Goals thru yoga: practicing consistency and discipline in a non-judgement way! I started with 10 min videos 2 months ago and now I’m climbing to 15 min ones, small wins lead to bigger victories, thank you bird 🙏 🎉
I’m turning 54 in two weeks. I’m trying to practice slowing down. I love a good workout but I need tranquility. Stretching my body is necessary at this age. Thank you for your service to humanity ❤
I've never been into yoga but I have trouble with stiff muscles a lot so I wanted to try it to see if it would help. For about a month now I've been doing your videos every day and the gift it has been to my life cannot be quantified. Not only does it help my body feel more relaxed, but it's given me peace of mind that allows me to move past the stress I feel and be more productive, which is a godsend since I've been busy and overwhelmed for months. It also gets my body moving in a slow and easy way every morning, which has given me the energy to work out more than I ever have. Your videos feel so peaceful and friendly, not just the yoga itself but also your narration, and it has helped me so much, both physically and mentally, so I want to say thank you.
I've set a goal to practices 3x per day for the next 90 days in order to ground, find my center, and give my body what its been asking for :) Mico yoga sessions vs long ones!
This was like a warm hug. My goal is to let yoga continue to be a tool for healing for me, a release, a practice of flexibility; mentally and physically through life, an act of love and respect for my body and mind and a coping tool for my chronic pain.🥰
i realised lately i haven't been honouring my time or my body, and I have been focusing on other people's time instead of my own. yoga is my way of getting up in the morning and taking some time to ensure my body feels safe and strong for the day, something i look forward to to help any stiff muscles after waking.
I love your yoga lessons and what I want to achieve through yoga is sense of peace when I feel overwhelmed. To take little moments out of my day whenever I can to appreciate myself :3
I practice yoga because it wakes my body up in the morning, it’s my “ME TIME” as a mom and wife. If I don’t do it, I’m out of whack 😂. I appreciate how you acknowledge the wrists, feet and ankles, that may sound random, but they’re so important and I just wanted to share that. 😊
I'm practicing prioritizing joy. The last two years of my life have been chaotic and filled with growing pains. Now I want to be intentional with the good parts of life. Yoga helps me do that. Thanks for being a part of my journey Bird!
I started yoga as low impact movement practice. I recently turned 65, and feel I really need to keep moving to stay healthy. What I didn't expect is the effect yoga has had n my mental health. Of all the instructors videos I have watched. Bird, you are my number one. Your voice is soothing, and your practice is beautiful. Thank you for aiding me on my journey.
My goal in yoga is to feel my best mentally and physically. When you mentioned "Filling your cup," that is exactly how I feel. Life always gets hectic for me, and your videos are a way to block out that noise, even if its for 15 minutes. Thank you, and I appreciate your videos!
I’m enjoying all these quick sessions. I turn my phone off and include these classes in my me-time routine. It’s been amazing. In a world where everything’s so expensive it’s nice to be able to do this for free! Thanks Bird, namaste🧘🏽♀️ x
I started yoga when I was 12, but left because I didn’t feel comfortable in that specific space. In my late teens I found my way back to yoga, seeking movement that didn’t make my chronic pain worse. But yoga didn’t click for me entirely until I found your channel in my late 20s. I’m now in my thirties and practice almost every day, even if its just 5-10min. I find myself and get back into my body through yoga, it grounds me within myself. And I hope to continue practicing until the day I die❤
I practice yoga not only as a way to take care of my body but also as a meditation practice for my mind. I love love love bird , my go to yogi channel for at least 4 years and have always came back to bird even after being inconsistent. Right now I also have a goal of remaining consistent and disciplined finding my way to the mat each and every day because bird was right when she said showing up is the hardest part. So thank you bird for continuing to show up for your community and the hope and inspiration you give through your videos!
I really enjoy your approach to yoga, it’s so gentle and peaceful. I like to incorporate it in my morning routine for a nice way to mix up my workouts and start the day in a smooth way.
I like that I take a few minutes solely for myself each morning to make sure my body is a little bit healthier than the previous day before dealing with the rest of the world. I love how attainable you make the poses and I plan to make time soon to do a longer video. Thank you.
My goal with yoga is to return to myself, to truly go inward. Yoga is healing Also, ty for including Rocky at the end, his cameos were the best! I hope you’re doing okay, sending much love ❤
Two months I have been doing yoga with you. Thank you that in your classes there are no this 'philosophy bullshit', it is completely not my format. That's why I always stay away from yoga until I found you. Thank you for the best yoga classes ever!
