    In this class we will address anger and frustration and we will do a set which will repair damage to the system from ill-placed anger. Stress can make is go out of balance and as a result get angry, aggressive or emotional. Honestly I did this again because I was filled with anger/irritation this morning, and I could see the angrier I am the more I can push passed physical pain, and that can put more vigor in the movements, that anger turned into clarity and strength, thank you so much your series has helped during these trying times in quarantine!

    Sat Nam! In pranayama you say inhale right exhale left but you do opposite, whitch one is right? This is really great 40 days, thank y o u :-)

    Sat nam an explanation, is this a kriya or a mix of anger exercises created by you? I have been asking you for a while but I had never done this class before. For the final pranayama do I breathe in to the right and exhale to the left? Thanks a lot and Wahe guru
