    I hate the fact I had to type in "Stretch Exercises Black People" for any person of color to pop up. When you just put in Stretch Exercises only yt people come up 😤. I'm so glad I found you. Will be using your stretches for now on 😊

    I never comment on TH-cam but I felt the need to here. I have been doing these stretches for over a month every morning. I am postpartum 8 months and gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and was already overweight when I got pregnant. These stretches have helped so tremendously that I have recommended it to all my friends. I actually look so forward to doing this video first thing in the morningthat I started to do it before I go to bed as well. I feel so flexible now.     Sis, I did this for the first time today and let me tell you I was sweating when I got done. But it felt sooo good. I’ve decided to do this stretch routine every morning before I go to the gym and at night before bed. I didn’t realize how important stretching is because I wasn’t doing it at all.     As someone who hasn’t dedicated time to stretch in years, I carry a lot of tension . And I often dread stretching because it hurts so much 🥴.

    Thank you for having a routine that does not include Downward Dog! Due to a heart condition I get lightheaded easily. This is the first routine I’ve found that I can get all the way through without having to skip inversions.

    I just recently found this channel and this video. I have not worked out in a very long time. I am overweight and stiff but I am happy to say I survived throughout the video! LOL.. At my current weight and shape, some of the stretches were hard to do but I completed the entire routine. My body is so stiff, it is painful to workout and this stretching process is what I needed. I plan to do this one daily until my body is ready to move on to more intense stretching and workouts. Btw, the music was so relaxing... Loved it!

    This routine is very well put together. Many instructors say flexibility but end up doing a lot of strength poses like down dog and up dog. Her focus is on lower body
    which is the tightest area for most beginners.

    I have terrible mobility and neck pain all the time. I lift weights but need to start doing more then the 5 minute cool down and stretch routine I've been doing. I've spent a lot of time searching TH-cam for something I can do. Your the one girl! All the comments praise you!! So glad I found you!!

    I have been doing these stretches for about a month as part of my pre-workout routine. I find them to be very helpful and have noticed an increase in my flexibility!

      May be think of doing a yoga teacher training. It gives a lot of clarity about self and ideas about which practices are right for self. Check @oorjayiiyoga

    I do this every morning, but add in a Couple things - down dog, cobra, and deep lunge stretches, along with a sitting waist +spine twist, and a side stretch. I've been slowly feeling better and better. Especially if I do these quickly before bed too!

    cant express to you enough toni how grateful i am for you and this video. every touchpoint was so thoughtful! i havent felt some of these muscles stretch in ages!
