This was a great stretch! However, as far as I’m aware, static stretching like this is best performed after a workout. Supposedly, elongating the muscles before a workout tires them out, weakens performance and, most importantly, makes the muscles more prone to injury. Dynamic stretches are generally better for warm-ups, especially if you’re planning to do more intense exercises for your workout. I just wanted to share this bit of information to hopefully keep y’all safe. ☺️

It's been 7 months and I do this everytime after a good cardio workout. It prevents muscle stiffness, and I'm able to do it next day, whenever I'm drenched in sweat and tired from a long cardio workout. Idk but this workout makes me feel relaxed and sleepy and finally "yes, the workout is done 🎉" Vibes come out 🐱 I believed in this and made it a relaxing routine, ❤❤ luv u nikoo 🥰 Edit : It's been one month. I still do this after a good workout, now it's more than just a routine. It refreshes my mind from stress after workout. And I feel more relaxed 😃 Edit : I'm still here after 9months 😘 Happy new year 🎊 2025. Still doing it 🔥 after good run 💪🏻

Day 1😭🎉:completed I give up every time I do workout bec I end up with severe pain, can't even walk bend, my legs,arms ,belly hurt after all those workouts And got this pre-workout streched and helps me really
