I will tell you 5 rules. I have lost 23kg and this hack works 1. Do kapalbhati and anulom vilom prayanam 30 min each daily 2. Daily 6000-10000 steps 3. No food after 6pm, only strict home cooked food. Even puri, paratha but very very less sugar, salt and no maida 4. Use patanjali weight go and go mutra water early morning empty stomach 5. If you feel bloated go for panchkarma and then fast atleastonce a week. Morning-- have fruits, then directly lunch and in evening before 6pm very light like upma, salads, soups. I am 100% sure anyone without gym and protein and cheat diet and without trainer anyone can lose 3-5 kg a month. In one year you will be absolutely fit
For Obese and Fat people - The best is don’t eat food and start 72 hours water fasting (3. Days - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). Eat 1500 calories normal food dal roti ,dahi aur salad for Thursday, Friday , Saturday and Sunday. Eat your last meal before sunset . Try for 12 weeks it is very effective and loose weight ( 8 to 10 kg and reduce waistline by at least 5 inches. All this is tried and tested .
