Thank you for showing realistic gameplay. I’ve been on the fence about getting this because I know it’s overpriced but the form factor is so intriguing. Other reviews kept talking about performance being around 40fps on ultra and it just made me question why the hell are you running anything on ultra if you want performance? I understand the pricing but the 3050 is a 3050, work around it. I’m gonna order mine by next month to treat myself for my birthday, hope it doesn’t disappoint regardless.
@@Henriburger1 Sorry for getting back to you late, I genuinely didn't see this but I've had a great experience. The CPU bottle necks the rtx 3050. I don't know if the CPU also plays a part in the delay or slow response times when using a mouse. It happens RARELY but it is annoying when it does happen. This doesn't have an ethernet cable unless you use a usb-c dock but that will not be necessary at all. The WiFi 6(I think it is) is great. I don't get any lag in any of the competitive shooters. Overall I'm able to get 100+ fps on Apex, R6 Siege, Rogue Company and more. Games like CoD I was able to average 70-80 fps which is playable. Horizon Zero Dawn was like 50-60 fps. If you see this as a secondary pc or simply a tablet, the experience is great. I've been on break from college so i haven't used the stylus yet so I can't give you much on that end. I bring it with me EVERYWHERE, and I mean EVERYWHERE to the point my gf says "OMG you have it with you again". If you want hardcore gaming you can easily get something more powerful with a better CPU and GPU but for the form factor it's great. The fast charging is great and a necessity because you get more than half the battery charged in 30 minutes. This is greatly appreciated because if strictly used for watching videos the battery lasts only 4 hours, sometimes 5. Gaming even less with maybe 2 1/2 hours depending on the game intensity. Overheating has never been an issue as I've played for 4 hours straight(plugged in) and was perfectly fine. It was hot but not to the point of burning myself. The keyboard is great in my opinion, it is quiet and extremely responsive. The stand is solid which was one of my biggest concerns. My biggest gripe in general is that there isn't many accessories to make it feel more like it's my individual tablet, like Ipads with cases for example. This point however has no real overall effect on the product. So as a secondary entertainment pc/work it is great. As a tablet as well. For hardcore gaming, get something else or you'll be extremely disappointed at the price point because it is steeeeeeeeeeeeeep.
@@RecluseSports Glad to hear its good. I've been interested in the super small form factor PC gaming stuff for a while now. For me, I think this would be better than something like a Steam deck because its still pretty close to a traditional PC but with super good portability. I might have to start saving and get one of these soon.
@@Henriburger1 I also have the steam deck which I use every now and then when I don’t wanna carry much. The main problem with it is the game compatibility because a majority of games I play I can’t on the steam deck. I use it mainly for single player games so if you want something with no barriers at all go with the Z13 1000%. I still recommend the steam deck simply because you can’t beat the price for the performance. Close to a switch’s price and a third of the price from other handheld pc’s. Go for a 3060 instead of 3050ti guys , I've tested out both and the 3060 pushes more performance due to the higher available vram. If you are going for a 3050ti in laptops though check the wattage cause if you buy a low wattage lets say around 65 W you'll get similar performance as a gtx1650.
I think the only great thing about the 3050ti is that it's only around $20 more than 1650 in my region, and plus it has DLSS, I still recommend the 3060 if you care about more gaming or literally just want to have good midrange performance since the 3050ti is level-entry, good thing most games are playable so if you're new to gaming, get a 3050ti and start with something simple first. Other than that, if you have a higher budget, 3060 all way to go.
@@genricjohn not really, a 3060 wouldn't do whole lot because the only downside of small computers it's low power limits, a more power hungry GPU in a tablet isn't a good idea.
I really want this, wanna send me yours? Lol great video man keep it up! Truly an amazing piece of tech, how far we have come, I’m still rocking my galaxy tabpro s 😂
I just got mine few days ago, after using it on weekend, i am thinking to return it to the store. i just play one game (sandstorm insurgency) and comparing with my other laptop(acer triton 500 with rtx2060) is just a major difference. the game goes much smoother on acer and all everything goes much better. during playing is necesary to have it plugged in if not, huge lag. the same on acer. so after all the only thing that makes me think if i keep or not, is about portability, i like the size, can use it as a tablet but as performance i think the price is way to high. the new acer triton se with 3060 is like 1900cash!
Asus has always been King... I still have that old ass ROG G752-VL with the GTX 980 M with 8GB VRAM and I can STILL play new titles @ at least 60Fps. They take their time in building stuff.

@@BasedHSVdude Yes it is
Z13 only has 3050 ti
I think the only great thing about the 3050ti is that it's only around $20 more than 1650 in my region, and plus it has DLSS, I still recommend the 3060 if you care about more gaming or literally just want to have good midrange performance since the 3050ti is level-entry, good thing most games are playable so if you're new to gaming, get a 3050ti and start with something simple first. Other than that, if you have a higher budget, 3060 all way to go.
@@SynApse01547 I would wait for the next gen Z13 tbh
I needed the form factor.
That CPU is an overkill for the 3050ti
I fell like it would’ve been a better idea to put in a 3060 over a 3050ti, but idk
whole idea is to connecting external eGPU XG Mobile for desktop like performance
@@genricjohn not really, a 3060 wouldn't do whole lot because the only downside of small computers it's low power limits, a more power hungry GPU in a tablet isn't a good idea.
It's good with cpu tasks, I'm sure this wouldn't be just used for gaming
I'm pretty sure Asus is more focusing the tablet in both productivity and gaming
I really want this, wanna send me yours? Lol great video man keep it up! Truly an amazing piece of tech, how far we have come, I’m still rocking my galaxy tabpro s 😂
C’est vraiment le top de la tablette, il faudrait que j’en commande une bientôt😀

Tight git.
How was performance for watching movies and web browsing or rendering videos. Have you still got it or did you return ?
😭let's take the moment to appreciate how much effort he puts into the content for us..❤️🚀🚀
effort ?🤡🤡
Honestly, this is perfect for Forza.
Asus has always been King... I still have that old ass ROG G752-VL with the GTX 980 M with 8GB VRAM and I can STILL play new titles @ at least 60Fps. They take their time in building stuff.
