    Should you do that many exercises ? I do push pull so in general I would do 3 back exercises and 2 bicep exercises. 4 sets on each / What would you recommend please ?

      All large muscles need 6 exercises, such as back, chest, shoulder and leg, 3 sets of 8-12 reps for each form of exercise. Small muscles, such as biceps, triceps, and trapezius, need 3 to 4 exercises. 3 sets of 8-12 reps for each form of exercise.
