Ive got the first gen X13 flow and I really love it. It had really low volume but when i turned on Dolby Access, changed the audio preset to custom, It drastically improved the volume and clarity of the speakers. Try doing that.

i suggest pickup the ASUS ROG FLOW X13 2023 VARIANT with Ryzen 9 7940HS and RTX 4060 or 4050 and 1tb m.2 nvme ssd. The 2023 variant is a bang for the buck and you wont regret spending some extra!
What would u suggest ,the 2023 rtx 4060 model or the 2022 model with xg mobile for a lesser price than the 4060 ?
2023, if you don't want XG Mobile. 2022, if you want it. The same problem is being faced by me. Can't seem to find the XG Mobile anywhere, tgus having second thoughts about buying one.
That was a really insightful review. I purchased my Z13 ACRNM about 6 months ago and life has been nothing short of bliss. You mentioned the RTX4090 EGPU and I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I don't even see them for sale from ASUS! If you could add a link as to where to find them I would be very grateful. thank you in advance.
The battery life is suppose to be terrible though how do you cope with less than 2hr battery ?
@@silverpro8356 I'm getting around 3hrs of battery life with low settings and high brightness. I'm not usually too far from a power source therefore it has not been an issue.

Hey Mobiscrub, love your videos. Just a tip, when you show the fps chart to potray the gaming test. Dont forget to mention the resolution at which those fps are noted alongwith 1% lows. The average 1% lows tells how stuttery the experience would be..if its not too far from the average fps then its a good sign.
It's outrageous how the 2023 X13 alone costs almost as much as the X13+XGM Combo in 2021.
The current combo costs almost double the 2021 price... leaves me speechless

Expecting the XG mobile 4090 to arrive soon.
mine got RTX 3050 Ti but there is a bug on this laptop, the keyboard randomly got error / press by it self repeatly. And it comes once a week of twice a month. Sometime the laptop cant do restart system must be force shut down to be restart system. I Already give it back ti the Asus service centre ... but after a week they said my laptop just fine and no problem at all.... :( so sad..., i think to sell it again maybe

100 watts with PD USBC. The laptop will only accept 100w so if you get a 140w pd3.0 you'll be wasting money. If you want to charge on planes stay below 65w chargers

Yes, it definitely will run them. Mine runs Starfield almost always above 100 fps.
I can run horizon zero dawn on a mobile 1650, you can definitely play it on this

Because I'm 40 and paid for it myself. It's not just for gaming, though. A lot of graphic designers and low-video editors can use this. It actually comes installed with Nvidia's content creation drivers instead of the gaming drivers.

I use this for photo and video editing. I do not play any games. My editing softwares run very fast on x13, do not crash. There are not many laptops of this size that can perform .

Not if you need a touchscreen :D Strix are dedicated gaming computers, whereas the X13s are compact, high-powered, multipurpose computers that lean more towards content creation (thus the touchscreen and tablet mode) than gaming (they actually come with Nvidia's studio drivers installed instead of gaming drivers). But you are right; if you want a laptop just for gaming, then the Strix is probably a better bet, but if you have other needs or just want something very light that still handles most games beautifully, the X13 is very very good.

I have the Asus G15 and let me tell you these machines are not at all made for the Indian Climate.Forget gaming, mine gets hot even for non demanding task like web browsing.
So shity laptop series with mobo issues. Does not matter if its 2021 model or 2023.
