Ma'am, raw cruciferous vegetables should be avoided. Cooking cruciferous vegetables lessens their goitrogenic properties, so cooked cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli will not cause any problem for people under thyroid treatment. And eating one sweet potato (around 50gms) daily is very healthy and will not cause weight gain.

Ma'am, happy to hear that you have lost 10 kgs. As of now your calorie expenditure is equal to calorie intake, so it is stagnant and more weight loss is not happening. If you want to reduce more, you have to either workout more or reduce your food intake. These two can only help in further weight loss.

Doc, why have you not included chicken breast as it's GI is 0 and protein is also good...and satiety index is also good.. also it is cheaper compared to fish, mutton etc
