We. Keralites. Use lots of white. ,Red pumpkins . Every. Day .we make it as kutu cook. With lentils. add grated coconut with. Jeera. With rice this is add as side dish , with no spices and very little oil. This can pass as comfort. Food., of course it is not zero calorie

When im eating this vegetables im taking more rice .how to control of taking rice. If I control my rice intake im feeling tired in the evening g by 4pm itself and at 6pm will intake a plate of rice with sambhar. Im a female from south india and age is 39😢
You no need to avoid carbs, but add more vegetables and fruits with a recent amount of protein u will not get hungry....You can enjoy rice during your weightloss journey too

Sir, i have given the calorie content of raw food. Cooking might increase the calories depending on the method of cooking. Steaming or boiling might increase a few calories but adding oil or butter while cooking will add a lot of calories.
