But i seriously can't believe that it is you before and after. 😁😁😁 I have been following your videos and in last 2 yrs, from taking vaccine shots to following diet it has greatly helped me. I am a pcod patient, but I got my periods rectified and I was taking treatment for getting pregnant last 10yrs. Still without gaining any weight I am constantly at 72-76kgs. Becoz I follow diet, walking and especially no eating after 7pm atleast 3 days a week. Also I take 200ml warm water morning and night. I'm so happy to say your videos helped me greatly.. Hoping to continue it without glitches.
We, as a family have been following your weight loss videos since March 2021. My husband is trying to reverse his diabetes and his hba1c took last month was 6.5. Hello doc. I have ordered my food scale yet to be delivered 😀 .. actually I am into. 16 hr fasting window comfortably now . Initially I found it difficult with all night craving food and sleepness less but now I am able to do it with ease .Not seen much reduction in wt though. Dr PAL, I am Rengasamy Sampath. Age 70. Ht 170cm Wt 75kg. BMI 26, Waist 102cm, Fat 50mm-25%, TDDE :2179 KCals. I am not loosing wt with the following diet. 1. 7am-745am 4km walk at 5.5 kph, 2. a cup (200gm) of Old Rice (Palayathu), 3. at10am and 3pm 2x120ml Tea without sugar, 4. at 1pm, 2 chappathies+1 cup curd (No sugar/No Salt)+a cup of vegetables+2 Appalams+150gm rice with sambar. 5. at 6pm Yoga and pranayamam for 40 mts ( min 4/5 days a week) 6. at 8;30pm two dosas and chutney and 7. at10pm 200ml milk without sugar. Water Intake around 2.5 to 3 ltrs a day. Can you suggest where I am making mistake so that I am not loosing wait. It is lingering between 74 and 75 kg. My target is only 72kg. I hope this target is ok or still lower is preferred. I am keenly waiting for your valuable recommendations pl.
While you are tempering for any dishes 1tsp oil is enough, if you are a non-veg avoid more oil for tempering( tadka or தாளிக்கும் போது),if you prepare fish curry, you no need to tempering at all. Avoid coconut oil, coconut in your diet.For poriyal instead of adding grated coconut add coarse horse gram. If you need more information you can follow my diet channel too. That's up to your wish. Dr PAL, I am Rengasamy Sampath. Age 70. Ht 170cm Wt 75kg. BMI 26, Waist 102cm, Fat 50mm-25%, TDDE :2179 KCals. I am not loosing wt with the following diet.
1. 7am-745am 4km walk at 5.5 kph,
2. a cup (200gm) of Old Rice (Palayathu),
3. at10am and 3pm 2x120ml Tea without sugar,
4. at 1pm, 2 chappathies+1 cup curd (No sugar/No Salt)+a cup of vegetables+2 Appalams+150gm rice with sambar.
5. at 6pm Yoga and pranayamam for 40 mts ( min 4/5 days a week)
6. at 8;30pm two dosas and chutney and
7. at10pm 200ml milk without sugar.
Water Intake around 2.5 to 3 ltrs a day. Can you suggest where I am making mistake so that I am not loosing wait. It is lingering between 74 and 75 kg. My target is only 72kg. I hope this target is ok or still lower is preferred.

While you are tempering for any dishes 1tsp oil is enough, if you are a non-veg avoid more oil for tempering( tadka or தாளிக்கும் போது),if you prepare fish curry, you no need to tempering at all. Avoid coconut oil, coconut in your diet.For poriyal instead of adding grated coconut add coarse horse gram. If you need more information you can follow my diet channel too. That's up to your wish. I'm a dietitian. I’m 47 yrs old my weight is 48kg only.
