Get huge arms by training arms two times a week and rest of the recovery starts in the kitchen. Most of these guys aren’t natty, natural process may take 10-20 years for a natty, while 1 year is more than enough for enhanced to get the physique they want with right nutrition and rest
If its cool pls make a video on how you trained your shoulders and got them to grow so well, might be my genetics but i train my shoulders hard asf and they dont grow properly
