Bench cups are very hard on the shoulders the position of the hands forces the rotator cuff into internal rotation btw every single muscle works to stabilize the skeleton so there us no such thing as a stabilizer muscle look for it in any anatomy books you will find no reference to such muscles.

4 ejercicios para el músculo bíceps y 4 ejercicios para el músculo tríceps solo una vez por semana, pero si tu brazo está más débil que el resto de músculos de tu cuerpo, entonces dos veces por semana, una vez cada 4 días.
@@Gym.1 amigo muchísimas gracias de verdad por tomarte el tiempo gracias he entrenado a veces me desanimaba al no ver resultados tengo por así decirlo buenas piernas, pecho lo mas difícil son mis brazos yo soy de contesturo un poco delgada pero como soy alto cuesta mas desarrollar los músculos creo que la segunda opción me favores y voy a agregar a la rutina o en días que no se de entrenamiento de brazos barras paralelas que son muy buenas para los brazos y parte alta del cuerpo que dices??? Gracias gracias lo tendré en cuenta osea durante 4 semana al menos debería tener buenos resultados con el favor de Dios y poniendo por obra esto los ejércicios los ejecuto en mi casa creo que puedo hacer un Excelente trabajo! ✌️🤘🙏🇻🇪

you should understand you don’t have to have innovative workout routines to have really good and positive results the best results come from simple basic routines that target specific muscle groups unless you’re doing full body workouts . It doesn’t really seem like you’ve worked out before by not understanding this concept.
