@@amberfeggans5422 hey amber, hopefully you are doing better, but if your not here’s a little reassurance. I have been having pain in my left side, racing heart beat, and it’s always because I am anxious. Today I went to the hospital and did an ekg, all came back normal. It will also feel like I can’t breathe at times, and when they checked oxygen it was 100. Just know that it may seem like nobody understands what you are experiencing but in the end people really do. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I have suffered with depression and anxiety for many years, but the chest pain, shortness of breath and palpitations really became noticeable since August last year then eased and started again a couple months ago. It has never been this bad, and the worst part is that no one could even suggest something that made any sense.
Which made me feel frustrated angry and feeling like I was losing my mind. I vowed that I would never waste my time with doctors anymore.
I am so happy I stumbled across this video because, now everything finally makes sense.
So called professional like to talk about we shouldn't Google our symptoms, but this is the second mystery I have solved, this year alone, between Google and TH-cam.

I wish my doctor was this calming 😞 he’s sooo careful with his words, in a sense that doesn’t cause panic.
Example: when I was 17 I had my first panic attack in a doctors office. Consequently my blood pressure had a high reading, my doctor then immediately starts off with the heart attack and stroke scares. In my opinion doctors should be very careful with how they say things of that magnitude.
Because of that I developed this crippling fear of checking my bp and seeing doctors. This doctor does such a great job of keeping you calm and explaining things. Godbless. Working on my bp and anxiety and fear. Hope to overcome it and post my testimony here one day

I remember this video from so long ago, when I was watching you for entertainment. This is why your videos are so popular. They're truly helpful, educational and comforting. You're a genius, Doc or divinely guided. Maybe a little bit of both. And we're blessed. Thank you.

This is true, I found a lot of people do develop symptoms after listening or reading too much about anxiety or symptoms of heart issues. If someone is getting better, I would never mention anything that may trigger anxiety or panic attack. Dr. Gupta explains #panicandanxiety so simply. I really enjoy his explanations. No frills, anyone can understand it.

I have to say this is the best video to help me yet that or it just made me feel better. ive been having palpitation issues that have become almost debilitating and lately getting on beta blockers not by choice , i have been miserable due to a dual acke in my left chest. this info has been the only answer that ive found any ware about it. hopefully ill have a little piece of mind wile I wait for my actual appointment 2 and a half weeks away total of three just to get some test.(Ive had no actual tests yet) its been driving me nuts waiting. Three trips to emergency with no answers :( almost went again. until i listened to this and a good part of my anctiousness subsided pretty much instantly. ill update later. Thank You sir and bless you for what your doing!!

Unfortunately in Australia , the vast majority of the specialists offer very limited explanation .I suspect. it is to do with how medicine is practiced in the two countries
