I have been using your 10min abs session everyday and seeing my stomach area decrease in size and today I tried your HIIT workout today and glad it came it 4 days ago cause I wouldn’t be in shape enough to complete it but thankfully all my hard work paid off and I completed it first try! This was a great workout for me since I've been suffering with lower back pain and a knee injury in left knee. Thankfully, this workout avoided those trouble areas for me and still got me a very good and sweaty workout. Thanks Oliver!

Great workout. I burned 338 active calories with an average heart rate of 129 or close to zone 2 for me. You did a lot more shuffles than I was used to, but I am getting better at that and the diagonal jumping jacks I finally was able to do that, though I did lose my place a few times, but I am happy with the improvement with your routines. Thank you very much for this great and challenging workout.
@@OliverSjostromI have to say that I know the feeling of a problem knee, it’s just high mileage in my case as I’ve got at least 25 or more years on them than you. I tried to keep up as much as I could but you are a master and you have a lot of what looks like kickboxing as a background. We don’t do much of that in Texas I’m sorry to say, and the jumping was a bit much for the knee after a while. A few too many jumping jacks but it was definitely a burner. I was really excited with the title of the video, as the jumping lunges are what really caused my knee problem, but I’m getting back into it now that I can actually do it without that much pain. Just to be able to finish one of your sessions is good enough for me. Thanks for the great selection of exercises and you are just that good.
Sweaty after this, lots of combinations to keep you interested ! By the time I figured some of them out the 45 seconds were up but at least I was moving in some way or another haha! Thanks great workout.
