its just heat and ultrasound and that is helping after (2) sessions. Thank you

    Is it ok to do these poses if one has a shoulder impingement ?

      It's all about what you are feeling and how you are doing the exercises. I have my clients do these exercises with shoulder impingement, but key is not pain when doing them 💕
