Yo I have done this for 1 month and it works (I saw results in 3 days) I am a very small person, when i eat, my belly grows lmao. since doing these exercises I can literally eat whatever I want and I won't have a belly anymore, it works!
I personally love all of your pilates routines... they are unbelievable! The music, the movement, the flow, the breathwork... beautiful meditative and physical practices, so powerful and enchanting ♥
i'm gonna do 14 days day 1: i almost DIED, especially in the plank position. it burned a lot but i enjoyed it. ✅ day 2: the first exercise was really painful but the plank was easier. ✅ day 3: it was overall much easier. it burned less and i could hold the first position without that terrible sting. ✅ day 4: today it was a bit harder lmao but it was still less painful than day 1/2. i also feel like i'm less bloated! ✅ day 5: it almost didn't burn at all!! i feel less bloated!! ✅ day 6: it's shocking how much easier this is getting! ✅ day 7: everyone is saying how my abs are getting more toned. i have a natural hourglass body shape but my waist looks much smaller. i lost 1.2 inches off my waist ✅ day 8: ✅ day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅ day 13: ✅ (one day to go? woah) day 14: ✅ i lost around 3 inches off my waist. my abs seem much stronger and firmer. i 100% recommend doing this, and i would totally do it again ✅ (p.s i also lowered my carbs)

Day 2 🌸 - Still very hard! Upper belly burns! Day 3 🌸 - Tried to pull my chin to my chest to reduce the neck pain. Day 4 🌸 Day 5 🌸 Day 6 🌸 Day 7 🌸 Day 8 🌸 - It's no longer that hard! Day 9 🌸 Day 10 🌸 Day 11 🌸 Day 12 🌸 Day 13 🌸 Day 14 🌸 After 14 days, I got neither abs nor flat belly. One achievement is, however, that the workout feels easier now, which means, my muscles got stronger. I'll do this few times a week from now on. I think I just need to reduce stress and sleep more to get flat belly.
Ah maybe you lost some inches and even if you didn't, it's okay. Like you said, sleep and stress are big factors in fat loss so if you manage those your health will improve
I recommend increasing your protein intake and doing additional cardio! This will most likely increase your results. You should be proud of yourself. :)

Day 1: done It burns so bad and I had to stop a few times Day 2: done I woke up feeling sore in my legs and they hurt for the whole day, but it’s pretty normal I guess I did it all in once, the first exercises are the most difficult and I felt my stomach and legs burning, when I got to the plank part I felt it was way easier than yesterday I had PE and we had to run Day 3: doneee I’m having pain in my legs and it makes me struggle a bit during my daily activities, but I’m starting to feel stronger already, I didn’t struggle as much, and I wasn’t tired out like the days before, I’m a bit bloated so today I wasn’t able to see abs, but yesterday when I stood really straight I could see the lines so it’s working Day 4: done!! I’m really surprised at how fast this workout seemed today, yesterday I noticed I was doing some mistakes while doing the workout and today I fixed them My legs are still sore, but it’s a lighter pain and it’s easy to cope with Day 5: donee the soreness in my legs is almost completely gone, the workout today felt a bit harsher than yesterday, but mentally speaking I feel much stronger so even if it burns I am able to keep going, honestly I’m not sure if I’m losing weight already, but the workout feels very nice and I also like going to bed knowing I did something good for myself Day 6: donee I’m getting more used to the workout but the first exercise still burns A LOT, the workout doesn’t seem never ending anymore though, and it’s much easier to get through it, the plank part feels so easy now, I’m glad I’m doing this, about the results though, I’m not seeing much yet, but I’ll keep going and keep you updated! Day 7: donee I see the abs lines! They were really obvious this morning, during the evening I bloat so I don’t see them all the time, keep that in mind if you’re worried you’re not getting your results On the other hand, the workout today was a lot easier than I had expected, it burned, but it’s getting easier day by day
i've been doing this for over a week and yess omg, my lower belly fats are almost gone. ( My body is petite but I get fats at my lower belly very easily) didn't expect this 5 mins workout to be tht effective

