Thank you for this workout. I am a 73 year old female from Illinois, USA. I like this workout because it challenges me. I could only do part of it with 10 pound dumbbells, the rest I had to use 5 pound dumbbells. Today was day 2 and I plan to continue doing this workout until I can get better at it.
Love your workouts. Could you do a few workouts that incorporate pull-ups, kettle bells, rings, bands? Not all in one but maybe add in some new equipment that people will likely have in their home.
That's going to be though my friend, idk of many people that have that type of equipment at home. But i'm going to be incorporating more strength based workouts this year with heavier dumbbells which might be of help 💪

btw, would you recommend resting every other day when working out full body? i wont be able to focus on muscle groups everyday so im thinking of doing full body workouts like yourselves
