    That'll be helpful for a lot of people, kewl as, hate working on fuel tanks/filters like that, big pain in the backside. Sometimes I'd cut open the section above the tank and re-plate it when all done, so much easier. EFI sucks 😂

    That was lucky...i got mine replaced a while back then on the farm i ripped a hole in the tank...so its in town now...if i had more workshop tools id do it myself...that looks easy..guess urs bè same as my vt wagon maybe??

    Those quick connect fuel lines can be an absolute pain in the arse. My Disco is full of them and often in places where you can't get a decent grip to separate them.

      I have a vx wagon and where the bolt for the shock goes through the sleeve is bent can’t get the bolt back in

    Hey Mate great videos! Can you do one on changing the entire tensioner unit as it's a bit tricky with the pipe running through it and no videos on TH-cam on how to do it...

      Hey mate! Gates and Dayco both make one at a reasonable price you can buy online I was thinking of one of those.... I've seen some mechanics stuff this job up because of the pipe behind the tensioner is a bit tricky......

      @@downtheshedwithbyron by the way I used your video on changing the idler pulleys and belt to help change them on my Ecotec turned out great car is running great. That video was really good and explained everything nice and easy and clearly I'm sure it is going to help lots of people 👍great simple to follow to tutorial

    I feel like car on jack stands and removing heavy items from either side is dangerous as weight could shift and car come off the stands.. Ramps for this I reckon

    having trouble fitting the last bolt on the frist bracket near filler neck what can do to fix it

    I’ve just done my fuel pump and my fuel sender is saying I have a full tank, dose the fuel sender have to sit in a circle inside of the tank is that why it’s playing up?

      The pick up eg bottom off the assembly sits in that

    You don't have to pull tank out just make sure earth is put back in near the fuel filler and rear right hand mount

    Need ur help I have a vz 05 5.7liter 6speed sedan car ran then stops so chanced fule fitter it runs an lease than 2 or 5 seconds stops running wood my fule pump have shit it self

      Now im guessing youve got fuel that the filter is on the right way and can you hear the pump prime before you try and start it?

    As least the newer cars have plastic tanks, had to do a fuel pump on a VN v6 that sat for 9 years. Not too sure what science experiment was growing in the tank. 😱😱🤮🤮

    mate you did it all wrong, jusr grab a grinder or tin snips and cut a hole in the floor above the fuel pump.

    Typical Holden BS when you have to pull the whole tank out to get to the fuel pump. Other cars have an external fuel pump like my Mercedes or you lift the rear seat & go through the floor. BTW, instead of stuffing around trying to get the fuel lines off, there is a special white plastic remover that simply pushes the fuel lines off the connector on the pump!
