@utsavpradhan2754 uhh no. Cars and gaming PC vs. consoles are VERY different. You can customize literally any car on the market to suit your needs and aren't restricted in its use. Consoles are built for a singular purpose, have its users forced to pay for an arbritary service to use said console, and can only play games they are allowed on that console. There is next to no say in how you can use what you pay for with a console.

Not sure when or if console fanboys will ever learn that a game coming to pc later doesn't bother the average pc gamer. We've waited years for PlayStation games to come to pc we can wait for GTA 6. Every single console generation console fanboys brag about how powerful the consoles are at the beginning of the generation, only to realize it's really not.
I bought GTA V for $15 on PC. Not in a hurry at all, it'll probably be the same for #6.
There are so many games on pc to play in the meantime. I have no problem waiting.
Don't forget new consoles every 5 years... usually the biggest games come out at the very last year of the life cycle then you buy a newest consoles again that has zero games for it.

As a console player, I think it’s unfair that pc has to wait everyone should be able to play GTA 6
No worries, it's coming to PC and as a better game. My backlog of games is absurd at this point, I only just got started on Red Dead Redemption 2 last month if that tells you how many games I've got to play. Between things like Humble Bundle, and the regular sales on Steam, GOG, and Green Man Gaming, I have far more games in my library than is reasonable. It takes something truly special to get me buying on release day.
Console gamers have a hard time wrapping their heads around how many games we have in our backlogs, we'll be fine...

Just so you know, the guys who replied to you are not only right, they are not even salty. Everyone knows Rockstar Games is doing this on purpose to maximize profit because a bunch of gamers will buy the game at least twice.
When they think the PC port isnt coming you know they dont know how rockstar works if that was the case none of the gta games would be on PC
They'll be capped at 30fps until the next consoles launch, we'll have our port a few months later, uncapped FPS, etc all the kit and cabootle

@@thesenate7710 You don't need to be a prophet to look at how poorly the console hardware has aged over the past 3 years. from Spiderman stutters and LOD pop in to games dipping into the low 20 fps. I do not think GTA will run at a solid 60fps on the consoles and will dip into the mid to high 30s. Also RT?? forget about it Jedi survivor has RT on the ps5 and it locks the game to 30fps with a strong ass motion blur.
@@tylerdobson7868 spider man 2 had bugs not actually performance issues, not once in my many hours of playtime did I experience noticeable frame drops, I sure did experience a decent amount of glitches tho

And GTA 5 and RDR2 were seperately developed for PC. They both ran great on even ancient hardware. You can max out RDR2 at 1440p on a $250 GTX 1080Ti

Why even is there an anti-PC crowd? If you aren't willing to learn how to use a PC, then don't. But also, don't try and dunk on the people that do have the patience for it. (It isn't that bad even, actually. I've only had a gaming PC for a few years and managed to learn everything in 1 year.)

My dad is anti pc. Because mac fanboy. But he also complains “well consoles get graphics!” Im like not really. “Consoles get mods!” In far more limited form with lots of anti mod limitations. “Cheaper!” Not enough to be worth losing everything else, these days they almost same price.

@@laughingalex7563 Consoles aren't really cheaper, though. You have to factor in the paid online and more expensive games. That stuff adds up over time. If you know how to budget, you can actually save a lot of money on PC and run games better while having an infinitely bigger game library. (Especially if you factor in emulation)
Basic online is 60 bucks a year for Xbox and 80 bucks a year for PS5, last I checked. Friggin highway robbery for both.
Hell PS5 you might get randomly permabanned for 0 reason and get your whole library stolen with 0 refunds or apologies.

And that's only a fraction of what I have downloaded not even what's in steam library that I haven't touched yet.

While I own GTA V (on PC), I've never even played it. That's how much interest I have in the GTA franchise. Imagine (supposedly) being a grown adult and behaving like little children on the playground: "My plastic box is better than your plastic box" - "well at least our plastic boxes are better than PCs!"
Here's a little history for you console peasants:
Graphics hardware acceleration was developed on the PC. The first dedicated graphics bus (AGP) was developed on the PC, then came PCIE - also developed on the PC. DirectX (guess what the Xbox is named after?) and opengl were developed on the PC. DirectX was released in 1995. In addition to graphics, directX also handles sound and game controller input (Xinput). Personal computers were ALWAYS designed to include gaming as one of the features and that was before Microsoft Windows was even created. The Apple ][ series, Commodore computers, the Atari 400/800 (etc.) computers, the IBM PC and others ALL had support for game controllers - guess why? The Apple ][ alone has at least 575 games.

