I keep getting dismissed for anxiety.. I'm 29 and been worrying. A it the last 2 years.
I get an all bloods test , I've had a halter monitor , I've had a ct on my heart but nothing that has shown enough to know what's going on.
My blood pressure can be a little high at times but usually its in a good range. I get dizzy attacks, balance issues, racing heart or just a strong heart beat. I get numbers and tingling. Recently the last couple months I keep getting paulsing/thumping feelings in my muscles. Legs, arms and neck. Feet too.
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Heightened Anxiety, health anxiety too, and heightened stress. But these are nothing like what I usually have with these. So im really unsure.
My only reply problem is I drink alcohol frequently. I relied on it for some time and trying to cut down to eventually get rid of it it completely.
I've also been on cymbalta and had a horrible time on that. Black outs. Memory trouble. Anger and then the addiction for alcohol came in. Had brain zaps and electric shocks. Could this be long term effects from that?
      I don't know.
Thanks for allowing a safe space for me to be able to speak my concerns.
      Thank you.
I live in Australia. Melbourne. 😊

Had a heart attack in 2012. Months before I had cold sweats. Shortness of breath was going on for a couple months. Had a lot of stress and sleeplessness during that time so I assumed it was related. Went camping with my daughter and woke up with stabbing chest pain at 3AM. (Friday evening) Drove my daughter and I towards a hospital. Belched several times and felt better. Went home and to bed. By Sunday night I felt terrible and out of breath. Thought it was just bad gas and toughed it out all night in a recliner. Monday morning I got up and showered and headed to a clinic. They did an EKG (Also known as an ECG) and told me to go to the hospital. It was 2 miles away, so I drove myself. I had 99% blockage in my LAD. Two stents later I was in ICU. Lost half the function of that part of the heart. Six months later and 50 pounds lighter, God had restored my heart to normal. 🙌🙌🙌😇🙌🙌🙌

I have had panic attacks and would go to the hospital only for them to be rude to me. So I stopped going. One day thinking it was just another panic attack and I did not want to be a Nuisance. I refused to go to the hospital. Saying it will pass, but My husband made me go. I was going into cardiac arrest due to very low potassium level. He knew it was more than panic. But the sad thing is that I didn't want to go because of my treatment in the past with my panic attacks. Thank the good lord for my husband.

This happened to me when I did too much methamphetamine. I already have high blood pressure and severe anxiety so I'm on benzos, and gabapentin but I was crying saying I dnt wanna die, I had to wait on the waiting room for hours, once they saw me and I told you h em I did meth, they immediately got extremely rude, said how stupid people are for using meth, told me I was fine, and made me wait for many more hours, I finally left and a doctor chased me saying" we can see you now, don't go!" Because they wouldn't make money off my insurance since I didn't see the actual doctor, and I said hell no. That's despicable how they treat panick attacks esp drug induced, I kno many ppl who went through this, and they paid no mind until 8 hours later when I left, then they called me sir, Mr. the second im almost at the car, I was money to them, not a human being. I hope this crap changes because that is horrible to go through and now I try not yo ever go to the hospital even if I feel like ill die. That is scary. These doctors and nurses are egocentric, and rude, sometimes useless. Many lack knowledge abt drugs and prescriptions and try to tell me I dnt feel a certain way when I do. Im the one taking it, so they think their unreachable or im lying. It's extremely frustrating. Sometimes they will give me any prescription but what I know I need because it worked great before in my life and they just see you as a drug addict, when your legitimately in distress and are asking honestly, even when they ask, what is it u need that I can help with. But I end up on meds I dnt need and more than one. It's really twisted. They need to be more helpful.

Had a heart attack 2 years ago on Dec 13 spent 8 days in the hospital had 2 stents. Would wake up in the middle of the night sweating with shortness of breath major exertion doing minor activities I didn't understand that I was having a heart attack. I got so weak and started throwing up and had diarrhea I couldn't control I just wanted to sleep my family rushed me to the ER they told them that if I had went to sleep I wouldn't of made it through the night. My daughter told me later that I flat lined twice in the ER and once in the OR. I'm truly blessed to be here. God is good ya'll. Givin God all the Glory. It’s been a minute since I was quite sure I was going to just die laying down. That happened twice. I don’t know what caused this…I shattered my leg 10 months ago because I stood up and a rib before that. Idk. My joints are in horrible pain. Lupus has been tossed around a lot between the few people I do know. I get the butterfly rash on my face. It’ll come and go in a matter of hours. Idk about the seizures and all. I won’t go to a doctor anymore. I lost the one who was brilliant to me and believed me. I needed my foot and leg facing backwards for them to see I wasn’t just bsing. I’m buying some climbing rope off of Amazon and I believe I figured out where I am going to go. I just have to bloody Uber there. I just wish my poor cats were socialized because they love and trust me so much. No one else will see a single fur of them. I’m just done though…my life has been unimaginably messed up. At 59 years old, healthy as bull and in great shape, never any prior issues or health complications of any kind until that early morning, and out of nowhere I started to feel some tremendous pressure all over my chest like I never felt before in my life, it felt like the whole building was sitting on top of my chest, followed by excessive amount of sweating from my head to my toes to the point I was soaked in my own clothing. Not more than 10 minutes have passed and only then I realized that I was in big trouble I need help right away. Luckily it didn’t take long for the ambulance to transfer me to the nearest hospital. Although I had a total blockage in my left heart artery, but the quick reaction and the stent procedure that was performed on me to open that blockage, surely has prevented further complications or any damage to the heart. I consider myself extremely lucky to be here writing about it today. Don’t hesitate or even delay seeking medical help if you ever encounter any of these signs.

