Great Video, thank you! Just some thoughts: Almost cried when you said you throw out the beef fat. You could honestly keep your calories the same but add the tallow back. Instead of using Ghee, fry your eggs in the fat that comes from the ground beef. Less messy and you can meal prep in 1 pan. When you track 4 ounces of Ground Beef this includes the fat in that serving. If you drain it off, this may be why you get constipation or feel hungry because instead of a 400 calorie serving you are only eating about 150-200 because you drained off the fat. (Hope that makes sense). I kept hearing Dc Berry and Chaffee say "your body can only absorb so much fat, it does not get stored. if you are eating too much it will just come out in your stool. If you have diarrhea you can cut back on the fat. If you are struggling to go, you need more fat" I was like, BET and did a test. Ate a big bowl of Pork Belly (very fatty, even if you drain off some to save) and butter. Literally ate until I felt sick and was way over my normal calorie intake. Within a couple hours I had to go to the bathroom, and it was eventful lol. The next morning I lost 1.5 lbs and my tummy was flat, but I was so full - I only ate once the next day. I'm not saying drink all the fat or force yourself to eat sticks of butter, but your ground beef should be moist with it. If you cook a rib eye in the air fryer/pan, the juice should be poured back on top. I don't really buy Ghee or butter because I use the tallow. IDK how some Carnivore ladies eat a stick of butter a day, but sometimes I do crave butter and fatty ground beef. Sometimes ground beef sounds gross, and that's when I eat chicken, steak, beef hotdogs, bacon, pork belly or salmon. My Hubby is not 100% carnivore, but he loves meat. He basically eats what I eat but with rice or some kind of sauce. He actually lost weight, and now willingly says no to extra sweets and stuff that he used to eat a lot of. From what I can see on your channel, you look great and you have a nice body. Maybe not stress so much, eat until you are full and move a little more? For me the smaller I got the less weight I would drop and I had to learn to accept that. I was so big before it was normal to lose 10-20lbs in a couple weeks. Now my body is just like "Bruh chill" and I only lose 1-3lbs a month. Weights/Pilates have helped so much. I only train 2 times a week and even tho my weight has not dropped, my body has changed and I fit smaller clothes. Highly recommend to do some kind of resistance training regularly and just eat girl.

looks like a great week of meals. I love making roasts and eating it for several days. I am glad the meal prepping is helping to keep you on track. It will be interesting what happens when you up the calories because a lot of people report seeing increased weight loss when they increase calories. I know it sounds counter intuitive, but calorie math never works in real life I don’t think you should have to explain too much about the enchilada sauce. i know it will trigger some people but a lot of carnivores add in some seasonings or sauces here or there if they don’t cause problems. Personally when I am socializing and don’t want to be a complete stick in the mud I’ll go more keto than carnivore and will feel perfectly fine afterwards.

I input your daily meals into a tracker and that is maybe 1500 calories a day and for your height, is no where near enough for you especially if you're doing that much in the gym. I would do 2lbs (900 to 1000 grams) of meat a day and a dozen eggs. Your body needs more calories that what you're currently eating.
Constipated? I have an answer that text my problem with that. Magnesium. There are many forms, and I couldn’t even tell you, which is the best, I just take a multi. But if I take it every day, I’m totally fine, if I miss a week, I’m in trouble.

Why are you trying to lose weight! You look amazing. I've been carnivore for over 6 years. Nothing but meat, eggs and ghee or butter. No salt or seasoning. I eat fatty chuck steaks and ground beef. Chicken thighs occasionally. Eggs and butter daily. No bacon. You don't need to add salt to your food. I train 5 x a week BJJ. No issues or complaints.
Very impressive! that is a lot of work! it's really paying off for you, you look fantastic. Those enchiladas are a great idea, thank you for doing the research on that sauce so I don't have to. LOL I appreciate your videos :)
I used red enchilada sauce just last night to make chicken w it and cheese. I know it’s not carnivore, but it was something that I felt like you know what I’m not gonna be crazy strict all the time just on one this one ingredient because I’m normally pretty much carnivore every day.
