So this made me a bit teary. I have been doing your workout for around a year now. Started out being able to only do a couple of the exercises in the time given then got faster and faster til I was your speed, then I’d change to a new one. I twisted my knee a few months ago and wasn't able to work out at all, and I finally mustered up the courage to move my body today. This workout was just right, not too much pain, but you can feel the burn. @@shams_the_sun I’m fairly use to physical exercise as I did long sessions of dance, yoga, and HIIT. I don’t really find that there’s much strain on my back or neck when doing abs workouts, but I do have prior back problems/ injuries, so I usually rest on weekends or have a gap day if there’s any pain or discomfort in those areas. Sometimes I only do a 10 minute workout instead of a longer length one, if I sense anything is off.
I'm just getting back into working out after breaking my back and losing 2ins in height. These workouts look so focused, positive and doable - even at work. I'm excited to start my own 14 day challenge. All your comments are very motivating- thank you!!

Are those exercices also for losing weight/fat? Just cause i've been doing like 3 to 5 exercices (videos) from you every day and I do see some results but im still a bit uncertain.
Honestly my feet just will not stay on the floor doing those sit up sort of exercises. Like I’ll be close to getting all the way up then boom my feet are in the air 😅
Hi, like your ABS workout. One quesiton, you have lean ABS the whole day? I have flat tummy in the morning but in the evening, I look like pregnancy woman. 😢
That's called bloating, which is totally normally! If you stretch after meals, the gas will go away, and your abs will be visible again. Look up some stretches for bloating and it will go away!

Be careful on your lower back and neck. I wouldn't recommend doing too much about workout back to back. I was like you and one day I injured my back
