Do you know what trigger these symptoms? Do you have cardio phobia? Have you been the the ER or doctors? I’ve had all those symptoms before in panic attacks and some of them before a panic attack. Search up the channel Martin Burridge, his videos have helped me a lot. Best of luck and just know things are temporary and do get better.
I have some of your symptoms. It’s so debilitating. I’ve done a lot of tests particularly to rule out an auto immune disease, cancer, infectious diseases 😢
I say it's anxiety, I started thinking I was dying every time I left my house it was horrible, I couldn't even get pass my yard gate with anxiety symptoms coming on strong 😢
Clinching teeth...... digestive issues... constipation .... waking up at 3am to 4am feeling jittery and shaky and feeling weird 😮 then unable to go back to sleep
I checked each and everyone in the box. Gee, i wonder what my problem was for the last 20 years. Yep, i'm beyond exhausted. But still alive! Thank you doctor.
I just woke up from a deep sleep and I was so nauseous and felt numbness and hot all over…The nausea was overwhelming and I went to the bathroom, then I started the routine of cleaning myself and brushing my teeth in case I call 911 and have to go to the hospital . I got dressed and gradually the nausea subsided but this was the first time it was so intense. This horrible feeling lasted over 20 minutes and I still have some residual chest discomfort that comes and goes, maybe from gas and burping??? Again wondering if I should call 911… I had numerous heart tests done and my cardiologist said I’m ok , but still that fear creeps in…. I am widowed and live alone so it’s terrifying … I just keep praying
I get almost constant palpitations and an increase heart rate, I got check at the ER multiple times and everything was ok … It’s really hard to believe that’s anxiety sometime.
I'm kind of surprised vertigo is not mentioned here, It's very common for severe anxiety. I used to have chest pressure, this comes first, fast heart beat as if you were gonna have a heart attack, shortness of breath, vertigo, lost appetite, insomnia, tunnel vision.
Just a suggestion: if you have anxiety physical symptoms, please get ur vit levels checked (especially vitD and B12) and also electrolytes.... There is a link between these symptoms and vit deficiency.. most people don't talk about it
@@QueenDTheTruthseeker I hope it gets better! I went to the doctor and supposedly I am having a vitamin b12 deficit. I am replenishing the vitamins and just hope to get better. I've also been feeling it a little throughout the rest of my body, but it's not as intense a sensation
I deal with all those symptoms except for headaches. I've been lost for years medically until I saw this video. There were tons of tests and tons of drs, and not one said anxiety. Now i know what to talk to the dr about now. Thank you
There is hope for all of us who are suffering with Anxiety...I did not know what Anxiety was really about until it happened to me in lock down and again when I was out walking the dogs on my own, I thought I was going to pass out when I was trying to get back home, so scary, after being told last year by the hospital that I have an Aortic Root dilation and ascending which I can not get my head around, Anxiety happens for me alot now, especially when iam trying to do DIY at home or outside on my own 😢
I have every one of these symptoms, add severe death anxiety and it will complete my circle of horror. Have had this for twenty five years now, I'm exhausted!! Don't know how I've made it this far, I thought getting older would lessen the effects but it's not. Don't know what to do, but I'll keep on going that's all we can do. Constant doom!!!
High sorry you are struggling so bad, what help me, magnesium, vit d3 vit k2, and vit B complex helped no end, especially magnesium glycinate, taurate, citrate, hopes this helps
Say to yourself, I am safe, my body is fine, I trust the process. It will reset your NS. Repeat as much as you want per day. I say it about 4 times. I am recovering from ME/CFS and this has been massive for me. Also, gently say stop ✋ when a thought comes through that is intrusive or not right and replace it. Try white chestnut spray for sleep if you have issues. None of us can function well on less sleep.
I will never forget the night I was laying in my bed and called my husband, thinking I was having a heart attack...Ended up being a straight up panic attack...and I realized something major had to change in my life. I've always dealt with anxiety and depression (hooray for ADHD)... but that was next-level and really helped me understand more of what I am dealing with. Thanks for addressing this!
Same here I was asleep woke up in full blown panic attack my wife call an ambulance they took me to hospital there for two days they found nothing wrong with my heart or anything else they just come on any time .
I have been ill recently with a heart problem and as a result been having anxiety and panic attacks. You think now every little twinge or pain is a heart attack about to happen and this is it. It's very difficult to bring yourself down once it has started and found a lot of people are unfortunately very unsympathetic and it's "oh just do some deep breathing exercises etc...." it's like you lose control of your body.
Ha!! Omg don't you just LOVE when you're literally having a MASSIVE panic attack, you're CLEARLY in distress & someone's just like, "oh...hey man...just stop 🤷♀️ Just stop worryin so much man! If ya just didn't worry so much..." or, "you're gonna be ok....NO, you are not having a heart attack "..... I F'n hear that shit EVERY DAY...FROM MY HUSBAND.!! You'd think by now he'd realize, as well as others that if we COULD just literally snap our fingers & be like..."ok self-just stop" & voila..we'd suddenly be great, we wouldn't have ALREADY DONE THAT YEARS AGO??? 🤦♀️🤦♀️Ugh ...pisses me off sometimes. Alot of people don't understand 💔
Hello! Thank you! I breathe normally and feel dizzy or lightheaded sometimes anyway. Just because of anxiety itself. Just because of my thoughts. You don't necessarily need to hyperventilate to feel those uncomfortable feelings.
Aside from DIARRHEA, is CONSTIPATION can also be one of the digestive discomfort resulting from ANXIETY. Thank you very much, DOC, for this informative medical introductory lecture. LOVE and REGARDS from the PHILIPPINES!!!