I expect it to be short, kind of boring, far below the quality of what you should expect of Rockstar, and most of all; a means to railroad you into playing the "Online" mode. Overall, I expect like most huge games launched in the last 5 years - it's going to be a massive fucking disappointment. So, I'll pick it up in 2026/27 on PC for 20$ or something, because even if it's "not bad" it's still going to go on sale eventually. 😒

Idk if I can credit Rockstar with being smart about double dipping. I'd credit gamers with being impatient to try the "new hotness" and willing to try it on Console firstly as it's usually the only way they can access it, later graduating to PC when a version becomes available.

I am a PC player, and eh I can wait til 2026, I got a backlog of games thats pretty much endless; shoot I am still playing Persona 5 Royal and this is my second run on it, I aint opposed of replaying games.
I've always been a console gamer. But I just bought a gaming PC for the very first time. I have a bunch of games to play on my PS5 and series x but as soon as I'm done with them, I will be selling it. I do not experience fomo so I will just wait for their games to come to pc

1:31 Ummm... Joe... Rockstar does not make good PC ports. Red Dead 2 PC port was terrible at launch and needed months to be fixed, they even apologized. GTA 4 PC port was bad, only GTA 5 had a decent port. And that is saying something, since they have been making games for more than two decades.
GTA IV’s port is trash. It doesn’t even work anymore, it’s held together with glue and masking tape.
You have to mod it A LOT to get it run as good as it does on Console.
I'll admit, I'm a console player, but not even I would be hooked on this much copium when GTA is so synonymous with PC because it was so easy to install the ps2 era games on school computers.
You don't see the memes about the RTX being the Holy Grail of performance and think it must be because it makes PC games run like Hyrule Warriors on the Switch.
PC is so fluid in its hardware upgrades and modding capabilities for software that it'll always be the most powerful option, I'll fully admit.

Hah! I've got you beat when it comes to consoles. The last consoles I owned were a Sega Genesis and a Super Nintendo... I went PC in the mid 90's and never really looked back. Mostly that was because all the console games that came out at that time had no appeal to me whatsoever and all the games that I was interested in were only on PC. When some console video games in the early 2000's finally started to interest me I very quickly found out that there was a PC version... so no need to spend $300-$600 on a console and instead just keep occasionally upgrading my PCs that I use for so many other things alongside the gaming.
plus the convenience, i have 6 gaming pcs, and u only buy the game once, u can run it on any pc, no worries that ur console is out of date, i do have a few consoles but its mainly just to tinker and mess around with and as a collection piece ☺️

Wait until they find out the GTA6 trailer was from a PC. There's no way that game will look that great on Xbox and PS5. 2025 is a great year to release the game because Xbox and PS are both rumoured to release a midgen version of their consoles and Rockstar will just tweak a few graphical settings and repackage for the midgen consoles. They'll do the same when "next gen" consoles come out in 2030. It's a marketing strategy that has been extremely successful for Rockstar considering they sold 190M copies of GTA5.

While watching this, I was reminded of a cartoon template meme, where "Console-gamers" are showing "Console exclusives" to PC-gamers" being all "hahaha", followed by "PC-gamers" blasting their face off by showing "Mods/Emulators/P*rn games"(variants of same meme) to them with a smile.
I can guarantee anyone who primarily plays games on a PC won't buy a console just to experience GTA VI. We simply can't and won't enjoy a game with the average performance we get on consoles. If we can wait 10 years just for the trailer then we'd rather wait some more for the PC release and get the best experience (something console owners can't have). There are tons of other great games coming that deserves our time and also in the meanwhile we can upgrade our specs too (also something console owners can't do).

Every single game the console personell brag about on their paywall box with restrictions were developed on a high end development PC with software, then downgraded and ported over to console. Also nowatdays consoles are technically prebuilt pcs, with restrictions and little to no freedom and paywalls.

Who better than the console fanboys to beta test GTA VI for us PC gamers? There are many of them, they are cheap (they work with salt and copium) and they free us from an unpolished, buggy game during a whole year if not more.

I did double dip on Red Dead 2, I git the game on PS4 and never really played it very much. When it came out on PC I gave it many many more hours.
I don't think Spiderman 2 is worth buying a PS5 and I don't believe there are any other exclusive games I would care for so I will wait to the PC release.

Gta 6 is a sign that you should drop the console before 2025, the current gen consoles are ALREADY struggling 3 years in. GTA 6 probably will just set them on fire or at least my eyes.
They are definitely not struggling at least for now a lot of developers just release the game and optimize them later even a lot of games on pc just get released in a horrible state only to get patched later
To be fair the consoles are utilizing feature which are eye candy but also framerate killers.
If GTA VI will work with graphical modes on consoles, people will find out how simple such devices really are.
I have a powerful PC i still prefer playing on my console i work all day kn the PC i just dont feel like i want to use it for gaming aswell
