I love how no nonsense these are. I follow a few other people that I enjoy but so many people get to talking and it throws me out of balance from one side to another. Love the simplicity!

I agree, we don’t need stuff repeated over & over, or know everything the stretch does during the practice, or overly complicated instructions. All I need are simple instructions, gentle reminders to observe the breath, & gentle, short reminders to let go of tension. Boho beautiful is a good yoga channel too. Happy Thanksgiving America!

I’d also like a grandma’s yoga! I’m disabled and most movement is painful but I know I have to get my body moving. I’m going to try it. Tell your grandma not to feel bad. It’s never too late to start 😁 🥵

These gentle and non-overwhelming videos help so much to not discourage people who may be doing yoga for 1st time, or getting back to it, at varied stages in life or those fighting pain, etc... long story, short, These are Welcoming videos
So I've been doing little yoga clips like this for the past few days, in the mornings and evenings, and it makes me feel so good! I can't believe I've never done yoga before! It just feels like I'm getting all the rust off my joints and muscles and making me feel physically awake. I love it. I hope I can keep it up for a long while, because I'm sure there are great health benefits!
I really needed this. Started to exercise again yesterday after a looooong 10 year or so pause from physical activity and my muscles are sore, but this helped me and grounded me, so thank you 🙏🏻

most yoga videos for beginners are really tuff personally for me. but with this video I was able to push myself but still feel very relaxed and stretched
finally no plank movements involved i did a morning stretch this morning and i felt more tired 😴 this is a very simple stretch for us beginners thank you!!
I just started this about 3 weeks ago. I’ve never done yoga before so this is so new to me. I’m having a little trouble with my right knee and cannot cross my legs like she does. Also, on the twist my leg does not go all the way down to the ground. I’m not giving up. I’m hoping that this will come with time. I’m glad I started doing yoga and hope to get better at it. I actually feel better the rest of the day after doing these moves.

Great video, I used to run marathons, but was injured for almost a year. My body stiffened up and I am slowly getting back into running. This was the perfect yoga video for me at this time in my life. I'm going to do this every morning after my workouts. Thank you.
I throughly enjoyed this video. I suffer from two bulging discs in my neck and a thinning disc in my lower back. You throw sitting in front of a computer all day for work and that makes me the very definition of someone who needs yoga. I’ve tried many yoga videos before and the instructors always seem to get way ahead of me. I didn’t feel that way with your video. I tried this very simple, non intense video and it almost brought me to tears at the amount of stress that was leaving my body. I will definitely follow more of your videos and hope to progress to more intense ones as time moves on. Thank you so much for this.
It's been about a year & half since I've worked out. I just tried doing jumping jacks & jump rope for 5 minutes & it was utter agony on my joints & muscles. I'm pressed for time as I have work in less than 2 hours, so I looked for a quick beginner yoga video to get my body to stop feeling like a tightly wound mess & stumbled upon this video. Just got done with it & I absolutely loved it, thank you.

This was amazing!!! I really want to do yoga every morning but sometimes it's hard because I have no mat. Such handstands and standing positions are really hard to do in a bed. This was exactly what I needed. Thank you soooooo much!!!
Thank you for posting your work. Too many times, instructors believe that BEGINNER means limber, bendy, stretchy and fit. I am a Beginner and I'm none of those but looking to get there. Sadly, I've stopped countless videos because I can't hold poses, maneuver into positions, or hold my body weight for the required amount of time. I end up feeling miserable and defeated. For this reason, I've given up on Yoga more times than I can count. YOU have given me hope and I plan to make your morning stretches part of my daily morning routine. This was amazing!!! I really want to do yoga every morning but sometimes it's hard because I have no mat. Such handstands and standing positions are really hard to do in a bed. This was exactly what I needed. Thank you soooooo much!!!
Thank you for posting your work. Too many times, instructors believe that BEGINNER means limber, bendy, stretchy and fit. I am a Beginner and I'm none of those but looking to get there. Sadly, I've stopped countless videos because I can't hold poses, maneuver into positions, or hold my body weight for the required amount of time. I end up feeling miserable and defeated. For this reason, I've given up on Yoga more times than I can count. YOU have given me hope and I plan to make your morning stretches part of my daily morning routine. I will look to see if you also have a bedtime relaxation one. I'm so happy to have found you! BTW.. I also appreciate how you have videos for specific body issues. I'm subscribing. Thank you so much!

Just did this, struggled with the crossing one leg over with back straight but I did it. I will be doing yoga every morning thanks to your videos.
I love this because it’s perfect for beg - adv. I was pretty sore from doing adv stretches on my spine yesterday and needed something easy to get a good stretch in and this was perfect!