I just wanted to leave this here for the people like me who find this really challenging or maybe you have a hard time staying consistent. You. CAN. DO THIS!! I always had a hard time working out in general but this is such a good place to start. I have done this for 11 days straight now and let me tell you on the 11th day I finally found myself slightly stronger! I still struggle to do this workout but I can almost do it all the way! It really just takes five minutes to make a difference! In terms of how my stomach looks, I can see the tiniest hint of improvement on my stomach, but honestly, I still got belly fat. No, this won’t magically shave off your weight BUT it is a great place to start. I don’t even second guess that I’m going to do this workout anymore it’s just apart of my day. :)
Let me tell you... I did this workout for 6 days consecutively and my tummy was tight! I didn’t have abs but I found myself keeping my core tight as I walked around & unconsciously sucking it in!
This workout definitely targeted an area I’m not used to working. Usually when I workout, I target the lower belly. This put my entire mid section to work. A new subscriber.

Sanne is so uplifting and positive! She makes every workout feel calming and fun! She always reassures you that no person is perfect, and it is okay for you to feel unstable sometimes. That being said I really recommend her workouts! Sanne, keep up the great body positive environment! Way to go!
wow. i’m so shocked. i have the flattest belly i EVER had. i’ve been doing daisy kneech’s workout for a year now and the results weren’t that amazing. like nothing at all. BUT THESE 5 MINUTES ARE EVERYTHING WOW IN JUST A FEW DAYS I GOT IN MY BEST SHAPE IN LIFE (tw ed) i’m also recovering from my ed rn and that’s the part that’s shocking me the most because i’m eating so much but i get to have the flattest tummy thanks to this.

Just got done with the first day, updating here to keep myself motivated. Day 1✅: I almost completed 80% of it, when it felt a little too difficult I took a break. Day 2 ✅: Harder than yesterday but I completed 90% of it. PROGRESS👍 Day 3 ✅: Done Day 4 ✅: I'm not feeling any change yet but the workout is slowly getting easier. Day 5 ✅: Done Day 6 ✅: I'm not sure how long will it take before I start to feel some change. Day 7 ✅: Done Day 8 ✅: Done Day 9 ✅: Still no progress but it feels good Day 10✅: Done Day 11✅: Done Day 12✅: Done Day 13✅: Done Day 14✅: Done. It didn't work for me in 14 days but I'll do it for the whole month to see if it actually works
If you do cardio with it, you should definitely feel some results! Also try repeating the workout twice for the last half of the month! That should show results :-)
@@marenjulie. I missed 4 days in the middle so I'm completing that now but it worked very little like there's no major visible change I guess I'll have to do some cardio with it as suggested above
Day 1- 🏆 first day off my period so I’m still feeling a bit sore and lethargic Day 2- 🏆 I wasn’t too sore from yesterday but I definitely felt the burn sooner. I’m focusing more on form than reps Day 3 - 🏆 decided I’m going to try and do this for 6weeks straight! Day 4 - 🏆 motivation is wearing off, self discipline is kicking in Day 5 - 🏆 Day 6 - 🏆 Day 7 - 🏆 my core is definitely a lot stronger and activated doing daily activities Day 8 - 🏆 Day 9 - 🏆 Day 10 - 🏆 I didn’t manage my other workouts but I did get this workout in. No excuses !!! Day 10 -👎🏼 I couldn’t exercise today Day 11 - 🏆 jhezus one day off and it’s hard again! Day 12 - 🏆 I’ve never stayed this committed to a workout challenge, this is an achievement in itself! My mid abs are coming through too Day 13 - 🏆 my lower belly has definitely reduced so when I tense it’s completely flat- my waist looks so more sculpted. I switched the knee taps for Russian twists and toe taps for flutter kicks. Day 14- I did it! My first ever completed workout challenge. While I definitely see progress in my top and bottom abs, I’m waiting for the debloating effects from my diet changing to see more definition. I’m going to continue doing this and update in a weeks time! 5 minutes a day really isn’t too hard so why stop now? :)

I have been doing this for several days. Sometimes more than once. I also do extra one minute planks occasionally throughout the day. I’m already seeing results!! I already have an almost flat stomach so it shows quickly. Results will be different for everyone ❤️My core feels so much stronger already, I can tell even when walking around. I’m not looking to lose weight necessarily but gain muscle so this is perfect as a start to my journey. Love it!!

