    Dr. Bright's book: amzn.to/3WpahJZ
Why you should eat 1 stick of butter a day?
Why are you supposed to eat more butter? Because it's good for you! Not only is it full of essential vitamins and minerals, but it also contains a lot of fat-and we all know that fat is good for the body.
Butter has been demonized in recent years, but this isn't something new. Back in the 1960s and 70s, heart disease was seen as something most people could avoid by avoiding saturated fats like butter (and eating more carbohydrates). However, recent studies have shown that saturated fats actually don't raise cholesterol levels or cause heart disease-and they may even be beneficial for your health!
So how much should you eat? Dr Elisabeth Bright recommends 1 stick of butter a day, which is 112g or 8 tablespoons, spread out over 3-4 meals during the day. You can try a fatty latte, brown butter bites and add butter to your fatty meats.
High Fat Carnivore has so many benefits
It's a great way to lose fat.
If you're on a high-fat carnivore diet, you're bound to lose weight because it's so much easier for your body to burn fat than it is for it to store it. This is especially true if you're eating lots of healthy fats and animal products with no carbohydrates or sugars in them-the kind of foods that Dr. Shawn Baker recommends for his high-fat carnivore diet plan. By eating this way, he says: "You'll never feel hungry."
Dr Elisabeth Bright also suggests high fat Carnivore will improve:
    Libido
    Mental clarity
    Depression and anxiety
    Menopause symptoms
    Lower cortisol
    Improve sleep patterns
If you're looking to try out a new diet or just want to be healthy, I would highly recommend High Fat Carnivore. It's easy and delicious, plus it has tons of benefits! The best part about this diet is that it doesn't require any fancy ingredients or expensive supplements - just some good old-fashioned butter and fatty meat!

Do you see how the government's fake science has disassociated us from the wisdom within the extended family and valuing our elders causing a deep loss in family's attachment relationships generational. Imagine a life where their wisdom guided us younger generations which would of cemented and ground us all in a life of known unshakable truth. Make sure you rest up a lot. Your body will be going throughsome changes for a while to reverse 63 yrs of habits. Drink distilled or reverse osmosis water a little bit through out the day, with a dash of good sea salt to help absorb the water. seriously consider cleansing your liver. This was another game changer for me. Bf I worked on my liver I found eating butter or any fat difficult to digest. Which made sticking to carnivore very difficult. The simplest way to cleanse is by rubbing a good amount of castor oil, its the only oil I've used that actually penetrates deep into the skin. Organic, hexane-free in a dark bottle, research brands) at least twice a day, three times if you can manage it. The liver is under the right side of the ribs stretching almost the whole length of the right side. Check eyes for calcium deposits (you'll know if you see small lumps), if your feet look like they've been run through a cheese grater, if you've got spider and vericose veins, acid reflux, hair is dry and falling out... your liver needs some deep love.

Thia interview was packed with information.
I had a goitre at 15 and was put on iodine, but not told to continue with this, at 40 I had to have an emergency total hysterectomy after continual bleeding for 6 months and the doctors and the consultants were clueless.
My health has been a nightmare ever since (I'm 65) 50 years struggling to find the answer to heal myself because doctors weren't interested except to put me on 9 lots of medication, which I dumped as they just made me feel worse and I felt my whole body was shutting down.
When I got Dr Bright's book, I decided to do the iodine test, by putting a swab of it in the crease of my elbow, then decided I'd do both elbow creases. But when I looked back at the first elbow crease, it was completely gone, not even a yellowish mark, that was within 10 minutes, that's how depleted I was. I thought I was going mad and did it again, after a good sniff, and yes, it had been applied. I have no faith in doctors and haven't been to one for nearly 10 years now, just got sick of them telling me that whatever I had gone to see them with, it was because I was fat. Great interview, thank you.

Unless you have a type a or b or ab blood type. Complex carbs are important for that blood type… although they would disagree lol
Sweets are the devil!! My perspective is they are the group that often has diabetes.
O blood types typically don’t want carbs of any kind. It feels natural to want protein and carbs (thru vegetables)… not bread or grains.

This explains so much for me. I was traumatized in every way imaginable, literally from in the womb. I've had thyroid, adrenal, hormone, and cortisol issues. I do try to be tactful .... but during intimacy, when it comes to that critical moment, my mind and body shuts down. A.great deal is emotional, and equally, trauma-injury related.
I've done low carb, keto for 6+years. But I am transitioning to even lower carb keto, then ketovore, and my goal is carnivore. I am transitioning mainly bc I have keto foods in my house that I want to work through ...but already, in 2 days, I've eaten twice as much animal proteins and fats that usual, and very few carbs.

I've only lost 10 lbs and have not gained any weight since I started eating more fat. A week ago I started feeling lower abdominal pain similar to ovulation but I assumed it was abdominal distress because I don't have a gallbladder. I got my period a few days later. I'm totally shocked. So it seems that I've got some hormonal healing to do before I drop this body fat.