I appreciate this! Even though I strive to do mostly carnivore I have a family and so I need ideas that work for them as well. I made the enchiladas but used chicken instead and the whole family loved it.
For liquid fat I let it cool on the counter then pour it into my vital protein container and keep it going with various grease and such till full then throw that away and start over !
Those Enchiladas will potentially prevent weight loss and cause issues. The point of Carnivore is an exclusionary diet for health, reducing the amount of plant proteins and additives that your gut microbiome has to deal with, including preservatives and chemicals. The ingredients for your egg white wraps contain EGG WHITES, XANTHAN GUM, NATURAL FLAVOR, SALT, NISIN (NATURAL PRESERVATIVE), You should really stop including these recipes in your "Carnivore" videos, because it does not paint the full picture to those who don't know better. You made a video complaining about how your weight loss plateaued, I commented on that video saying that it was because you were adding so many things into your diet that were not carnivore. Carnivore only works as an all or nothing. YOU ARE NO LONGER DOING A CARNIVORE DIET. There are two types of acceptable Carnivore diet, On one side you have beef steak and nothing else, on the other end you have a range of animal products. Anywhere in the middle is fine, NOWHERE in the middle do you have ANY PLANT PRODUCTS. I am sorry but you need to STOP INCLUDING YOURSELF IN THE CARNIVORE COMMUNITY if you are going to be adding these recipes into videos with a carnivore title, even if you do say that they are not carnivore. Carnivore Diet exists for the main purpose of Mental Health and Physical Health, weight loss is just an added benefit. These recipes will negatively effect the aspects of Mental and Physical health that people start the carnivore diet for. The moment you start making concessions like this on the Carnivore diet is the moment you start failing. Most people already struggle to stay the course, the last thing they need is an influencer claiming to be a carnivore saying it is ok to take some backwards steps.
I was waiting for a comment just like this one. I was strict carnivore for 1.5 years. I didn't even use seasoning besides salt! I was not eating plant foods, at all. That's when I was slowly gaining weight. I have spent the last 9 months trying to change things up in order to lose weight. It has been trial and a lot of error, but I'm just trying to document the process. You're welcome to follow along or not. I do appreciate your feedback but I respectfully disagree.
@@delightedtomeatyouI VERY MUCH appreciate your trial and error and your honesty. Strict pure carnivore has been very useful for me in many ways BUT it hasn’t cured/reversed everything and my weight loss has badly plateaued. I’m watching you closely and very grateful to see all of your content.
I like to put my chuck roast in the oven in the cast iron pan or the Dutch oven or I'll put it on the counter in the Crock-Pot I do not want to stand over the stove all day. Second I belong to Dr Kiltz tribe and we had a discussion this week about weight and eating carnivores / keto and some were discussing the fact that they hit a certain plateau and have not been able to move off of it and perhaps because we're not all built the same our body is stopping at the weight that it's supposed to be even if it doesn't fall into some particular guideline and that we should just relax about that. I mean if you're within 20 lb of what you imagine your goal weight to be and you can't get there perhaps not stressing over it and just accepting the fact that your body needs you to stay at that particular weight for whatever reason because it's your metabolism and your health and your body then we should just accept that, it was just something that was brought up that I thought I would share. I'm not really sure how I feel about that because I haven't even come close to my goal weight I mean I've been plateaued at this weight and I am still about 90 lbs overweight😂 anyway I thought I would share that. By the way those meals look delicious😊

What is in the plastic bags lying in front of the 7-days worth of meals in glass jars?
Raw milk
I truly enjoy these prep videos. They are providing so many ideas as I try to incorporate a higher protein diet.
I’m so glad!!
Everything looks so delicious! I’m going to try this out for my daughter and I. Thanks!
Discovered your channel. You need more fat if your constipated. Great video
Hiya! Really interesting meal prep video. Do you track your macros and if so what were your daily macros for that week? Many thanks Ann.
HI Jen. Thanks for this very informative video
You are so welcome!
🥰
You waste fat that you could use for cooking.
I have more fat than I could ever dream of.
i was wondering how you kept it from spoiling. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for the wonderful ideas. I truly do appreciate it. If you ever have extra time could you list the macros?
