Hi Sir, spot reduction or reduction of fat in one particular area is a myth. There is no scientific proof for it. When you exercise or workout in the gym, it can tone the particular MUSCLE but never reduce the fat in a particular place, only the overall fat in your body reduces. So, belly fat alone can never be reduced, any form of exercise reduces overall fat in our body by using it as an energy source.

I am not fond junk food and we are not in the habit ordering food.we eat food like kootu poriyal sambhar rasam ,karakulambu being vegetarian.since we are taking protein only in the sambhar or some pea nut or some almonds.high fiber food is for us is veg poriyal or kootu .my father who is 92 years eaten only this food going great.but for me i have big belly .,only walking but not strneaous walking.i am aged 60 years.please give us anything else we should do
