This video was a game changer for me. I went months with chest pain and difficulty breathing. Dr couldnt tell me much more than that I just had anxiety. 3 trips to ER with heart rate of 145bpm and 3 different medications. I found this video and started focusing on belly breathing and its made a huge difference! No longer on the meds! Thank you so very much!

I have been having pain in my left side, racing heart beat, and it’s always because I am anxious. Today I went to the hospital and did an ekg, all came back normal. It will also feel like I can’t breathe at times, and when they checked oxygen it was 100. Just know that it may seem like nobody understands what you are experiencing but in the end people really do. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I have suffered with depression and anxiety for many years, but the chest pain, shortness of breath and palpitations really became noticeable since August last year then eased and started again a couple months ago. It has never been this bad, and the worst part is that no one could even suggest something that made any sense.
Which made me feel frustrated angry and feeling like I was losing my mind. I vowed that I would never waste my time with doctors anymore.
I am so happy I stumbled across this video because, now everything finally makes sense.

I wish my doctor was this calming 😞 he’s sooo careful with his words, in a sense that doesn’t cause panic.
Example: when I was 17 I had my first panic attack in a doctors office. Consequently my blood pressure had a high reading, my doctor then immediately starts off with the heart attack and stroke scares. In my opinion doctors should be very careful with how they say things of that magnitude.
Because of that I developed this crippling fear of checking my bp and seeing doctors. This doctor does such a great job of keeping you calm and explaining things. Godbless. Working on my bp and anxiety and fear. Hope to overcome it and post my testimony here one day

Thank You for your wonderful video, which kind of puts things into perspective.
Over the last 3 years, I have taken my self off to A & E with chest discomfort. On both occasions I was given an ECG plus blood tests and was given the all clear. Last year I was experiencing the same, so I had a consultation with my GP who referred me to a Cardiologist, who gave me a phone consultation to rule out anything sinister. Once again, the results were clear. I am by nature a very anxious person and over the last four days, I have had some dull aching in the upper quadrant on the left side of my chest. I have now made another appointment with my GP as a face to face consultation, so that he can actually examine me.

He said that it is most likely Anxiety that I am experiencing. I know I have anxiety as 2 years ago I had the tightness in my throat but this time I have symptoms of chest discomfort so I’m really sure it’s my anxiety acting up again. And I really been scared due to the virus so I think my anxiety is also coming from overthinking also. My experience.
