My body and my heart feel like silly putty, soft and tender. When you introduced the chant I thought I gotta tell her about Jai Jagadeesh and boom , that was the song I sing daily. Sometimes many times a day. Now I gotta add the mudra..... I have been doing many of these sessions in lotus because my body feels better than easy pose, is this okay you think ?XO
Hello, may I ask why this is powerful for social anxiety? The mantra is that powerful as well as the mudra? I'm sorry, I just want to trust that I should invest in this as I have a hard time concentrating but am in need of assistance big time.
Do we have to sing too? As I find it hard to sing on this one following the singer. Is it ok to just listen or sing the words but not at the same time as the singer?

You can also sing mentally, silently but mudras and songs affect specific meridians in the upper pallet, so it is recommended to sing along.
