I havent done any yoga for 3 months (just not felt up to it,especially since Lesley passed and rushing off to work) but had time this morning and so glad I did it.It was a shock how tight my muscles and joints have become in a short time.We need to do at least 10 mins every day,to maintain supple and movement,so your practice is perfect.Thank you❤

i’m 21 and have been struggling with debilitating fibromyalgia since i was about 16. this was so difficult for me but you have such an encouraging presence, i actually had the motivation to finish the video. this is the best i’ve felt physically in years.
I lost my daily routine on yoga and now i wanted to come back on it, also I didn't wanted to do it for a longer period of time on the the very 1st day, and now i think i might be able to do it with your help, with your short yoga practices, you are really great, thank you Kassandra

As opposed to the beginning, when I had some chaotic energy, by the end of this yoga session I felt like my energy was flowing through me in vibrating streaks of warmth.. I hope I can come back and do this every evening after work, since I just started working full time and it makes having energy in the evenings a little difficult. Love this one! I get back pain because of bad posture for years. When I stretch out my pelvis the pain goes away. Guess I must tilt my pelvis forward. This yoga always makes me feel better after heavy sleep! Thank you kassandra!

I got such a nice buzz and feel warm enough to safely begin my workout program! The stretches felt thorough and the poses really boosts my strength confidence. I could never stick to cardio or weight lifting programs until I began to incorporate yoga. It accidentally happened, but now I work out to my max, knowing I have yoga to warm up and stretch out before and after. Yoga’s the honey that makes the medicine go down easier!

This was great for me as a pre-skiing warmup. I am 62 and starting to have arthritis in my fingers and worry a bit about my wrists. I think I saw that you have a no-wrist stretch session, but it was all standing. Any chance of adding a no- or less-wrist series that are modified so that we do many of the stretches/moves on our elbows/forearms instead of on wrists? I did that for the plank positions, for example. THank you so much for your generosity with ALL your videos. I have become addicted to doing your short sessions almost every morning and evening!! The morning meditations series has been amazing. Now the 5 minutes seem to go by so quickly!

Good advice Yogi K I get up in the morning 3 miles on my stationary bike then I go to the gym with the talk to 5 miles on the elliptical or the Goffer Trail at the park that’s what we call it Then I come home and do your yoga not bad for a 65-year-old boy from Brooklyn what do you think I like to rest but I can’t resist at least doing your yoga every day it keeps me going like a Timex watch