Goal through yoga: to nourish my mind and body, to make my body less of aches. I’ve been practicing yoga with your videos for a year and a half now, i see changes and improvements, which i’m so happy with. Thanks Bird, namaste ❤
Bird, I can't express in words how much your videos have helped me over the past year. I threw out my back last fall and physical therapy wasn't helping, but I knew from my wife that yoga can be incredibly helpful for restoring mobility. I had some bad experiences with yoga in the past so I was leery of trying again but your videos are so gentle and beginner friendly that I was able to do them without pain and actually came to enjoy yoga! I start every day with one of your morning videos and do an evening one just before bed, it has become my ritual and it really helps me maintain flexibility so I injure myself less and calms me when I'm stressed. I really appreciate everything you do and hope to enjoy your content for many more years to come. One small suggestion I would have is to be a bit more mindful of transitions perhaps, as sometimes it can be difficult to go from laying to tabletop or from standing to seated, but I know from your constant reassurance that it's always ok to do something differently if it doesn't feel good 😊 keep up the great work!! ❤
my goal with yoga is just to improve my mental and physical wellbeing. as someone that struggles with consistency, i’ve been doing yoga every single day for months because i genuinely look forward to it, and i feel so much more relaxed immediately afterward. it’s a great start and end to my day that helps me re-center. i’m grateful to have found something that’s good for my health that i actually enjoy doing. and i’m grateful to you for making this content so accessible!
Something I’m trying to achieve with yoga is a happy and peaceful mentality and a happy peaceful body. I have a lot of tension that I carry in my body. I have found with your videos and with yoga that I am able to release some of it and it’s really helpful! Happy to be here and learning. 🍀
Thank you Bird for all the yoga videos you have on your channel available for free. I started doing yoga two years ago when I started having panic attacks. In the beginning, I did yoga once a week, now I do it almost every day. Through yoga, I want to get the peace and stability that I need every day. I don't always get what I'm aiming for through yoga, but that doesn't stop me from stretching my body every day and doing something good for my mental and physical health. Thank you Bird!! 🤗😊🌸
Awww. I loved the doggo at the end♡ and i love doing yoga with you every morning, as does my daughter. My goal here is to wake up the body every morning, feel stretched/refreshed, and gain a sense of peace and wellness with myself. It's also been a great way to calm the mind under stress. Thank you, bird, for everything!
I appreciate you and your daughter sharing time with me for yoga🥹 My Rocky at the end of the class suddenly passed back in April. I found this clip while editing and thought it was a nice treat for the soul 🥰 he spent many classes here with us and i felt it was a nice memory. Im happy you enjoyed! I miss him very much. And yoga is the perfect tool for your goals. Its so incredible to see how yoga can help us in so many ways and aspects of life. These are great focuses for your practice especially for mornings! One of the best times to practice 🫶❤️
@YogaWithBird we've been doing yoga with you since Christmas of last year, so my daughter noticed Rocky right away. Needless to say, that clip was definitely beautiful for the soul this morning. Thank you again for your wonderful yoga videos! ♡
I’m practicing yoga to get to know my body better. To honour my body by doing these exercises and in turn to have more confidence in myself and more self-respect.
I haven’t done yoga in months but felt that I need to pick it back up again tonight before heading to bed. I always love your videos and your calming vibe. When you said “you fill your cup today” please know that it did something to my soul. It’s been a long time coming but I am so glad i am slowly filling my cup back up again and show up to the mat today. Thank you Bird 🦢
I've practice t Yoga since 2012. In 2017 I started daily practice to help me mentally connect with my body and reduce anxiety. I kept with it even through the pandemic . Then recently I have felt so down over weight gained and started questioning of my practice was and good. My goal is to continue getting on the mat, even if its 10 minutes and remind myself what an accomplished it's been to show up everyday since 2017. Even if its small steps and stop judging myself. I've been my own worst enemy. Today's class with you somehow stirred up that thought. Ty❤
I am practicing yoga right now with Bird and her yoga lessons have really helped me lately especially when my dad broke my right side of my lower back today. So thank you for yoga lessons Bird I really appreciate it:)
yoga gave me high self-confidence that everybody noticed it it also helped on increasing my feminine energy, now I know my body very well and i really LOVE my body and LOVE being a women♥
I was introduced to yoga in college about 20 years ago but would practice here and there. Lately I have dealing with a lot of emotions and want to ground myself. The length of your videos is perfect because I don’t have 30-45 minutes to practice. My goal is for daily movement and building consistency.