Day 1 = quite hard now but hopefully will improve *** hey it’s now October and I started doing this workout consecutively since the 25th September along side Chloe ting 10 min abs, together they have completey transformed my figure and have so much definition than before, recently I have started running at the gym but I found the results were amazing before going back - 10000% recommend UPDATE: it’s now may and I am still doing this workout in prep for my holiday - still amazing and has toned me up fast!

Day 2: ✅ It was as hard as yesterday, but I actually liked it! Day 3: ✅ I felt like my form improved a bit! Which makes it feel even better! Day 4: ✅ It was rushed so I didn’t really take it in. Day 5: ✅ It felt so good! I felt like I made major improvements! Can’t wait for tomorrow! Day 6: ✅ I really enjoyed it however, the first exercise wasn’t the best. Day 7: ✅ Week one done! My abs feel stronger and they are a little more toned! Today’s exercise was a little rough but after I finished I felt energized and happy! Day 8: ✅ I majorly improved!! 0:16 updates, I started this workout 8 days ago….I do it twice every day; once in the morning and once at nighttime and i see that my stomach isn’t crazily bloated like b4 Update #2‼️ I stopped doing this and started trying other workouts, all the other workouts I did never lasted for long and here I am back at the first waist workout i diid after 7 months im so suprised by the fact that i can do it so easily 😂😂 Started again from today, 14th Nov 2022 Update #3‼️ My lower and upper abs are a bit visible :))
i literally feel so good after that, like it was very hard but i pushed through it and i feel so good now. my first time trying and obv no difference but maybe i’ll update updates- it’s 8 days later and i totally forgot but i did it today and feel great
Day 1: ✅ (Dying here! Did the workout with 30 sec breaks in between. It only looks easy but it burns.) Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ (I was able to hold the planks for a little longer than yesterday. Also, 100s were slightly easier to do today but I still couldn't keep up with Sanne.) Day 4: ✅ (Planks were quite easy today. On day 1, I could barely hold the position for 10 sec without shaking, but today I was easily able to hold the plank for 20 secs and no shaking. 100s were also easier to do today and I was almost able to keep up with Sanne. Overall workout was comparatively easy.) Day 5: ✅ (The exercises were easier to do today and I was not getting out of breath as frequently as I did before. 100s were easier to do and I was able to keep up with Sanne almost. I could hold out a lot longer in planks today, from barely 10 sec on day 1 to now almost 25 secs today. Definite improvement! Thanks Sanne!) Day 6: ✅ (I started a warm up exercise 3 days ago and probably due to that my legs have been sore. I did not feel like completing the exercise today but pushed myself anyway. I was able to do all the exercises far easily than day 1 and gained 2 more seconds on my plank; now I an hold it for 26 seconds before collapsing. Regarding the 100s, I was able to do to them quite easily today, in pace with Sanne.) -I felt tightness in my hamstrings and lower back so, took a day off. Day 7: ✅ I did a pre and post workout stretch today in addition to warm up and the main exercise itself, to prevent any further events of muscle tightness in the future.

My core has never felt this good just over a 5 min "workout". The first one was quite hard, but after I felt sooooooo good when it finished. DEFINATELY 100% recommend this for beginners and for people who are trying pilates for the first time at home💜

I'll be documenting my journey- Day 1: Done ✅ I already do pilates so it wasn't that difficult to get the position and hold. Definitely did burn though! Just for understanding, i have slightly toned abs, 5'3 120lbs. Day 2: Done ✅ it was a lot easier and i've been motivated! Day3: Done ✅ Still motivated, i've memorized the positions so now i don't have to do it with youtube! I've also been seeing amazing results. Day 4: Done ✅ Still motivated especially since i'm seeing results! I'm still 120lbs and my abs are very visible! I love this pilates workout since i can squeeze it easily into my day Day 23: I feel AMAZING! I'm also eating better and have better habits. This being only 5 minutes kept me motivated throughout this month to do this.