May I ask that at 59 years of age that you were not aware that your arteries were becoming blocked. That implies that you failed to go in for annual checkups where they would have checked you and informed you of your high cholesterol count (potentially blocked arteries) and they would have prescribed meds to control your high cholesterol count. Other than that, many people enjoy everyday foods like ice cream, sodas, pizzas, lots of cheese, condensed milk, much transfats type foods, donuts, croissants, ........all good tasting foods but, slow killers for sure !! I know, I am suffering from Congestive Hear Failure which means a weak heart caused by not listening to my cardiologist who warned me about my high choleseterol but, I refused her prescription for meds. Then, one day, I felt completely weak and total exhaustion.....no pain, just completely tired. That was my heart attack which resulted in only one stent placed. However, now, my heart is damaged, I occasionally have difficulty breathing, lack energy in my legs, I get light headed, frequest coughing because there is not enough oxygen in my blood, and my legs get swollen meaning that I have too much fluid in my body resulting in me having difficulty with breathing. Take care buddy.

Several years ago, I had many of the heart attack symptoms. Tightness in the chest, tingling in the left arm, shortness of breath, profuse sweating, and nausea (wrenching without vomiting). I checked into the local hospital and was wired up and checked out. The doctor on duty in the ER after several hours of testing that "I had wasted the hospital's time and that I should have gone to my family doctor." After that horrible experience, I am reluctant to ever go back to the hospital, even though some of the symptoms persevere. I still have unexplainable profuse sweating periodically, nausea/wrenching, numbness in my feet and hands, and continual shortness of breath. But stress tests show nothing out of the ordinary. I'm perplexed. But at age 71, this will likely be my fate - a heart attack - no thanks to the doctors.

They told me I've been suffering from mild heart attacks and put me straight on the cardio ward and had to wait for surgery where I'd had 2 stents put in the left artery and two in the right artery. This happened just three weeks ago and I'm back home now, sometimes it's a bit of a struggle, like earlier when i took a walk to the pharmacy to get some cocodamols, but with a bit of help from the Nitrolingual, it made it a bit easier for me to keep going.

Numbness in hands on the way!

Worst experience was second dose of nitro glycerin! As my blood vessels opened the rush of blood and oxygen to my brain was one of the most horrifying experiences I've ever had in my life! I don't ever want to feel that horrible again. It felt like my brain had a centrafuge with blades schreading my brain matter!

Great program, Dr Frita. Two years ago, I experienced pressure on my chest. I had to sleep sitting up, was very uncomfortable while trying to sleep lying flat. After about five days, the "elephant" got heavier and heavier until I was forced to admit something was wrong. Ambulance to the hospital where I received a stent in my heart. I had been having a HEART ATTACK!! I always thought I had to have a pain down my left arm, but I was wrong!! Two months ago I recognized the signs again, that elephant was back!! Ambulance again, received two stents this time. I am 91 years old, figure I've been very lucky. No pain, simply discomfort. Thanks for the video.

Had heart attack 3 week's ago, felt like a really bad gas on my chest, that happened around 3:00 am, tough was just gas, drink a soda, didn't help, went for walk around 4 am,made even worse, left my house around 6am,stop at cas and got some gas pills, drove an hour to get to work, and luckily stop at the hospital on my way in, once I started to walk into to emergency room, felt really diase, and 5 minutes later found my self with 💯 clogged ,almost went to the other side.
    Ps.

I had ALL of these for Years before I had my first heart attack. Even the night it happened, I thought my back was causing my chest pain (I have a bad back from damage in the Army). I felt a balloon in the Right side of my chest for three hours before I decided something must be wrong. I never thought of the heart as they always say it's the Left side.
I was taken in and given a triple bypass.
Don't ignore these things. Get tested and pay attention.

