First appreciate your efforts, my only question is things we have eaten as staples, dal rice roti ( wheats, millets), all vegetables not only mentioned in vedio, and i can vouch this to be staple diet of majority of indian, what about that, even if i loose few inches, is it sustainable? Will the person following it going to be happy. Why food is reduced to macros- carbs, protien blah?... ...Why endorse no excercise? Whats wrong with not having absolute flat toned belly... We indians are curvy by design...As long as you are fit, vitals are in place, and you pick a diet which you enjoy, can do for entire life, which makes you feel happy about food, yourself and life in general... Thats important. Eat healthy, excercise, enjoy life....& healthy doest mean go gluten free, go carbs free...and what not
Increase veggies, have a big bowl of salad before lunch, have millets instead of wheat and rice with daal, curries and sabji, HIIT WORKOUT 3-4 TIMES in a week and dinner max by 7 pm and have soup, sleep for 7 hours min and cut down on STRESS. Cortisol is a big factor for belly fat.
Video is for people who want quick results. Of course this is not sustainable. Any extreme diet needs to be followed by maintenance diet and also exercise
Good video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle mass and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and it worked very well for me. Losing weight is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

i m going to start this today i will update the results after 2 weeks i did it i started it 11 days ago i lost 3 kg but i was doing exercise but i enjoy doing exercise so if you wanna lose it very quickly do exercise and everyone’s body is different so maybe you lose more than that if you follow it correctly and i will update again when 3 weeks passes
I am.night shift worker shift is 9pm to 8 am I sleep nearby 9 and wake up at 5 so what should i follow as my body doesnt workout any how my joints pain i am just 21