I gained 23 kgs (47lbs) in past 2 years despite eating like usual and workouts ....even intense dieting and extra hard workouts lead me to more weight gain ...now I look back and see the things that made me anxious .... And I realised that the biggest cause of my weight gain has been my anxiety....and the fact that it slows down digestion.... supports my belief...thank you so much for this beautiful video....
Same here, I used to eat clean, exercise daily and I put on 13 kgs in the past 2 years, anxiety skyrocketed with lockdowns, bullying at work, family drama on top of childhood trauma and PCOS symptoms. Now that I changed jobs I feel a bit better but it's still hard to lose the weight
Hello Melissa, I just watched this video and I am truly grateful for the information you provided. I must have watched over 20 other videos on this subject today and yours was the only one that really explained the "whys" of the symptoms. I am a 55 year old male and haven't had a full blown anxiety attack since my mid twenties ... which lasted for several months. Unfortunately, my financial responsibilities and my responsibilities as my elderly mother's caregiver have been mounting things came to a head this past Thursday and I am now once again experiencing a full blown attack after all these years. This attack is much, much stronger and debilitating than when I was younger. I'm feeling almost every single symptom you've described in this video and have been bed bound for 2 days now because of extreme fatigue, lack of balance and dizziness. I have a Telemedicine appointment with my General Provider tomorrow in hopes that he prescribe something to allow me to function so that I won't lose my full time job or neglect my caregiver duties while this passes. Anyway, I sincerely thank you for helping me understand what is happening to me. May God bless you.
Hello Karim, thank you for asking. Yes, I am much better now. I was able to muster up enough energy to go back to work after taking a week and a half off. My doctor said it wasn't exactly an "anxiety attack " because those only last for a matter of minutes. She said it was more of a stress overload episode which carries much of the same symptoms but could last anywhere from days to months if not managed. Simply put, I just have too much on my plate. Unfortunately, all of my problems and responsibilities aren't just going to disappear so I have to be careful to not dwell on them too much ... easier said than done. But like I said, I am much better and I owe it all to my faith in Jesus. Again, I want to thank you for reaching out to a total stranger and asking about my well being. May God bless you and yours!
Thank you for this video I try to tell people it's not all in my head I have physical anxiety problems the weird headaches the tension around my head nightmares tremors weird tremors
At this very moment I wish I could hug you for this. I know it is helping me right now and I know I have a lot of work to do but knowing that these symptoms can be explain...is honestly a game changer. God Bless You
I have all but a couple of these symptoms. I am convinced (and have been for over 10 years) that it has to be something else. The physical symptoms are terrible. I had a couple years break but in the last 8 months it has come on strong! Have trouble even leaving the house. The pandemic hasn't helped but these are new symptoms for me. I am terrified to take antidepressants so feel stuck. Thinking of all those who suffer too :( Great video!!
Ashley, How are you now? Consulted a physician? In life there are only 2 problems-mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts [overthinking]. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations when taking a walk, before sleep, in school, at work, when reading, etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Reduce negative social media, take morning sunlight walks and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.
@@shyaaammeneen63 I have consulted with a physician and have been with mine for years now. I have done therapy which helped a bit. In my case I have panic disorder/health anxiety/depression. My doctor and therapist have said that it is not just negative thoughts.somwtimes it happens for no reason. Maybe I was triggered by something and didn't realize. I also have some medical issues that sometimes contributes to physical symptoms that triggers the anxiety. I appreciate your reply. Thank you.
@@ashleymarie8860 Nothing happens for no reason. Anyway what you can do you must do. With my simple practice you will gain something but lose nothing. Read more about relationship between thoughts and the mind on google. . Since many years I have made it a habit to observe my breath sensations even during my normal activities and I am feeling relaxed and healthy. Anywhere-anytime it can be done. The best part is nobody comes to know that you are doing the breath observing practice as there is no deep breathing or sound. Normal life is not affected. Read my msg and do the practice regularly. Best wishes. Sr. Counsellor.
Hi Ashley I hope you have a good weekend I noticed something you said that totally helped me about you get a little bit of a break time of anxiety symptoms me too you're not alone for instance last month well it helped by seeing my best friend and talking to her because when I talk to her I feel relief but anyways sorry it's not to get off track it's so hard to concentrate right now but yes there is times where I feel like oh my God my anxiety went away for instance I had five weeks of filling okay I could go back to work I can actually go to the store go outside in general and then it comes back with a vengeance I hope I explain myself good because yes it's hard to concentrate and think at times you're not alone

