    My favorite meditation so far of the series. As i repeated the syllables sa ta na ma silently i felt pulses of energy clearing tensions from my body and a feep release on the wahe guru. The mantra helped focus my mind and deepen my breath.

      After 3 months of 3-4 hours of sleep every night, and a few nights with no sleep at all, and right after trying several different medications, I finally stumbled upon this sleep plan *4InsomniaCure.       This sleep therapy *4InsomniaCure. Com* works. I started out suffering from insomnia at a young age.     Mariya, an interesting thing has been happening for me during this course. The same emotion/affliction that we are working on that day comes up the day before, so they end up being perfectly timed. I thought I was just experiencing a lot of synchronicity or maybe it was my body's way of giving me an opportunity to really experience the effects of each kriya... but do you think that because of the progression, the previous kriyas are bringing up the next issue?? Or what is going on here? It's uncanny!

Synchronicity is an amazing thing and that tells me I am really resonating with this course. 😁 I do also think that sometimes I would benefit from sitting longer in meditation or savanna at the end because occasionally I end up "releasing" whatever emotion we worked on throughout the day. I especially notice this with kriyas for anger 😅

      Kundalini Lounge with Mariya I’m going to be doing some yoga now it’s helping me be strong enough to deal with everything face everything and definitely I’ll share the benefits of this practice I wish years ago even as a little girl I found it as it is that magical to me as an adult I have done things I never believed I was capable of

    This one made me a little nauseous, I had to lie down during... Any idea why?

      Sat nam, you can get nauseous when the body is releasing toxins, especially when we work on the liver with the bends so please make sure you rest the moment you feel it, as well as, drink plenty of water to flush it all out. M xx
