    I can feel my heart expanding with the chanting meditation. It pierce right thru to your heart and be present with God.

    This is hands down My Favorite krya /meditation, I haven't been able to finish it with dry eyes yet, I am work in progress! Thank you Mariya and your team for blessing us with these tools! May they multiply for you. Sat Nam!

    Amazing! I was in such a bad mood, angry and tense cos I’m with my family and they love criticise me; anyway done this yoga session and now feel so zen like a little buddha 🥰🥰👍.
    Just 2 things please: I get cramps in my hips and tights when I put the leg up plus, I can’t put my leg at 90 degrees.

      Hi! Try to do as much as you can, if it is too much you can modify by not lifting it 90 degrees but less. Be cautious of what your body can do and don't push yourself too much. But with time I noticed every exercise can get better and you will be able to do it with practice.

    Amazing. I am so happy I really got into the meditation and was able to focus on the third eye without distracting myself as I normally do! At some point I could see different colours flowing in the same rhythm as the mantra. Thank you! Sat Nam 🙏🏼
    P.S.: I would love to know the meaning of all the mantras before chanting, to be able to put more intention on it. I am sure I can find it online, though :)