Thank you for listing symptom. My family think im a hypochondriac. I know the symtoms are from my depression and anxiety. Now i have you video as proof
hypnic jerks are actually common in general and arent anything to worry about, it's most common in guys because for some reason us guys twitch a lot when sleeping anyways.

I suffer from schizoaffective disorder which can cause severe anxiety. I am on ipratopiym/albuterol makes me more anxious than I usually am. Sometimes it’s paralyzing. But, sometimes I need to move around. I start to pace the floor and get criticized for it. That makes me angry. Because, I feel less than other people. I get all of the symptoms. Now, I take care of myself and try to do my exercise when I am not anxious. When I am yelled at for what I am. I I freeze. I have been in the hospital for chest pain and even fainting. Having schizoaffective disorder stinks. I also have problems following instructions and and cognitive problems which causes me problems. Because, other people don’t understand why I do this. They don’t understand. I can get shaky and sweat. 😢
I have been to many doctors for all of these and been told I was fine but its so frustrating to figure out because i continue to wonder if i have a physical condition that they missed. My worst symptoms are the shortness of breath, numbness in the face and brain fog 🤯

I had numbness in the face for a bit a few years ago, and it was wild. My doc was just at a loss. And I finally realized it was anxiety and it blew my mind. It also seemed to disappear once I accepted that.
This video is curing within itself 😳... Your ability to break this down I believe is healing people as they are listening!!! It's helping me a lot! I have a question... what is causing anxiety and What is the difference in anxiety and depression?
After 12 years i have my 1st panic attack in November when I'm was driving my work van, hope no one experienced this, but i needed to find quickly a place to stop safely and luckily I'm was on country rd,but this 1st panic attack felt like a heart attack and felt like i gonna pass out. After few weeks become normal but very scary, every panic attack come in different shapes...my 2nd one started with freezing head and shaking body and started to be worried, not a cool feeling definitely..still dealing today and not much changed.
Anyone deal with pressure beneath their ears right sort of right at the top of their jaw? It moves into my neck, head and face. It is so weird. Usually doesn’t happen very much when I don’t think about it though.
My anxiety is pretty bad and had to go to hospitals alone in the middle of the night more than one time...and I'm worried cuz I have like almost every single symptoms like every day or all few days in a rlly high dose ... I didn't know few of the symptoms comes from my anxiety , that was rlly helpful to know thxx :)
After 2+ years dealings though every of this symptoms, please listen to this advices. 1 - after your first medical check up, please do not go to the dr again for this symptoms. I developed hypocondria cause i was going weekly to cardiologist and neumologist. 2 - PLEASE FOR GOD, quit every drug. Alcohol, weed, nicotine, caffeine, stimulants in general, depressents. I used to drink a lot to cope, but i would feel way worse the days after a drinking binge. Weed made me feel derealized asf. Nicotine would give me har pounding feelings almost heart attack also caffeine. 3 - try to do some sports and workout, this helps a lot and can bring back some of your self steam
Had chest tightness, went to the ER and they said I have no signs of heart attacks. I believe it’s anxiety. Just randomly kicked in while driving casually
In regards to the chest pains, I've always wondered that even if they're due to anxiety, WHY are they still located more so to the left side of the chest? Perhaps it's the pain manifesting itself to the side that you associate with heart-related issues?
You are correct, I have this same problem as you, I always thought I was having some sort of heart issues because when anxiety hit my chest tightness or heaviness is usually more to the left side of the chest, try and splash cold water on your face when you start to feel these symptoms comming on this might help to reduce these symptoms
