Welcome, TOP_cbr we are happy to have you here.
Just many variations of exercises stacked together with reasonable resistance. Doesn’t matter how heavy, if you do enough you will feel the burn/pump. Same for any body part. Ideally do triceps and biceps on separate days to maximise energy for the muscle group. You also don’t need as many exercises as this, just work 5-8 reps per set and eventually work to failure. No failure, no growth maximisation.

This is true. I do these exercises three times a week, but I do a full fifty reps per exercise and always do the last ten reps super slow. But hey, we're all different. However, like you, I think going slow is the key to growth.

Do you know what to do, when I train my forearm I pumped only the upper part but my wrists still are weak and tinny. I feel have no strength there.

No one needs 12 exercises per body part especially not for a small muscle like the biceps. Pick 1 - 2 of these movements and focus on progressive overload.
3 for biceps, 4 for triceps, 3 rounds of each exercise, 10-12 repetitions

Is this workout done after your normal arm routine or stand alone? I don't see how a dude that jacked is exhausted doing 20's. I'm thinking this is after your workout to failure is done, you take a few minutes to recover and then add these. Not knocking the routine, I just wanna know.

@@Gym.1 do you use a skin fold calipers? That is what I use, however, I think they underestimate BF% on leaner people? It says I'm 6.5% but i would say I'm roughly the same leanness as you in this video, maybe closer to 11%, but not as much mass. I'm 195 lbs @ 5'11". I'm trying to find the best way to track my BF% progress. You definitely look shredded, well done.