I’ve not been able to do yoga due to a skate injury for two weeks. This routine was perfect for my return to yoga. Thank you Bird❤ Goals: I started yoga because I wanted to improve my mobility. 11 months in and it’s the best decision I ever made for my mental health. My yoga goal is to work on my balance (I can barely hold any balance positions), attend a physical yoga class for the first time and perfect my splits.
aww the doggy at the end ❤😭 im working on managing my anxiety through yoga & controlling my breath. your voice is very soothing. i’ve been practicing every day with ur videos and it’s helped so much ❤❤❤
I began practicing yoga 5 years ago due to chronic pain. It has become a must for my mental and physical health. Thank you for your videos! They are a big help, especially when I'm having a difficult time getting going on the mat. 🧡😻
Bird, I found my love for yoga back in 2020. Since then I have had an on and off again relationship with it. However, as of now for the past year I’ve been doing it every morning because it brings me a sense of peace and comfort. Not only am I able to work my body but I feel it works the mind as well and I really need that. Thank you for your videos!
I have fibromyalgia amongst a myriad of other physical challenges and yoga really helps me manage the psychological challenges that come with chronic pain and illness. I find myself coming to your videos often when I'm having a particularly bad pain day and I need easy and calming movement.
I am practicing yoga to honor my physical vessel that is my body, mind, and soul. I seek to release stored energy and feel even more free, flexible, adaptable, calm, grounded, and just love the feeling of being whole. I feel aligned with yoga and I feel so good after a session. My emotional intelligence has greatly improved which I love. I love the feeling of bliss, self love, and the ability to just BE, yet other sessions I get a sense of accomplishment and love for myself for doing a pose I thought I couldn't, sticking through poses during hard times, it makes me a better person all around. Yoga brings me back to my center, my soul, my true self. Thank you Yoga With Bird! 💗🙏🏻
Im a yoga and fitness beginner. I just turned 35 a month ago and Im trying to do better for my body. My goal is just feel better and be more flexible. Mid thirties I can really feel my body yelling at me daily for not being more into fitness and taking care of myself before now. I have struggled finding anything work out related I can actually stick with. This is nice and easy for beginners and your voice is very calming to listen to. This is just the beginning but I love this so far! Thank you!
Im turning 35 in may! Let me tell you, its so difficult for me to stick to any sort of fitness routine, but yoga…it has me for life! Im so happy to be able to join you for yoga ☺️❤️
I practice yoga every day unless I'm really thrown out of routine by traveling etc. because it gets me out of my head & into my body in a restorative way, which I need a lot of mentally & physically. I am a bodybuilder so I train really hard & I'm also autistic & ADHD so while the workouts help ground me & quiet my mind a lot, I need some extra to wind down too without taking more away from my recovery. you, Adriene, & Nico are my faves!
I started practicing yoga to prove to myself that I could be consistent, form a healthy habit, and improve my mental health non-invasively. And I achieved all of those things. I worry a lot about my life and often feel sad about where my life is currently and feeling like I won’t achieve the things I want to ever. Yoga helps me quiet those thoughts, calm that anxiety, and come to a more positive and realistic mindset.
The thing I look for most with practicing yoga is a sense of calm and time to stretch, relaxing muscles and releasing tension. Yoga has helped me through some stressful times in my life, allowing me to be in that moment and just breathe. Thank you.
For several months now, I have been doing one of your videos (or more) every single day. It helps my body feel better, but it is also something for me. As a mom, I don't have time for much for myself. I don't have a babysitter. I can't remember the last time I had a hobby or was able to finish a book... so I guess what I want to say that I am looking for is some "me time" that I don't feel guilty about taking.
My goal thru practicing yoga is to become more flexible with my body, become stronger with meditating my mind, and to melt all my stress and tension away. connecting my mind and body was something i never knew about and am very grateful to have learned about, I appreciate u taking time out of your days to help us achieve our yoga goals.
Loved the dog footage at the end😍🐶my goal is to stretch/do yoga most days so that my body can feel good and reduce muscle tension as I increase other physical activity after having ME/CFS. Thanks Bird🥰
I'm trying to practice self care and establish a morning routine. Yoga with bird is a relaxing space for me where I can tune out of my thoughts and do something good for my body.
