  • Hi guys,
    Welcome to our first week of wellness month! Some of you might remember that during quarantine I completed a Pilates Teacher training course together with my friend Jason. I am excited to share more Pilates workouts on the channel soon. This is one of my first " classes" so bear with me on any mistakes! Practice makes perfect they say!
    Pilates has really helped me tone my body and strengthen all the small muscles. I find this to be a great way to train strength, balance and core and hope you do too!
    One of my personal goals during this month is to get stronger than I have ever been. What is your goal for wellness month?     i wasn’t really in the mood to exercise, I started this workout but stopped after like 1 minute, but then I decided to push through and it was awesome! Loved this workout and it was intense yet so relaxing :) If you see this and you’re feeling the same way as I did, it’s ok, just be determined and try your best, you will feel so good afterwards!

    Been doing this workout consistently for 3 months now, i can REALLY see a difference. it definitely hurt during the first few weeks but you get used to it. now the workout doesnt hurt anymore but it definitely made me sweat. my arms, legs, and abdominal muscles are formed. i did this without a diet change and im on my best shape with my body weight being one of the heaviest. my friends all say i look healthier and more toned. Will definitely continue to use this video again in my future.

    I have corona, without symptoms. Wanted a gentle workout to keep the blood flowing while confined. This is so perfect. Thank you Sanne for radiating calm and kindness

      Yes I love that about her! This is why she is my favorite I feel like it helps me more when she speaks calmly but when other ppl r litterly yelling at the camera! I found myself not enjoying the workout as much.

    this workout is the one that every once in a while- when I need a calm and relaxing but steel an intense exercise that feels great afterwards, I find myself going back to this one.,
    I cannot count how many times in the past two years I did this workout, enjoyed it every time!!

    I am still doing it every other day for like 2-3 months now, sometimes I have few days off and I do see the difference, especially in my 🍑 and thighs also abs and arms. Stick to it and you will tone your body 🥁 U do enjoy it even when it's still hard ! Don't give up 💪

    Okay, okay, okay, listen to me... Three-week update: I've been doing this workout twice a week for three weeks, along with a little bit of cardio, and OMG, I can see some difference. I still don't have abs, but my whole body is slightly toned. I am a skinny (skinny fat) girl with no shape at all, and I can see a little bit of shape on me. I notice it through my clothes. 🤩🤩 I am so happy and proud of myself and very grateful to this gorgeous girl who made this pilates workout 🥰🥰

    I have been out of workout due to an injury in the shoulder and neck. I tried this training and it did not hurt. it was gentle and very effecient.

    Updates from someone who doesn’t have an athletic background:
    Day 1 : My muscles weren’t stretching as much as they were supposed to. It was kind of hard, I felt the burn in my butt and abs. I gave up 3 seconds before an exercise ended but I completed everything. Feels refreshing.

    Day 1- my body is vibrating, I'm literally weak in my legs at the end.😂
    Day 2- better than yesterday, did it right? 😅

    Day 4 - It feels great after doing it! Knee hurts while doing it though 🥲

    Day 6 - ✅ it's really great, I Like how she clarifies do's and don'ts.

    i did it! I took a huge break in working out, but decided it was time to go back. I'm glad that I felt myself well, took more breaks when i needed it and when I realized that I could last a little longer i withstood to the end. thank youuu

    Far the calmest, really working pilates workout which i have enjoyed. Best thing about this you will not really remember the pain you went through in the middle becoz your body will be releasing so much negative energy at thr end that it make you feel relax! ❤

    Whenever Sami does that lil "woo" it's even more encouraging, because its good see even the instructors feel the stretch and tha pain😂.     The first few exercises made me want to quick by I pushed threw and in the end it felt amazing. If you felling the same trust me it is so worth it and you’ll feel so so refreshed in the end!

    This is so relaxing that i was skeptical whether i was exercising or not. The last few arm moves really burnt me. All i kept hearing was “we’re almost there” but we clearly weren’t! I will go back to Lilly’s videos for some more ab videos.

    I just finished this and I AM OBSESSED! It was soooooo good! I am really impressed. I have really bad hips and could not do any hip exercise but your workout worked well with my injuries!

    This is my favourite workout. I love Sanne's style really much. Her voice is so nice. She has a beautiful smile and really calming, comfortable energy. The challenge of the movements are so ideal. I try to do other workouts some time. But every time I turn back to this one. Thank you Sanne Vloet for doing this video. Happy christmas 🥰🥳🙏👏👏

    yesterday i just decided to start this challenge i just start and thought that how weak my muscles are cause that was very hard for me to continue and push myself, i just gave up and didnt workout, today again i tried to do my best and YEY! im here after this amaziiing workout im so happy that i gave it a try, that was so good for me so intense yet so calming! i just started this challenge and im so so happy!!!     Hey Sanne, echt super fijne workout! Kan niet wachten tot de rest van de maand, dit houdt me hopelijk gemotiveerd. Je doet het echt op een hele fijne manier en je stem is echt ontspannend. Heb wel het idee dat ik het ene been vaker heb gedaan dan het andere, omdat je stopte met tellen als je ging praten. Geen kritiek, alleen maar liefde en echt een hele fijn workout!

    When you’re done, it feels so nice and almost like ticklish but then a day later, you can’t feel your butt.. 😭😭 But this is truly my favorite full body workout. Super relaxing during the process