I experienced most of these except diarrhea since I am always constipated. I remember I experienced stomach pain for a YEAR. Like my lower right side of my abdomen hurts EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR A YEAR. And sometimes it's so severe that I can't sit up straight and all I want is to stand up or lay on my bed. I even went to a lot of doctors for checkup and lab test, I was even asked for whole abdomen ultrasound, kidney ultrasound, CT Scan and luckily my test results were normal. I didn't even know that it was due to anxiety coz all of the doctors I went to didn't asked me to go seek for a therapist that's why I was clueless in my suffering. What I did in order to conquer this dilemma was I resigned from my job and went abroad and VIOLAAAAAA it was gone in just a nick of time 😭❤ I'm happy that I did what my heart feels right. After a year (it was 2020) I decided to go back home because of pandemic. I experienced some symptoms of anxiety again like chest pain, throat tightness, palpitations, nightmares, feeling at edge etc. because of COVID 19. It got worst around 2022 when I experienced dizziness for more than a month. I thought it was related with my blood, but when they took my blood test it was normal. Everything was normal, then I searched the internet and discovered that it was ANXIETY once again 😭 it's so severe that sometimes my head feels heavy that I couldn't lift it up. I can't eat well because of dizziness. Sometimes when I stand up I black out for a second. I couldn't walk properly coz I feel I might fall. I felt so hopeless at that time since it's been forever. But fortunately I regain myself back when I started socializing more. I went outside more often with my friends and did fun things together and talked about our lives. Now, my anxiety is still here but I'm grateful it's not that severe like before, but I'm hoping that it won't comeback coz I am sooo effin DONE being in that state. Edit: I am watching this video right now coz I am experiencing some chest pain, throat tightness, shortness of breath and nausea just because of DUST 😭 I cleaned my room just a while ago and my head is filled with thought of "does these dusts will cause me dust allergies?" but in reality it caused me an ANXIETY ATTACK 😭 In order to stay sane I checked yt to confirm my hunch. After watching this I am gaining myself back. ANXIETY SUCKS!
Adrenal weakness can cause anxiety or panic. Typically brought on by low blood sugar sometimes which goes hand-in-hand with That scenario it's not low enough adrenaline response to be addresses disease but it's still weak enough that causes lots of unbearable symptoms. In the early stages of my encounter I would drink every single night to cope with it. Until my liver started getting weak and then the symptoms manifested worse than I realized I just need to do eliminate things in my life that caused unnecessary stress including toxic people toxic diet. You gotta look out for number one when you get to that level your body is weak and it's trying to tell you to slow down.
I went to the Dr. to talk about how my memory is terrible and that I thought I might have adult ADHD, I came back as having severe anxiety. I had NO idea, I think I have always suffered with it, as I thought these were just part of my personality.
I feel hot, in my chest and face, numb or tingly in my arm face throat. It's scary. I feel little pains in my chest or arm and I always think it's a heart attack. It scares me so bad. My husband helps so much but I can't always have him around when panic comes just out of no where and suddenly sometimes.
I have the same problem as you, no one around to ask for help when anxiety hits, it's so horrible and scary, the feeling of pain is when the body muscle start to tension and the tingling sensation though out the body is adrenaline 😢
I have a very important exam tmr and all week I’ve been feeling nauseous. What’s making me even more sick is worrying about having to vomit in class. That would be a nightmare
O wow I have so many of these physical symptoms. I get migraines regularly, awful headaches from idiopathic intracranial hypertension (idiopathic meaning they don’t know why it happens). I have been getting hot flushes and honestly thought I was going through early menopause at 34. I have had severe chest pains and ended up in A&E. I have been forgetting so such my husband always says to me that I have Alzheimers. I have been having issues with my bladder and just started medication for an overactive bladder. I really struggle with sleep, getting to sleep and staying asleep. I am so tiered and fatigued all the time. I feel like I function really well. I don’t miss a day of work, I keep on top of my home, I’m a great mother and wife and I experience joy and not low in mood but can be quick to cry. on the outside people wouldn’t know that I’m struggling with any of the above. Could I have anxiety? Now I’m not too sure