Here it goes: DAY 1: just finished the routine for the night, its exhausting and i had to stop many times but I'm proud of trying! I can feel my abs getting a lil tighter. DAY 2: Finished for the night, felt pretty good today and by tonight's session, I can do most of the workout without stopping. My abs are getting stronger! I can feel it!! I saw this workout and I just had to try it! It was amazing and I felt so good after! It burned. I have graduation in 3 weeks so I’m going to do a 3 week challenge doing this everyday once in the morning once at night. My waist is 25.5cm, my lower belly is 28.5cm and my upper belly is 26cm. I want too loose at least 1.5cm from my waist, lower and upper belly. Day 1: Morning: it burned 🔥. It was pretty hard and after I finished the workout I felt very proud for not having given up halfway through the vid! Night: it felt harder this time cause I did this right after eating (bad idea) so I felt like throwing up… I got it done though! Day one is complete! Day 2: morning: still is super hard🔥! I felt really good afterwards tho. night: was tough but slowly starting to get easier. Day 3: morning: starting to get easier, I did it x2! I have done this workout a couple times now and love how good the directions are to help engage the core - I have been trying out so so many different ab workouts over the past year and half or so and this is one of my favourites (engages my core just as much as a longer video and makes five minutes go by so quickly). The music is also v relaxing also another current fave ab workout isn't very well known but it is "nobadaddiction 20 min six pack abs" it goes by so quickly and has definitely helped define :)

@@TheWilsonsVintage That's AMAAAZING!! Yes I've also been taking care of my physical health and mental health. This year hasn't been the best year for many reasons but i've got to say, I've learned to really prioritize myself and take care of myself!
I used to do this and i didnt even know its called pilates. I called this my lazy workout 😭. But yeah this is effective as hell. I keep doing it for two months everyday, everytime i lay down bad lazily, and i lost for 20 kg. Include a strict diet. But then i had sinus i had to go surgery since my nostrils is so small. But after recovery i had a huge binge-eating and now i gain 30 kg more. I am going to give myself another go and be committed and lets hope i can reach my goals, which is live healthily!

for myself to stay consistent day 1: done (couldnt finish the first exercise) day 2: done (could feel my back and my stomach tighten a bit, so sore from yesterday but could barely finish the first exercise) day 3: didnt do it today since it was a sunday and i was busy (less sore) day 4: done (barely finished the first exercise, plank felt worse today, harder to finish today but felt shorter than usual) day 5: done (felt shorter and easier, going well, could finally finish the first one without tiring that much)
Love this workout! This is my second time doing it. Worked out for 15 minutes this morning because I did another one before this video. You’re so calm and peaceful it makes me feel like I can actually continue doing this!

Doing this for 1 month and I have a party to go to soon 5/15 Day 1: Was a little hard but burned super good and I only took 1 second breaks. The plank part wasn't so bad until she said I had to hold it for another 10 seconds😭 5/16 Day 2: Im super happy bc I feel way stronger today and got through the whole workout without pausing, even the 100 sec leg hold! It also burned like crazy 5/17 Day 3: It burned a lot and I felt a bit weaker lol probably because I have had a long week, but no breaks with each exercise!

wow that's great It's only 5 minutes, it's very suitable for busy people like me I've been practicing for 45 minutes a while ago, a terrible number and now i found this post very quickly even though it is not as comprehensive as my previous post. I will try to do this exercise to have a beautiful waist. This will be the challenge from now until Tet. Day 1: done (since I said that, I've done the other exercise, so maybe when I practice it's very easy and not difficult for someone like me)
Commenting my 14 day experience as I do it, as well as thoughts and results. My starting waistline is 36 inches, height 5 2 and weight 178 lbs. Day 1: Done! Day 2: Checked in and done! A little sore, but stretching before and after alleviates it the next day. Day 3: Checked in! I don't feel any soreness from stretching before/after each day. If youre following along, do a combo of child's pose and seal for 15 secs each, twice before and after. It really helps! Day 4: I ended up stopping last year, but really wanted to hit some goals, so here I am again :) Day four of attempt two was a LOT better than the first three days. I am pairing it with a trial period of a diet shift I am trying out, and 30 minutes of cardio every day. I still stretch for a minute after working out to relieve muscles from the day, and then lots of hydration! Day 5: Still Alive Day 6: Forgot to do it, oops Day 7: did it twice to compensate for the day prior, once in the morning and again in the evening