Thank you for engaging this art. I’m practicing yoga to be in my fullest higher self, to be aligned with my souls journey and to be present with mind body and soul. My goal is to draw closer to my pure soul ❤
I look forward to my Yoga time with Bird every day! I’ve recently started a health journey of eating right and added weight training a few times a week. After every weight training session I come here to stretch and help my muscles recuperate from the workout. On non-weight training days I come here just to help keep my muscles limber. Often times my 7 year old son joins me. I wouldn’t want to practice yoga any other way!
I practice yoga to not only be more flexible for my muy Thai class, but to get closer to god and clear my mind from evil, sinful thoughts. I also do it to unwind for the day.
Beautiful. Thank you. Tears I'd been holding in, spilling out. Thank you for that self-love part at the end and for always being so gentle! I would love to be more centered in my life with more yoga. Also looking for help for my knees. Thank you!!!
Yoga keeps me flexible and mentally balanced. I have to be careful as I’m hypermobile (my Puppy Pose isn’t great!) but it’s certainly beneficial now I’m mid50’s. I’ve been practicing for approximately 20 years 🌻
A: I'm practicing yoga because it helps me get into a gentle space where I can access the invisible parts of me that want to come out and actually relax and release the drama. I even like to do yoga even when I'm pissed off (lol, but yes) because doing yoga is teaching me how to hold space for all my messy parts simultaneously. I can be mad and still appreciate being alive in this body. Thank you for the clarity, girl! 💚
Thank you so much for this nurturing practice. I practice yoga as a form of self-love and care and to honor and connect mind, body, and spirit. I also try to cultivate mindfulness and presence by doing my best to be now, here while I’m practicing and also to take that off the mat. The gentle morning practices improve my mornings dramatically physically and emotionally. Thank you for creating and sharing, and I’m grateful I have the resources to access these practices.
Age 65-maintain flexibility! Love your videos-they are the perfect pace and poses to support my goal. Plus-the music is good as is the moderation and tone of your voice. Thank you for sharing your talents.
My goal is to relieve my anxiety through yoga I’ve only started about a month ago but I’ve definitely noticed that it makes a beautiful difference! 💕 I’m a big fan of your channel already :)
The way you remind us to feel worthy and important is so adorable, love your words, you really inspire me to be a better person each day, appreciate you😭💫💓
I haven’t been exercising much for 3 weeks because I have been prioritising work and I fell sick again recently. I’m trying to do more yoga so that I can get back into my exercising routine again, to destress and manage my lifestyle habits better
My current goal with my practice is to feel present in my body and redirect anxiety. When I get stuck in spirals of thought, I forget to listen to what my body is saying. Thank you so much for helping me do that. :)
Practicing yoga daily for almost 5 years now due to joint issues to gain flexibility and avoid surgery. I also love the morning routine and the time I take for myself before starting my day! 💖
Thank you for today’s class! ☺️❤️ I have PCOS and insulin resistance and it has made me feel so frustrated to exercise and not achieve any results but mornings with your lessons remind me that I’m worthy of slow stretches and not pushing myself but honoring my body as it is. It has made me happier and at peace. My goal is to honor my body more and find peace with the body I have as long as we’re both healthy and strong.
Yoga & meditation have been helping me through my grief this year. I lost my little brother, who was 16 years old in February. So I'm trying to practice mindfulness & being more aware of my body & how I'm feeling while I'm processing the biggest & closest loss in my life ❤️🩹
A goal of mine is to release stagnant emotional energy through yoga and breathing practices! Also, massage my muscles in between rare massage therapy treatments…I’m too poor to afford them often so yoga is a good solution for everyday muscle work!
I love this video. I always enjoy your videos. My favorite yoga pose is the child pose. I'm doing yoga to help get relaxed, to be more flexible, to help my lower back. It really does help my.lower back. It helps my anxiety to. Thanks for all u do.. u are a wonderful teacher. ❤️
I do it because I feel genuinely good and relaxed after each yoga session with you. My goal with yoga is to help myself unwind and connect with my inner self to become calmer. 💓
My goal is stay as healthy as possible as I age. I'm 50 and been doing yoga for a little while but prefer to stay home. Your videos are perfect! I love the voice over and that you give options. You really are a blessing. Thank you
so much love to you!! please never stop posting :) i'm practicing yoga so that my body and my mind are always connected and i wish to feel inner peace and happiness through yoga!
