Mein 10 Std Fazit: Ein gutes altes AC! Ich bin ein Fan von der ersten stunde weg und habe jedes AC gespielt. AC 1 faszinierte mich, AC 2 war grossartig und natürlich AC black flag. ich finde es toll, dass ubisoft ein schlankes altes neues AC gebracht hat und mir macht es sehr viel spass, endlich wieder schleichen was das zeug hält. bagdad ist wunderschön, basim ist ok. die story ist ok. wer die alten teile mochte wird mit AC mirage seine freude haben. klar geht alles besser und tiefgründiger, aber das hat ubisoft mit mirage sicher nie fokussiert. für mich fühlt es sich so an als hätte es genau das sein sollen, was es ist. ein stealth game und es funktioniert. freu mich darauf das spiel komplett auszukosten. ich kann es also nur empfehlen - es ist nicht bahnbrechend - sondern das was fans der alten spiele seit langem wieder haben wollten und genau das macht das spiel gut. ;-)

I'm sorry to ask since I feel like one should know this but how exactly do you track how many calories you burn? I always go with the "give or take" accurate numbers the internet gives me and more accuracy would really help with finding out how much I can eat without gaining fat 😖
Alternate between the High Impact and Low Impact Full Body Cardio HIIT workouts. That will get your sweat going and burn lots of calories. And remember to fuel your body with healthy foods!

+ 30 min cardio + some weight lifting and On a calorie deficit ☝🏻

Ugh, being a small woman, I burned only 115 calories doing this. Avg heart rate was only 114. Max 156. Loved the workout though.