Hi, I've been getting these symptoms. I went to the doctor and he directly told me that I've fibromyalgia. It made me so confused and anxious. Although i don't have any fatigue just pain in my muscles specially in legs.
They did that to.me.aresoles it was in my throat then 6 years ago they make us go in fear so it moved in shoulders first one I've seen same as myself where us your pain everyday constant shoulders armpits
I actually get a low heart rate from anxiety also, if my heart is beating slower something is wrong, if it's beating faster somethings wrong, I just can't win.
May God be with you and show you His kindness and grace dear friend. May the love of His Son Jesus surround you and embrace you, just like He did for me. please take care.
Does anyone feel like intense workouts make the anxiety worse? I've been on a reduced calorie diet and working out at the gym 3 times a week lately, and the adrenaline feeling and many of these symptoms got worse 😢 I want to lose a few pounds but it's making me scared to work out 😢
I was in the middle writing my post and it has disappeared, I get the same symptoms as you when I try to work out, it's scary and horrible. When this starts to happen you need to splash cold water onto your face, this will help to reduce the symptoms you are experiencing
Xx Deeif you are a believer,, just lean onto God and pray,He will keep you moving that's what has helped my anxiety,,i too once had all those creepy sensations
this is absolutely crazy because i have super bad insomnia, that i felt was causing me to be super tired. i also had really bad nausea and those heart pounding and the fish in my heart which is my most concerning symptom. i lost 70 lb in 2 monsts because i had gastritis. then a year later i started getting the heart symptoms. so i go to GI dr and does tests and says its anxiety related. then i go to cardio dr and had all tests done and guess what? they said anxiety. i couldnt accept this i went to 3 other cardio doctors and nobody can help me. so i finally went to the psych doctor and they gave me meds but im too afraid to take them because of my heart symptoms. i mean i cant even drink coffee because of my heart. but now hearing this video its like omfg it describes me so much. the extreme fatigue, the heart and GI symptoms. even the memory issues. the sweating problems. omg literally almost EVERYTHING. except no diarhea i actually have opposite problem in that area. but jeez so now a youtube doctor winds up breaking this all down for me and makes me take the psych doctor the more important doctor to work with now. i have been to the ER dozens of times years ago because of chest pains and not being able totake a full breathe and lead me to full blown panic attacks. plus i suffered so much with anxiety as a teenager and been thru so much bs with medications that didnt work and wound up hurting me. so yea this is def my problem. omfg dizzyness too jeez. i have almost all of these issues.
the problem is my psych doctor prescribed welbutrin and xanax. so i know the xanax will help the anxiety, but it doesnt help all the way but i try to take the smallest amount as possible. i think i need to start meditation and doing things like this. but im afraid to take the wellbutrin because my heart symptoms is so scary and i read welbutrin can cause anxiety to get worse for the activation period.
you are absolutely right about the generalized anxiety disorder. i was able to cope with the anxiousness throughout my 20s but then in my early 30s the insomnia hit so hard so bad. and then it went severely downhill from there.
I had one of the worse panic attack of my life last night I couldn't breath my chest hurt I was shaking I couldn't talk straight I was so scared an the ambulance people were treating me like I was faking an kept telling me ur fine I'm so tired of being treated like I'm crazy
Diarrhea, dizziness nausea, sleepy all the time, heavy ness ,in my whole body, my throat feels like its closing, dry mouth,,burning eyes, palpation, shaking, vomiting, nausea, burly vision, heart burn

If I experienced that I'd be fearful of a heart attack. I don't get a tight chest but a stinging pain.
I'm kind of surprised vertigo is not mentioned here, It's very common for severe anxiety. I used to have chest pressure, this comes first, fast heart beat as if you were gonna have a heart attack, shortness of breath, vertigo, lost appetite, insomnia, tunnel vision.
Same problem for me too, always starts with chest tightness or heaviness, most scary feeling of all 😢
The anxiety I get is a heaviness in my body to head, dizziness, and vision.😢. So uncomfortable

🤦♀️🤦♀️Ugh
...pisses me off sometimes. Alot of people don't understand 💔
I've been crying mostly every night since it started Friday would make it a month.
so very true!!!

How are you doing? Did you get through this episode? I felt for you reading what you were going through. I hope you’re ok
@Karim.711 That was a beautiful thing you did, Karim. This world needs more empathy. It is becoming harder to find these days. Thank you!