Very impressive! that is a lot of work! it's really paying off for you, you look fantastic. Those enchiladas are a great idea, thank you for doing the research on that sauce so I don't have to. LOL I appreciate your videos :)
I used red enchilada sauce just last night to make chicken w it and cheese. I know it’s not carnivore, but it was something that I felt like you know what I’m not gonna be crazy strict all the time just on one this one ingredient because I’m normally pretty much carnivore every day.
Look at some wooden spurtles! My favorite wooden cooking utensil. 🙂
I love these videos--so helpful! Thanks for sharing!
I love your recipes. I don’t work anymore so I don’t need to meal prep, but I make sure I have all the ingredients on hand. Thank you.
These are so informative and helpful! Thanks for sharing!
I love your enchilada recipe ❤
Thank you 😋
My mother in law made her enchiladas with boiled eggs instead of meat. It is absolutely delicious.
I appreciate this! Even though I strive to do mostly carnivore I have a family and so I need ideas that work for them as well. I made the enchiladas but used chicken instead and the whole family loved it.
you are amazing. great job
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks for the ideas! And thanks for all the work you put in to your content. It helps me alot. Look into cast iron pans.
Just don’t watch her channel
Keeping & eating all of the fat will help with your poor situation.
Sounds like you need to find a new boy friend!!😂
Smartest way of cooking ever 🥳🥳🥳
Where do you get the raw milk?
I appreciate that. Thank you for the discussion.
Love your content!! You’re inspiring me to meal prep for me and my husbands whole week of carnivore meals. Idk about my kids meals though that’s alot of work 😂
Yes, that would be a lot for the whole family!
I pour my oil into my takeaway coffee cups, put them in the fridge and then bin them too. Gives them a 2nd life… and is a smaller footprint in my fridge .
Great idea!
Thanks for sharing. 😋
Liked and subscribed!
Meal prepping definitely cuts down on just grabbing something less than desirable when really hungry.
So true!
Take a lot of magnesium
Looking GREAT, Jenn ❤
Looks like a great week of meals!
Thank you. I prefer to meal prep twice per week, my kitchen is also a mess, but I prefer to clean two times per week rather than every day
Great tip!
Loved this! Loads of prep and thinking but really simple overall. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Great recipes and I love your honesty right down to the messy kitchen and wrong bowls
Thanks so much! 😊
I am just starting keto/carnivore and this has helped me a lot. Thanks
Great to hear!
Awesome! thanks for sharing. Inspired to do some of your recipes Jen x
Hope you enjoy!
Do you not get tired of eating the same thing for 7 days???
No. We eat to live, not live to eat.
Not really
You have such variety to choose from! Beef, pork, lamb, goat, venison, chicken eggs, duck eggs, quail eggs, fish, seafood, bacon, butter, ghee, lard, tallow and much more! How can anyone get bored???
@@lf7065 I'm saying she is making 7 days of the same thing, how does she not get bored with that. I've been on this plan for 5 months and have lost 25lbs but I don't eat the same meals 7 days in a row. I watched this video looking for new ideas lol
Too much variety makes me tired & confused ❤❤
I love your meal prep videos 💞
That chuck roast looks delish. Now I’m going to have to try it. Really enjoying these prep vids, thx Jen. 👏🇦🇺
You are so welcome!
@@delightedtomeatyou BTW, I appreciate when you give ‘non Carnivore’ suggestions. You have permission to continue. Those enchiladas my hubby would definitely eat. Me too. Might try finding that sauce.
Love your stuff ❤
Works For Me Too.
Beautiful meal prep!
Magnesium can help with going to toilet.
I swear I have tried nearly every kind of magnesium!
Love this!
Love it!❤
Yum!!!
Great. Thank you. Xx
You’re welcome!
Wait…how long were the enchiladas in the oven at 375 for?
NeverMind! She did say 20 minutes, ha sorry. Missed it the first several times I watched!!
Oh good, I was just about to reply! But truly, the answer is however long it takes to melt the cheese.
Oh my goodness! I made these last night and they’re fabulous! Thanks so much for your hard work! PS- I’m also a nurse and carnivore so we have that in common!❤
