No one tells you this for free but you need to be in a calorie deficit to lose the FAT that's covering the abs. You can do all these workouts and then some but if you are choking down McDonalds, Wendy's and Burger King on the regular, these wont help. Just saying.
What you say is very true, my brother, diet is the most important, but these exercises help burn calories while developing the abdominal muscles so that they appear stronger and more beautiful.

Idk, I think it’s different for everyone. I’m on a calorie surplus and I do abs everyday. (It’s mainly what you eat.)

@@ijohnathonwhite8002 I'm no expert but maybe start with 3 set at 10 reps each and as you get more comfortable take it to 4 sets at 12 reps each. Please someone correct me if i'm wrong but that's what I tend to do in the gym

Thx for sharing. One question, no precise and specific inhale exhale needed while doing all these exercises?
Regarding breathing during these exercises, here are some useful tips:
- There is no need for very specific and precise breathing. Allowing the breath to flow naturally is best.
- In general, try to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. This helps to relax the body.
- When the exercises are physically strenuous, you may want to breathe deeply to get more oxygen.
- Focus on inhaling and exhaling air calmly and attentively. There is no need to breathe violently or excessively.
- Relaxing and paying attention to your breathing will help you focus and perform the exercises more effectively.
The goal is for breathing to be natural and calm, without any exaggerated effort. Try it and feel the difference!

Some great excercises that will get muscles you didn't even know were there to start recruiting more. Everyone does the basic stuff with minimal result. What weights you use for your workouts
Abdominal muscles do not need heavy weights. You can use any weight, even 2.5 kilograms But the first exercise definitely requires heavier weights
