Are you hungry ? That looks like such a small amount of food. I’m So sick of “tracking” calories and feeling hungry. I just end up falling off the wagon cause I get hungry. I’ve followed parts of our journey and I 100% can relate to what you’ve gone through in your weight loss journey. All the best snd it seems like you’ve found something that works for you.!
@@delightedtomeatyou I just watched your latest videos and I was hoping the tracking was working for you. I feel your pain and your frustration as I am around your age and it seems to be getting harder and harder to loose weight. But I’ve struggled with those extra few kilos my whole life. I hope you find what works for you 🙏🤗
Why am I so happy to see you eating smaller portions lol! I knew you would figure it out. 😉 Btw, I’ve been trying the cup of milk (influenced by you) as my last meal. It’s pasteurized tho. As well as using exogenous ketones in my last cup of water for the evening before I stop drinking. And I finally went from 2-3 hours of sleep each day to 5 solid hours lately… HALLELUJAH! I unfortunately cannot eat/ drink food stuff close to bed because I have sibo so I close my mouth trap at 3:30 PM. So milk at 3:30 PM and then ketones around 6:30 PM. And I don’t worry about waking up too early. Im hoping to sleep 8 hrs again but these 5 hours make me feel great! I’m making progress! I’m thinking about food prepping too but my tummy prefers freshly cooked food each day. Perhaps I’ll try it just to make my life easier! Glad to see you making progress! I’m also a life long binge eater but some carbs help me since I can only utilize a certain amount of fat (which is getting better over time), but I’m still working on finding what works for me!
Woah that much protein. I am so scared to go that high. 120-130 spikes my sugars. But I may try it. What’s your goal weight? This is helpful to see what others are taking in and losing because I have tried lowering protein and upping fat. Energy is good but I can’t lose at all. I’d be happy with 0.5lbs a week
I lost 35 pounds of body weight in two months eating only two big bowls of beef stew every day. The stew had no starchy vegetables in it, like peas, corn, or potatoes. No sweet drinks, no grains, and no exercise.
It's not allowed here in my state either. However, I recently found a local farmers market type store that found a way around the red tape. They can sell it to you if you're going to feed it to your pets. It's illegal to sell for human consumption, but not illegal for pets to drink it. The government hasn't passed a law to tell us we can't feed our pets raw milk, yet. Some of the shoppers I've talked with say the milk is as good as milk that can be sold to humans in other states, just not certified or legal for our state. After getting to know some ppl who shop there, they're telling me they buy it and drink it daily. My next trip to that store, I plan to put my name on the list to buy some and make some milk kefir out of it. Anyway, check your local farmers market and see if they have something like that too. If not contact a local farm who has dairy cows and see if they'd be interested in selling milk for your pet. Wink, wink, they don't need to know it's for you. LOL
Same. I ate 1pd of groung beef, 4 eggs and a half pound of bacon. I sprinkled nutritional yeast on top and it was awesome. Still losing weight here too, and I dont even exercise yet. Im down 10 pds in 2 weeks. Keep it going yall! Best of luck to ya!
@@theoneuafter I lost 14lbs in the first month (water weight) then it ground to a halt. I've just finished 3 months of lion diet. The 2nd and 3rd month I lost a grand total of 5lb (in 8 weeks). I'm now on carnivore and my weight has gone back up by 6lb. I think if you're overweight to start its harder to lose without watching calorie intake.
@LAMAxFACE That does make some sense. Were you exercising as well? I will be starting to go to the gym this coming week. I also noticed my appetite is nowhere near what it was the first day I started this. Im basically OMAD (one meal a day) as well. I do not eat breakfast and do not eat lunch at work. I just bring water with Keto Chow electrolytes in it. I also cut my coffee intake by 90%. I've had 3 cups in two weeks as well. Hopefully, with exercising and no sugar and basically zero carbs, I can continue to lose fat. Also, I plan on eventually using leaner cuts of meat as my body adapts to its new fuel source (fat). I hope you can stick to it and reach your goals. I know it's not going to be easy, but I am absolutely committed to this to get healthy and lose some unwanted fat! Best of luck!
@@theoneuafter I started this again in Feb this year (it's my 2.0) I originally started April 2023 but had the exact same issue (lost a stone then put it all back on) lost heart and started cheating. I have bought myself a running machine but cant use it at the moment because my room is INFESTED with kittens :) They will be rehomed in a couple of weeks and I plan to get out in the garden with the better weather so I will be exercising but thus far, no, I haven't exercised per se. He's only been on the diet a month! I love listening to everyone's success stories because it motivates to keep going. I wish you good health for the future x
@LAMAxFACE Awesome! I bet he feels better, too! Keep with it. We can all do this. There is nothing wrong with a healthy commitment. I cheated a couple times too, but it was to my benefit. We have a pail of candy and chocolate here at work. Lol I ate 2 Hershey Kisses the other day and got the worst stomach ache for about 10 mins or so! My body was like WHAT IS THIS????! So now, I can walk right by it and not even want any sweets at all! Loving it! Also, you can look into bulletproof coffee if you find that you are "actually" hungry before your meal time. It helped me keep on track as well. Stick with it!

I thought that on the carnivore diet is zero carbs. Where are you getting the carbs? The cheese???
Can you share your beef tallow you use on your skin please?

The short answer is yes, I am hungry. Or at least not fully satisfied. I'm trying to increase calories a bit now to combat that

Jen also. Do you check your sugars? Mine are high on mod P high fat? Guess ketosis really doesn’t matter being low carb for so long?

@dragonlady4080 I have been looking for it for quite sometime now but thanks 😊
What animal does jalapeno come from?
It's a great question. sometimes I utilize a few non carnivore spices and things like that
Its the calcium in the milk thats making her sleep calcium also calm the nerves and the small insulin spike from drinking milk makes sleep also
I think the two keys her are all protien and reduced calories..
Are you allowed to season your food on this diet, besides salt and black pepper
technically, strict carnivore would be salt only. But many people use whatever seasonings they want and sometimes even condiments without any issues.
i had a 4 1/4 burgers, 1/2 pound bacon and a big ass ribeye, i dont count anything, i eat till im full and continue to lose weight

13g carbs is more than I'd guess. Must be lactose in the raw milk, and maybe the cheese too. good job tho. Keep it up. God bless!
Yep, a cup of milk has 13g carbs
That looks like hardly any food -i would be starving
Yuck, bowel cancer on a plate.
No eggs, are they off your plan? If I can’t eat eggs, I may as well - - -
I eat eggs. I just didn't this week

How so? Seems just fine to me.

Butter also works
Raw milk is dangerous to consume and is even illegal where I’m from, please don’t drink it
Some States allow you to buy it directly from a farmer.
