@@priyaguruswamy4078 Hey, i have been doing this for almost a year now, pretty much every other day. it is part of my workout routine. the diet is important but im talking about a good balanced healthy diet not starving yourself for the sake of losing weight. I was not as consistent with the food as with the exercise but i LOVE the way my abs look and people around me pay compliments so I highly recommend this exercises!
Have loved wellness month so so much! So sad that this is the final workout but so so grateful for all the effort you and Sami have put in to creating such amazing content! Darling you have nothing to be ashamed. I've always been working out hard but it took me a lot to regain muscles and toned body after giving birth to my kids. Even if the weight was the same as before pregnancy, the body was totally changed. I had also diastasis and hernia in the belly button so I had to have surgery to close the hernia. You'll get there, no worries. It takes time, since your body changed so much to create a new human being 💖

When I do workouts from Pamela, Alexis or Chloe I am always dying and quit on the halfway... but your workouts feel like meditation and when we are finished I am like " What that's it?! I am a physiotherapist and I don’t recommend the first 5-6 mins of workout because that causes a severe damage in necks muscle tissue