I have done this for 1 month and it works (I saw results in 3 days) I am a very small person, when i eat, my belly grows lmao. since doing these exercises I can literally eat whatever I want and I won't have a belly anymore, it works!
Just a reminder that bloating is normal and it would be very unusual if you didn’t bloat (and possibly unhealthy but I’m not an expert)

day 1: i almost DIED, especially in the plank position. it burned a lot but i enjoyed it. ✅
day 2: the first exercise was really painful but the plank was easier. ✅
day 3: it was overall much easier. it burned less and i could hold the first position without that terrible sting. ✅
day 4: today it was a bit harder lmao but it was still less painful than day 1/2. i also feel like i'm less bloated! ✅

After 14 days, I got neither abs nor flat belly. One achievement is, however, that the workout feels easier now, which means, my muscles got stronger. I'll do this few times a week from now on. I think I just need to reduce stress and sleep more to get flat belly.

Ah maybe you lost some inches and even if you didn't, it's okay. Like you said, sleep and stress are big factors in fat loss so if you manage those your health will improve

I recommend increasing your protein intake and doing additional cardio! This will most likely increase your results. You should be proud of yourself. :)

I just wanted to leave this here for the people like me who find this really challenging or maybe you have a hard time staying consistent. You. CAN. DO THIS!! I always had a hard time working out in general but this is such a good place to start. I have done this for 11 days straight now and let me tell you on the 11th day I finally found myself slightly stronger! I still struggle to do this workout but I can almost do it all the way! It really just takes five minutes to make a difference!
In terms of how my stomach looks, I can see the tiniest hint of improvement on my stomach, but honestly, I still got belly fat. No, this won’t magically shave off your weight BUT it is a great place to start. I don’t even second guess that I’m going to do this workout anymore it’s just apart of my day. :)

wow. i’m so shocked. i have the flattest belly i EVER had. i’ve been doing daisy kneech’s workout for a year now and the results weren’t that amazing. like nothing at all. BUT THESE 5 MINUTES ARE EVERYTHING WOW IN JUST A FEW DAYS I GOT IN MY BEST SHAPE IN LIFE

If you do cardio with it, you should definitely feel some results! Also try repeating the workout twice for the last half of the month! That should show results :-)

Day 14- I did it! My first ever completed workout challenge. While I definitely see progress in my top and bottom abs, I’m waiting for the debloating effects from my diet changing to see more definition. I’m going to continue doing this and update in a weeks time! 5 minutes a day really isn’t too hard so why stop now? :)

I have been doing this for several days. Sometimes more than once. I also do extra one minute planks occasionally throughout the day. I’m already seeing results!! I already have an almost flat stomach so it shows quickly. Results will be different for everyone ❤️My core feels so much stronger already, I can tell even when walking around. I’m not looking to lose weight necessarily but gain muscle so this is perfect as a start to my journey. Love it!!

Results: Feeling SO STRONG NOW! My core is insanely strong compared to when I first started! I even felt that I needed an extra challenge so I took it up a notch and did harder exercises so that I’d keep feeling a burn! My stomach looks far more toned too!!
Abs are on fire!! Just added this to the end of another Pilates workout and it was the PERFECT 5 mins to really challenge myself!! Love this journey you & Sami have created xx

(Planks were quite easy today. On day 1, I could barely hold the position for 10 sec without shaking, but today I was easily able to hold the plank for 20 secs and no shaking. 100s were also easier to do today and I was almost able to keep up with Sanne. Overall workout was comparatively easy.)

(The exercises were easier to do today and I was not getting out of breath as frequently as I did before. 100s were easier to do and I was able to keep up with Sanne almost. I could hold out a lot longer in planks today, from barely 10 sec on day 1 to now almost 25 secs today. Definite improvement! Thanks Sanne!)

