    I've also found if you put in a scan tool into the obd2 it'll start right away and you can drive around with it connected without issues and turn the car off and start it up again with it still connected as soon as you unplug the obd2 it'll cut out

      What scan tool are you using and if you scan it without starting it are you getting any faults codes?

      @@howtopete33 hi videnti400 and I get alternator F terminal Low Voltage but that the only code
      As none of the other codes come back unless I unplug the obd2 while it's running it'll come up with bcm data lost pcm data lost and no seriel communication

    But what is fhe permanent solution, so i don't do this but use key and start every time. My vz Commodore 2005 is doing this, but no other signs are coming up. Just no crank, no start intermittently, gets started after some tries, but most of times straight start.

      Couple of things you can do… change the ECU but Holden don’t sell them anymore so a second hand one is your only option which more than likely will end up doing the same thing. The other option is to introduce a start button, so you would turn on your ignition with your key and then press the button to start. In evanescence you’ll be doing the same thing what in my video only from inside the car. If you need more info feel free to contact me…. Good Luck!

      @@howtopete33I’ve been told if you get a second hand one you still have to tune it for your car

    Do you have to put the cover back on the fuse after starting?

    Bet it's your ignition switch. Rounds out does not turn far enough.

      No, this is a very common problem. But thank you for the tip I shall investigate and post my findings….👍🏻

    Mate what was that you used to power the relay

    • @howtopete33
      @howtopete33  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Nothing. When you turn the ignition on that powers it . All I did was just manually activate it instead of the ECU. If your relay doesn’t have power you have a fuse issue I’d say…
