I never comment on TH-cam but I felt the need to here. I have been doing these stretches for over a month every morning. I am postpartum 8 months and gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and was already overweight when I got pregnant. These stretches have helped so tremendously that I have recommended it to all my friends. I actually look so forward to doing this video first thing in the morningthat I started to do it before I go to bed as well. I feel so flexible now. I have been doing these stretches for about a month as part of my pre-workout routine. I find them to be very helpful and have noticed an increase in my flexibility!

Thank you for having a routine that does not include Downward Dog! Due to a heart condition I get lightheaded easily. This is the first routine I’ve found that I can get all the way through without having to skip inversions.

I just recently found this channel and this video. I have not worked out in a very long time. I am overweight and stiff but I am happy to say I survived throughout the video! LOL.. At my current weight and shape, some of the stretches were hard to do but I completed the entire routine. My body is so stiff, it is painful to workout and this stretching process is what I needed. I plan to do this one daily until my body is ready to move on to more intense stretching and workouts. Btw, the music was so relaxing... Loved it!

I’ve been doing this routine off and on for about a year now. Just introduced it to my husband and he loves it! I do wish you had a 20 minute version like this! I currently just add my own stretches to yours for a longer session. I keep your relaxing music playing in the background and use your timer in the videos for my “next move” cue! I've just turned 48, and overnight I feel more stiff than ever while I'm walking down the stairs, moving around, etc. For some strange reason, I was afraid to try stretches or yoga because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do them. That being said, I found this video to be tranquil and relaxing. The pace was slow yet easy, the techniques were simple, and the music was soothing. I used a towel for a few of the moves, because that is what she suggested for beginners and it worked wonders. Thank you for this video, which I plan to include into my daily routine. I will also check out your other videos. You have no idea how big of a difference you are making in the life of an old lady like me, you are a true blessing. Keep up the fantastic work.

224 here. I use to be very active. I've played volley ball, soccer and was a cheerleader for 5 years. Those days are way behind me now. I found this video one day looking for something I could actually do with a cool vibe. I love the background music and more importantly I love the stretches. Just after my first week, I was able to touch and reach things I have not reached for in years. Lol I've gotten the family to join and now this has become our morning routine. It most certainly starts the day off right. And, for my people who suffer from sciatica, this is for us baby!!! Good luck to everyone on their journeys. I can't wait until my next weigh in!!!

224 here. I use to be very active. I've played volley ball, soccer and was a cheerleader for 5 years. Those days are way behind me now. I found this video one day looking for something I could actually do with a cool vibe. I love the background music and more importantly I love the stretches. Just after my first week, I was able to touch and reach things I have not reached for in years. Lol I've gotten the family to join and now this has become our morning routine. It most certainly starts the day off right. And, for my people who suffer from sciatica, this is for us baby!!! Good luck to everyone on their journeys. I can't wait until my next weigh in!!!