(I started a warm up exercise 3 days ago and probably due to that my legs have been sore. I did not feel like completing the exercise today but pushed myself anyway. I was able to do all the exercises far easily than day 1 and gained 2 more seconds on my plank; now I an hold it for 26 seconds before collapsing. Regarding the 100s, I was able to do to them quite easily today, in pace with Sanne.)
-I felt tightness in my hamstrings and lower back so, took a day off.

I did a pre and post workout stretch today in addition to warm up and the main exercise itself, to prevent any further events of muscle tightness in the future.

My core has never felt this good just over a 5 min "workout". The first one was quite hard, but after I felt sooooooo good when it finished.

Day 1: Done ✅ I already do pilates so it wasn't that difficult to get the position and hold. Definitely did burn though! Just for understanding, i have slightly toned abs, 5'3 120lbs.

Day3: Done ✅ Still motivated, i've memorized the positions so now i don't have to do it with youtube! I've also been seeing amazing results.
Day 4: Done ✅ Still motivated especially since i'm seeing results! I'm still 120lbs and my abs are very visible! I love this pilates workout since i can squeeze it easily into my day
Day 23: I feel AMAZING! I'm also eating better and have better habits. This being only 5 minutes kept me motivated throughout this month to do this.

DAY 2: Finished for the night, felt pretty good today and by tonight's session, I can do most of the workout without stopping. My abs are getting stronger! I can feel it!!
DAY 3: Similar to day 2, but I can feel more of the firmness! It is working!
DAY 4: My body was sore, but my abs feel tight!
DAY 5: Same as day 4, my stomach looks flatter compared to day 1!
DAY 6: Just finished! Can almost do the whole routine without dying as much as before, so yay!

I saw this workout and I just had to try it! It was amazing and I felt so good after! It burned. I have graduation in 3 weeks so I’m going to do a 3 week challenge doing this everyday once in the morning once at night. My waist is 25.5cm, my lower belly is 28.5cm and my upper belly is 26cm. I want too loose at least 1.5cm from my waist, lower and upper belly.

Morning: it burned 🔥. It was pretty hard and after I finished the workout I felt very proud for not having given up halfway through the vid!
Night: it felt harder this time cause I did this right after eating (bad idea) so I felt like throwing up… I got it done though! Day one is complete!

I have done this workout a couple times now and love how good the directions are to help engage the core - I have been trying out so so many different ab workouts over the past year and half or so and this is one of my favourites (engages my core just as much as a longer video and makes five minutes go by so quickly). The music is also v relaxing
also another current fave ab workout isn't very well known but it is "nobadaddiction 20 min six pack abs" it goes by so quickly and has definitely helped define :)

I used to do this and i didnt even know its called pilates. I called this my lazy workout 😭. But yeah this is effective as hell. I keep doing it for two months everyday, everytime i lay down bad lazily, and i lost for 20 kg. Include a strict diet. But then i had sinus i had to go surgery since my nostrils is so small. But after recovery i had a huge binge-eating and now i gain 30 kg more. I am going to give myself another go and be committed and lets hope i can reach my goals, which is live healthily!

Love this workout! This is my second time doing it. Worked out for 15 minutes this morning because I did another one before this video. You’re so calm and peaceful it makes me feel like I can actually continue doing this!

I've been practicing for 45 minutes a while ago, a terrible number
and now i found this post very quickly even though it is not as comprehensive as my previous post. I will try to do this exercise to have a beautiful waist. This will be the challenge from now until Tet. Day 1: done (since I said that, I've done the other exercise, so maybe when I practice it's very easy and not difficult for someone like me)
Commenting my 14 day experience as I do it, as well as thoughts and results. My starting waistline is 36 inches, height 5 2 and weight 178 lbs.
Day 1: Done!
Day 2: Checked in and done! A little sore, but stretching before and after alleviates it the next day.
Day 3: Checked in! I don't feel any soreness from stretching before/after each day. If youre following along, do a combo of child's pose and seal for 15 secs each, twice before and after. It really helps!
Day 4: I ended up stopping last year, but really wanted to hit some goals, so here I am again :) Day four of attempt two was a LOT better than the first three days. I am pairing it with a trial period of a diet shift I am trying out, and 30 minutes of cardio every day. I still stretch for a minute after working out to relieve muscles from the day, and then lots of hydration!
