It makes me sick when people make videos like this like everyone in the world is a millionaire and can’t afford $10 milk! Or a $12 tiny bag of rice! In order for the average family to afford all of this expensive stuff, they would have to be millionaires, and most of us are not. There has to be a way for your average income people to still eat healthy. unfortunately, that’s why the rich people will always survive. it’s just very sad. my family loves fresh fruits and vegetables however, the price of them is outrageous. I also can’t understand why everything is filled with sodium . it’s really insane the amount of sodium that they put in every single item💔

And I substituted my soda with the flavored fizzy waters from Walmart ! They are so freaking delicious and I love to mix the starburst packs inside of them as well!
Following keto rules (whole cream/ rebel ice cream) can help ur lifestyle change
Thank you for this! Why are we avoiding tomatoes? I didn't get that
I’m doing my best trying to lose weight and I appreciate all your help on these videos, but I’m still getting a bit discouraged. But I’m trying to stay positive.
Sorry to hear that my friend. Dont lose hope :)
Curious on the less ground turkey?
Why did you skip over the low-glycemic berries? It’s summer- you only talked about apples and bananas?
I cut all dairies except for some nature greek yogourt, would it be better to cut it entirely?
So far I have lost 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks being on Wegovy 🎉 I don't have an appetite
Congratulations! Keep up the good work 😊
Thank you for this!
That grocery store is so clean!
Did I miss something but you didn’t mention fish …salmon, sardines, etc… I’m doing my best trying to lose weight and I appreciate all your help on these videos, but I’m still getting a bit discouraged. But I’m trying to stay positive.
Huge fan of fish, salmon, and sardines! I just didnt mention them in the video on this round. Next time!
I already knew a lot of these tips but some I didn’t. Great video-thanks!!
Glad it was helpful!
YOYOYO !!! Good info Dr, l liked your comment about walking around with the cell, l do it myself for my channel so dont feel bad at all, do it for your viewers and you did had employees following you around the aisles, lol. Keep this vlogs coming , til next time. Eddie
The only way I’m eating a sweet potato is with brown sugar and marshmallows so not a good idea. 😂😂😂
Why do you need marshmallows and sugar? Sweet potatoes are sweet on their own. They are great with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and a little oil. Cold pressed virgin olive oil is good.
If you really must have a little sugar, mix a teaspoon or 2 in with your spices and sprinkle on your sweet potato.
Many great sweet potato options with good seasoning.
@@jacquelyns9709 cause sweet potatoes taste like crap imo
I’d like to know about fruits? Grapefruits?
Great video
I'm on Sema and found this to be helpful. I'm curious; can you explain why you prefer chicken over turkey and ground beef over chicken? Also, what about fish?
Just wondering why not the yellow, red, orange bell peppers? I would have thought they would be good for you and of course I just bought some today.
thank you for the information i love it...........
Thanks so much! 🙂 Liked an Subscribed! 🎉
Love your videos. Can you do an example of a meal plan when on semaglutide. It’s hard trying to get enough protein and calories when you’re not hungry. Question this heatwave is horrid can we have watermelon or pineapple?
What is the aversion to nightshades? I am working with a nutritionist while on glp-1 and my food list is almost exactly as shown. The only two differences (from them) 1. Nightshades are ok and 2. Lean beef.
Wondering the same thing.
Honestly, they don’t digest well and every time I’ve had them lately I throw up for hours.
Can I do a carnivore diet while taking it ? I’m starting tomorrow just curious ?
Why are bell peppers a no? Just curious.
Yeah , he only half explains some food items.

not peppers, not night shades
cucumbers

skip alcohol, not usually helpful

How about steakums?
I'd love to have a video on your thoughts on any dangers from using compounded tirzepatide (Eli Lily has the FDA involved and say it's not safe). I'd also like to see a video on treating considerable fatigue from taking terzepatide.
What is wrong with tomatos, and eggplant? What about yogurt, greek yogurt with granola as a snack or after a workout?
I'm allergic to soy and have a really tough time finding chicken that hasn't been fed soy. My doctor says absolutely no one should be eating soy or anything that's been fed soy. Yet...everything has it...ugh. I would eat much more chicken/eggs if I could find some that aren't fed soy and are somewhat affordable.
Try to find an Amish or Mennonite grocery store. They have the healthy meat. Their chicken is so healthy it’s actually pink.
@@Jabo-rq2kh Thank you!!
Can I eat oranges and carrots?
Tomatoes! I love them one month out. I'd rather have them in place of watermelon
What's wrong with bell peppers? 😭
Exactly 🙄
Now yall gonna come up with a diet for those on semiglu come on give me a break 😡🙄🙄
yeah, this was confusing to me to have no explanation for.
Nightshade plants can cause inflammation in some
That’s a great information, thank you very much. I can’t get Ozempic and need to lose about 25 pounds but I’m trying to eat as healthy as possible and exercise. No Dr can help me lose that last 25 pounds though.
I see clients in this position quite often. I will keep posting videos. If you are looking for more support check this out: www.bluewatermednw.com/semaglutide-secrets
Raw Apples are fine, applesauce that is processed that can somewhat lead to constipation. It's applesauce that is used for diarrhea.
I cut out all breads and dairy. My dinner usually consist of mixed baby greens salad and a sirloin burger patty.
New subscriber here!!! Hoping to start Wegovy in the next 2 weeks.
Why are bell peppers not recommend?
Amazing video!
I'm curious why no nightshades?
Dr. Stirrett did you say not to eat potatoes, eggplant and tomatoes? Im not sure what you said about nitrate vegetables..
Nightshade (not nitrate 😉) vegetables cause inflammation like tomatoes etc that’s why he advises to avoid them
What about grape seed oil i usually use olive olive though
I'm wondering if it's ok to eat oatmeal with berries for breakfast. I have been having side effect of constipation. Hearing you say cheese is bad for us on Tzipetide...is cottage cheese and Greek yogurt a part of this category? I've been struggling with eating enough protein. I'd like to see more ideas on how to increase protein even some recipes would be great as well. I just found your videos and watched this one and plan to watch more. It's been a struggle to know what to eat for best results. I've only lost 7 lbs in 5 weeks. Not much is online about what to eat and why it's best. Thank you for your help! 😊
Thank you for this video.
What about grapes?
Why no on the peppers? Gas? They aren’t too high on carbs.
Hello, from Aus. Wondering if you can assist. Not losing any weight and have been on ozempic for three months. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Hi, thank you for reaching out. We have a course and weight loss program that is specific to losing weigh on Ozempic if that helps! www.bluewatermednw.com/semaglutide-secrets
WAIT?? TOMATOES are BAD for blood sugar?????
I am new to the channel, so wanted to hear your thoughts on why leaning towards beef over chicken. It may be something you have covered in previous videos, but any quick notes on that while I have a look into the library?
What about yoghurt
So your saying more Beef not so much ground turkey or chicken!?
How about plantains and cassava/yucca?
Thanks for all your insights
Thought oat milk was bad since it spikes blood sugar
Why focus on mostly beef? I eat a ton of chicken trying to get more lean protein.
Most people shy away from red meat. That is why I emphasize it. Chicken is just fine if you tolerate it well :)
@@dr.stirrett thanks for answering! My husband will be glad to hear this! I’ve been eating chicken at least 3-4 days a week. He supports me and doesn’t complain. Lol
@@dr.stirrett Is goose meat ok?