My anxiety has these symptoms: nausea, inability to breathe, racing thoughts, fatigue - and more. It’s horrible
I have all but a couple of these symptoms. I am convinced (and have been for over 10 years) that it has to be something else. The physical symptoms are terrible.

Sr. Counsellor.

Great video and needed topic. How about brain fatigue and brain fog, or lack of brain endurance?
Had chest tightness, went to the ER and they said I have no signs of heart attacks. I believe it’s anxiety. Just randomly kicked in while driving casually
The chest tightness with short breath is the worst one, specially with all this bullshit about the Covid
Edit:
I am watching this video right now coz I am experiencing some chest pain, throat tightness, shortness of breath and nausea just because of DUST 😭 I cleaned my room just a while ago and my head is filled with thought of "does these dusts will cause me dust allergies?" but in reality it caused me an ANXIETY ATTACK 😭 In order to stay sane I checked yt to confirm my hunch.
Dear mam does increase in the blood pressure is also a symptom?? My blood pressure gets higher during anxiety or panic attack
Yes, it is because of too much adrenaline in the body for quite a period.
Thank you for this information. It really helped me understand so much about anxiety. Tell us more about what we should eat to make us feel better.

Migraine is the most annoying one for me. I can’t function my life having constant tension headache 24/7.
I actually get a low heart rate from anxiety also, if my heart is beating slower something is wrong, if it's beating faster somethings wrong, I just can't win.
Same with me😐

I can relate to your post 😢
Does anyone feel like intense workouts make the anxiety worse? I've been on a reduced calorie diet and working out at the gym 3 times a week lately, and the adrenaline feeling and many of these symptoms got worse 😢 I want to lose a few pounds but it's making me scared to work out 😢
I was in the middle writing my post and it has disappeared, I get the same symptoms as you when I try to work out, it's scary and horrible. When this starts to happen you need to splash cold water onto your face, this will help to reduce the symptoms you are experiencing
I do certainly think I am anxious, not sure if it's actual anxiety or just too many stressors
do these symptoms occur all the time or only during an anxiety attack?
Xx Deeif you are a believer,, just lean onto God and pray,He will keep you moving that's what has helped my anxiety,,i too once had all those creepy sensations
this is absolutely crazy because i have super bad insomnia, that i felt was causing me to be super tired. i also had really bad nausea and those heart pounding and the fish in my heart which is my most concerning symptom. i lost 70 lb in 2 monsts because i had gastritis. then a year later i started getting the heart symptoms. so i go to GI dr and does tests and says its anxiety related. then i go to cardio dr and had all tests done and guess what? they said anxiety. i couldnt accept this i went to 3 other cardio doctors and nobody can help me. so i finally went to the psych doctor and they gave me meds but im too afraid to take them because of my heart symptoms. i mean i cant even drink coffee because of my heart. but now hearing this video its like omfg it describes me so much. the extreme fatigue, the heart and GI symptoms. even the memory issues. the sweating problems. omg literally almost EVERYTHING. except no diarhea i actually have opposite problem in that area. but jeez so now a youtube doctor winds up breaking this all down for me and makes me take the psych doctor the more important doctor to work with now. i have been to the ER dozens of times years ago because of chest pains and not being able totake a full breathe and lead me to full blown panic attacks. plus i suffered so much with anxiety as a teenager and been thru so much bs with medications that didnt work and wound up hurting me. so yea this is def my problem. omfg dizzyness too jeez. i have almost all of these issues.
the problem is my psych doctor prescribed welbutrin and xanax. so i know the xanax will help the anxiety, but it doesnt help all the way but i try to take the smallest amount as possible. i think i need to start meditation and doing things like this. but im afraid to take the wellbutrin because my heart symptoms is so scary and i read welbutrin can cause anxiety to get worse for the activation period.
im gonna call my doctor tomorrow and tell her my concerns because i really want to start feeling better but im so scared to take the medicine.
you are absolutely right about the generalized anxiety disorder. i was able to cope with the anxiousness throughout my 20s but then in my early 30s the insomnia hit so hard so bad. and then it went severely downhill from there.
I had one of the worse panic attack of my life last night I couldn't breath my chest hurt I was shaking I couldn't talk straight I was so scared an the ambulance people were treating me like I was faking an kept telling me ur fine I'm so tired of being treated like I'm crazy