My first heart attack (Friday 4pm) felt like indigestion and went away after a few hours and left me feeling tired. So I ignored it and that was followed by a second heart attack the next day (Saturday 1PM) that I put down to indigestion again because it went away after a few hours. The big one struck at Thursday 3:00 AM I was lucky to be rushed to hospital over 80Km (50 miles) away. I was rushed into the operating theatre and received two eludated Cobalt Chromium stents. 24 hours later I had another procedure to have another 2 stents put in. I will be forever grateful to the World class treatment I received at the Princess Alexandra hospital in Brisbane, Queensland Australia. My message to you the reader is please DON'T IGNORE THE SIGNS.

Had nausea, diaphysis, vertigo, and started with right arm pain, followed by left arm pain then jaw pain. Four doctors didn’t recognize I was having a heart attack, but I did. Turns out I had vasospasm in the circumflex artery. Post angiogram the artery opened up on its own. Can’t tell you just how disappointed I was in the four doctors I worked with daily , one even said ,” I don’t know what this is , but it’s definitely not your heart .” Well it was definitely my heart and I spent the next five days in ICU . If you got it checked at the ER, they likely didn't look into this much, only if they could "fix" it immediately. Wouldn't hurt to see your Dr and a cardiologist to make sure you are really sure. Your heart shouldn't be beating irregularly at times.

My husband had a heart attack when he was 39! Luckily he recognized the chest pain or would’ve died as artery was 98%blocked. He is now 78. One thing you didn’t mention was fainting. My mother had a fatal heart attack at 78. She had fainting spells prior to that but doctor dismissed it. Another girl I worked with had nausea and had a heart attack. She was a smoker, but after that quit and also exercised. I have hypertension but watching my diet and exercising as I’m 78 and worried I may have one. Doctors seem to think it’s more important if your father had a heart attack. Don’t know what to think, but your video was very good.

I could of wrote this post. I have severe Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia so it is hard to tell if the pain is pertaining to my heart or the Fibromyalgia. I do know that I have Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and under the care of a cardiologist. I have had episodes of heart palpitations, extremely high blood pressure (200+/90+) but not during the same reading, pain in my jaw and arms, sleep apnea. Most of these symptoms go along with Fibromyalgia also so I’m very apprehensive about going to the hospital. I’m not one to vomit unless I’m seriously ill so that is the one additional symptom if I had I would definitely go to the hospital. Having Fibromyalgia definitely makes one think twice or three times about going to the hospital for a false alarm.

I learned DANCES for symptoms of heart attack....
D is for DIZZINESS, lighthead, low oxygen to the brain
A is for ANGINA, chest, arm, shoulder pains
    N is for NAUSEA
C is for CRAMPING muscles lower legs signs of PAD
E is for EXCESSIVE FATIGUE or tiredness
S is for SHORTNESS of BREATH
2 year survival of heart attack, quad by pass...
woke up middle of night with cold sweats, passed out taking a shower to feel better... hitting the bathroom floor.
Thankfully came to and went to the ER