Thank you for this Bird 🤍 My goal is to use my time on the mat to find some time for myself, and focus on feeling good. I’m adjusting to a big move across Canada and the homesickness is very real! You’re videos are a gentle bit of consistency in my day that reminds me of home. Thank you so much for doing what you do.
Thank you for sharing your practice; I truly appreciate the peacefulness and relaxed atmosphere you create. I love how I never feel rushed in your sessions and how relaxing yet energizing they are! The physical aspect of yoga is very important for me to feel good in my body, and I also am trying to become a better person by letting go of judgment, pessimism, and negativity. It is very hard to continually let those things go, and I have a ton of work left to do. But being able to let go, even for a moment :), helps, and I will keep trying. Your videos are very helpful!
Hello Brid :) I've been following you for a long time and watching your videos almost everyday. Thank you for your effort and commitment. The reason why I search up your videos on TH-cam is to rest, prepare for the day, ect. I just feel better in my body after your yoga. This time it was because I felt stiff (due to sitting for a long time). It's nice to take a break from studying.
Thank you so much for my first yoga session. You are right, getting to the mat is most problematic. I feel like jelly after your session on stretching. I look forward to following your channel. Unfortunately, I live with chronic neuropathic pain after several abdominal surgeries with complications. However, I am an optimist and avoid negativity. I managed the stretches quite well. The butterfly was the most ouchy! Like you said, just do what I can and I will get more flexible over time. Thank you. Dr Lee
You've really helped me get back in touch with my body and listen to it. I have a desk job (which I love), but my back is less keen. I'm aiming to remove or at least reduce my back ache. Yoga is also 10 or 15 mins of me time ❤. Love this channel. I've also introduced my 80 year old mum to the channel ❤
I started watching you videos 3 weeks ago and i feel so much better, both mentally and phisically. Sometimes it's so hard even moving a bit, these classes are helping me a lot
Thank you for this beautiful flow. I'm returning to my yoga practice after a prolonged move earlier this year. I have gotten really out of shape in the last couple years. Age is catching up to me quick. Currently, I am lifting weights 3 days a week & doing yoga every day except the weekends. I plan to incorporate yoga into my weekends as well, but that is my most hectic days, so I have to carve out the time. I also meditate daily. Thank you again for all you do.
I have been practicing yoga for about 22 years, but only the last 4/5 yrs consistently almost daily, these short 10-15 min sessions have been a game changer. Yours are always so loving and soothing. It helps to start my day right, my goals is to do them earlier so I can be more productive with my days. Today I was able to start at 6:15am looking forward to the rest of the day. Thank you Bird 🫶🏽✨
Goal - aging is hard, making my 50s more flexible with yoga helps. Starts my morning in a beautiful way. Loved the love with your pup at the end of video ❤
I've been practicing yoga for almost 25 years. When I started I was very flexible, but recently I've begun to struggle with Osteoporosis, Scoliosis and a hip issue that we're still working on...now I appreciate my daily yoga as a peaceful way to bring me into focus each day after struggling through my exercise routine. I so appreciate that you encourage us to be where we're at with each pose. Thank you for this beautiful channel. 💜💜 Enjoy Today!
I am practicing yoga to better connect with my body, to feel in touch with it more and to give myself that internal space everyday to breathe and to focus on myself. P.S. I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL SO MUCH! I love doing yoga with you the most out of anyone ive ever done it with. thank you for your giving to the world.
I’m an 19-year old burnout and have been living with chronic stress for the past 3 years. Bird, thanks to your yoga-classes the past year I’ve been able to, just for a moment, relax and find myself in the present. Relaxation, inner peace and gratitude towards myself is my reason for showing up to the mat ☺️
Goals thru yoga: practicing consistency and discipline in a non-judgement way! I started with 10 min videos 2 months ago and now I’m climbing to 15 min ones, small wins lead to bigger victories, thank you bird 🙏 🎉
The goal is giving myself as much love as I can. Letting my body, mind and spirit know that they are appreciated, worthy and amazing.
I’m turning 54 in two weeks. I’m trying to practice slowing down. I love a good workout but I need tranquility. Stretching my body is necessary at this age. Thank you for your service to humanity ❤
I’m turning 55 11-11 and this is so true❤
And I'm 56 and agree wholeheartedly with you both ❤
Wooooo! Wishing you an incredible birthday! 🥳❤️☺️
thank you for including Rocky at the end 💛 made me cry, my senior dog isn’t doing so well. but i loved seeing Rocky get loved on 🐾
sending so much love to you and your pup. they know how loved they are.

