Just a FYI, as someone who has lost a lot of weight, do NOT try to lose weight too fast. 2.5kg a month is enough for one month. Faster you lose the weight, more loose skin you will have. Drink collagen smoothies during weight loss to help tighten the skin. Do it the right way.

I am currently 90kg, eat almost same diet as you ahve mentioned, no sugar, no rice. I even skipped dinner for a month. Going to gym from 1 month, but no change in weight… why is it? The trainer first said mine is water body and now he is saying hard fat.. I am confused what to follow..
Find your TDEE and count your calories to mantain calorie deficit and have a health check up on all your vitamins , harmones...there are chances you are lack of vitamins that metabolism depends on or underlying harmonal issues...so ,eat calorie deficit accordingly after nutrition consultation with your health check up reports....Gym trainers knows fitness but they are not doctors unfortunetly..start your journey with doctor consultation and supplements you are missing and next step is gym...hope this helps
Key here is proper calorie deficit..though you skip dinner you bf and lunch and in gym but due to health issues your daily intake

True. Because first we lose water weight. But consistent diet plan and workouts helps us to lose weight. Im such a person with 169cms height and reduced from 87.5 kg to 62 kg in 1 year and still maintaining fir above 2 years

Dairy is not anti inflammatory therefore you can’t have dhai, yogurt or paneer.

This is not true anti inflammatory diet, dairy is the worst inflammation causing food , this is not suitable for all. First find out what food cause inflammation first then work out to create your own food list

@Jiam2905 you can have whole wheat atta. It’s fine. Just count your calories. Definitely better to avoid gluten. I come from a Punjabi family so I still ate roti and pizza and still lost 2.5kg a month. But I capped my calories at 1200-1300 daily max

@@mollysharma1939 you are quite wrong. 3 years ago I was critically ill and is very lucky to be here today. Without going into details I’m now diabetic with heart and lung issues and kidney damage… the medication I had then included heavy prolonged doses of antibiotics which caused severe gut issues and by the time I left hospital I had gained around 20 kgs. I have taken a long time to recover and is now rediscovering what foods I can tolerate . I was tested for Celiac Disease which was negative but I developed an intolerance to gluten. My diet is very limited now and mostly cooked with only a few herbs and spices to avoid too many bathroom visits. My advice to anyone is listen to your body and how it reacts to the foods you eat. Definitely fried foods are not good and everything in moderation. Exercise is also important. Thankfully I have slowly started to lose weight and have lost 2 inches from my waist