My father started off with mild chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, and back pain. My father is your typical tough guy, having been in the Canadian Armed Forces over 20 years, he was trained to show no pain, end it almost killed him and my mother. He’s now 87 years old, back when he was around 75, he was working in the backyard, building a new fence, he started getting a lot of chest pain, but he just assumed it was indigestion. It wasn’t until his colours started changing but my mother insisted he go to the hospital immediately. He absolutely flat out refused to go, saying that there’s nothing wrong with him and the man don’t complain about pain, I love my dad but I just want to slap him silly for being so stupid! Unfortunately they live 100 km from me, so I wasn’t even aware this was happening until after the fact. Finally my mom convinced him to go, but he refused to let her call 911, because he didn’t want the neighbours knowing any of his business, because he’s insanely private, so what does he do? Gets in his car with my mother and drives to the hospital while he’s having a heart attack, but not knowing he was having a heart attack. He got to the hospital, walked in the front door of the emergency department, and collapsed on the floor suffering a massive heart attack! He woke up a day later in the ICU. Doctors told him he needed a triple bypass ASAP, but he absolutely refused, claiming that there’s nothing wrong with his heart, that he was just tired, even though the doctors had all the information they needed to prove otherwise. He is so stubborn, anyways, the doctors put a pacemaker in him until they could finally convinced him to have the surgery. Naturally a few months later, he fell to the floor in the kitchen, suffering another massive heart attack, this time my mother called 911, because he was unconscious. They rushed him to the hospital, he was clinically dead for almost 3 minutes but the paramedics managed to bring him back. When he got to the hospital, and he finally came too, the doctor told him he is going to have a triple bypass no questions asked, even still we try to put up a fight! AGH!!! My mom called me and I got to the hospital before the ambulance did, don’t ask me how fast I drove to get there. For the first time in my life I was the parent and he was the child, because I chewed him out royally, and told him if he doesn’t have his heart attack he is as good as dead, and that he’s not getting a choice, he’s doing it! Finally he agrees after I practically screamed at him. Talk about the worst patient ever, he was screaming at everybody, the doctors, the nurses, I think I spent more time apologizing than I did anything else! But long story short, they saved his life, but his health is pretty dodgy, and at 87, i’m terrified I’m gonna lose him. I know that’s inevitable, something we all have to face, but it doesn’t make it any easier, especially considering he probably could’ve lived even longer if he had just listen to my mother in the first place. I cannot believe he actually drove himself to the hospital during his first heart attack, he could’ve killed himself, my mother, or anybody else on the road if he had passed out behind the wheel. So I’m going to grow very thick skin, not hesitating to tell him what to do from now on. He eventually thanked me and apologized to me and to all the staff, he didn’t want to admit any kind of weakness, physical or mental, but I think it scared him into reality. If you or someone you love starts to experiencing any symptoms, do not be like my father, get your butt to the hospital ASAP, call 911, do not drive!!! You could kill yourself, and everyone around you if you pass out behind the wheel! I think God every day of my life that he still with us, and that my mother and father still live in their own place, without any help from anyone, although I do go there a couple times a week just to help out and make things easier because my mother is 89 and has Parkinson’s disease, but he would never know what to see her, she runs around like a chicken with her head cut off! Anyways, that’s my story, for god sake, please do not let it be your story, that’s what the hospital is there for, don’t mess around with your health, you only get one life, don’t put it at risk out of pure stupidity like my father did.

That's reminds me of my father. I went to visit him, xmas eve, all family partying and my father having a H.A.My dad was stubborn man.I had to convinced him to go to hospital, few hours later he was on Intensive Care. I had to go back to my house in another country 13 hour by plain. I wasn't there to pay attention on him. He lived for another 3 years. None of my brothers realised he was having another H.A. When doctor checked him, doctor said that he had have about 4 H.A. he did die at the day doctor said he was good to be back at home. His wife just told me he was with just a cold. I did not have time to say goodbye.

About 20 minutes ago I started getting pain in the middle of my back that radiated outward and pain in the right side of my neck and upwards into my jaw and ear. I've had these exact pains before except they were on my left side. Typically they've lasted for a minute or two but today they lasted for 5-7 minutes. I discussed this with my doctor the last time it happened because it woke me up at 4am and scared me but he said it was more than likely a panic attack. He did NOT do any tests. Should I be worried?

When you having anxiety attacks , breath in and out deeply for a few minutes. Spend time around happy people. Built up your immunue system with healthy foods..pray , relax, drink lots of fresh water., sleep.often, avoid the people and things that cause you to be fearful. Trust God more. Read Psalms 23 and 27 often. Bless you.

Prior to my diagnosis. My symptoms were tingling and discomfort, left arm pains, nausea and shortness of breath. I also feel so weak and blurry eye sight. This tips is very helpful.💖 Thanks

My mother died of a heart attack 3 years ago at the age of 73. Her symptoms beforehand were nausea and vomiting after eating, lasting about a week. She refused to go to the doctor as she simply put it down as being a flu bug. No chest pain, no other classic symptoms. My father came home from shopping and she was lying in the sofa saying she wasn’t feeling well. He went to his bedroom to sit and read, but felt something wasn’t right. He went back to see her in the living-room and she was now sitting up, but with her head back and eyes open with no response. The paramedics were unable to resuscitate her after over 30 minutes of trying.

My Grandmother passed from a heart attack this September. The symptoms (nausea, cold sweats, I later found were reported by her) became apparent the night before, but they weren’t recognized. I checked on her the next morning, she was experiencing shortness of breath and was disoriented. I immediately called paramedics. She was gone within a few hours. Looking back, I recognize the symptoms.

In 2007, I was experiencing heartburn which I never get and weakness in my left arm, I was given a stress test and immediately put in the hospital, I had 2 arteries blocked 90% and had stints put in. My cardiologist stated if I had not come in when I did, I would of had a massive heart attack!

Same.. I've been diagnosed with high blood pressure. 150/90's on any given day and I'm only 33. But cuppled with stress and clinical depression for the past 14 years, I see how that could be. I was working one night and was feeling an abnormal chest pain (pressure), shortness of breath, along with minor radiating of sorts on the inside of my left arm. After 3 hours it did subside, I had a possible clue of what was happening, but then again I'm 33. But heart attacks do not care about your age.