Bird!!!!! I am falling back in love with Yoga, because of YOUU!!
Thank you love. Namasté 🙏🏻

I came to yoga to release tension in the upper back and stayed for the calmness and gratitude it gives me. 🙏
I love your yoga lessons and what I want to achieve through yoga is sense of peace when I feel overwhelmed. To take little moments out of my day whenever I can to appreciate myself :3
This is so necessary! Im with you on this one! 🫶
I like Childs pose. I do yoga to calm my anxiety and help with my fibromyalgia. I love Bird!

Namaste, I am grateful that the ancient wisdom of India and Hinduism (yoga and meditation) is appreciated and adapted all over the world now 🙏🏼

I am recovering from a concussion and getting back to yoga after 4 months is a goal of continuance and healing through the art of stretching
my goal with yoga is just to improve my mental and physical wellbeing. as someone that struggles with consistency, i’ve been doing yoga every single day for months because i genuinely look forward to it, and i feel so much more relaxed immediately afterward. it’s a great start and end to my day that helps me re-center. i’m grateful to have found something that’s good for my health that i actually enjoy doing. and i’m grateful to you for making this content so accessible!
I appreciate you and your daughter sharing time with me for yoga🥹
My Rocky at the end of the class suddenly passed back in April.
I've practice t
Yoga since 2012.
So thank you for yoga lessons Bird I really appreciate it:)
yoga gave me high self-confidence that everybody noticed it
it also helped on increasing my feminine energy, now I know my body very well and i really LOVE my body and LOVE being a women♥
Thank you Bird❤
Goals: I started yoga because I wanted to improve my mobility.
What a gift to see your fur baby💖🐾💖 Goals… to feel better in my skin💖 and your classes help me to achieve that☺️ thank you 😊
I practice yoga every day unless I'm really thrown out of routine by traveling etc. because it gets me out of my head & into my body in a restorative way, which I need a lot of mentally & physically.
I love yoga 🧘♀️ my goal is to become a yoga instructor soon 🔜 because yoga has changed me so much mentally, physically as well spiritually ❤❤❤
Music to my ears! We need more people to share this wonderful practice. You got this 🙌❤️
My goal thru practicing yoga is to become more flexible with my body, become stronger with meditating my mind, and to melt all my stress and tension away. connecting my mind and body was something i never knew about and am very grateful to have learned about, I appreciate u taking time out of your days to help us achieve our yoga goals.
Rocky!!! Lost my dog earlier this year as well and it feels awful, really loving seeing you two together at the end!
I practice yoga to not only be more flexible for my muy Thai class, but to get closer to god and clear my mind from evil, sinful thoughts. I also do it to unwind for the day.
I’m practicing as a way to slow down and clear my mind, but mostly to feel good. That’s my goal, wellness and ease.
I have been practicing yoga for years and now it is part of my day. Time spent by myself is a lifesaver ❤
I'm practicing yoga to keep myself flexible and also yoga makes me feel centered and focused throughout the day. All thanks to you ❤
Beautiful.
I’ve been practicing for approximately 20 years 🌻
Yoga heals body and soul and that's what I need. Thank you for these wonderful practices 🙏
The ease and connection keeps me coming back to yoga. THANK YOU!
Thank you so much for the kind words. And thank you for joining me here!! Grateful to share this practice with you ❤️☺️
My goal is to relieve my anxiety through yoga I’ve only started about a month ago but I’ve definitely noticed that it makes a beautiful difference!
So good! Helped me to get present with the breath
Beautiful and calming practice. Thank you Bird! My personal goal with yoga is to feel my best in my body 💖✨
Incredible ☺️❤️ and thank you so much for joining me!!
Love the music you chose for today’s video! Thanks for a great morning stretch!
I was a little worried it would be too calming but i just had to use it. Editing to it was so nice! ❤️
Thank you! Looking to loosen up, relax body, and help with pain from arthritis
I love practicing yoga with you as you make it easy and your voice is soothing. I do yoga to keep limber 🥰 Keep the great video’s coming!
Thank you for making daily yoga achievable with such great sessions!
Goal - aging is hard, making my 50s more flexible with yoga helps. Starts my morning in a beautiful way. Loved the love with your pup at the end of video ❤
Thank you so much for joining me, yoga is so so soooo great for maintaining flexibility and what a great way to start the day ☺️❤️
I've been practicing yoga for almost 25 years.
